You will not be disappointed. I stay in hotels quite a bit, as of two years ago never in motels. Since the hotel chains have been monopolized and their rates rose 18% in 2017 alone I have began to try motels. The rooms here are large, bigger than an average Holiday Inn for sure. The room was spotless and I got a good night's sleep on the bed. Roadside motels are certainly hit or miss but this one is excellent. I would stay here again, give it a try if you are passing through. Buy your food on the way, I would not recommend the local grocery store.

Clean no frills hotel. We were looking for a place to spend the night. Not needing anything special. This place was perfect. Clean and comfortable.

Great motel, very clean and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. Great place to stay if you're in Cannon Falls for a horse show, as it's a quick drive to Simon Arena.

I can not say enough about this place, clean rooms, great service from the owners, will always come back to this place when I have to come for work. What a mom and pop business is and personal touch you do not get from the chain hotels. Updated: been here for 5 weeks and my view has not changed. The Brauers are amazing host and will be coming back if I have to work up here again.

The Caravan is the only place I will ever stay while in Cannon Falls. Clean rooms, all the amenities one needs, great coffee and very friendly owners. Last year I experienced a medical emergency and was apparently in shock. After making it to the office the owner recognized I was in trouble and drove me to the clinic across the highway. Two weeks in St. Mary's Hospital and all issues were resolved. Thanks to him I am alive today, and am forever grateful. Thank you again.
