The jacuzzi suite we were upgraded to as platinum member was so awesome. I wish we had had more time to spend in the room and get to fully enjoy it. The 4 poster bed on the other hand, great for shorter people, but when you and your husband are both 6 feet tall and your feet are flat against the bottom panel at the foot of the bed and you have to slightly bend your knees to fit in the bed without being able to stretch out ends up being an uncomfortable night.

It was a nice enough motel the stairwell and hallways smelled weird. It was raining for what felt like months and all the wet smells were apparent.

Excellent service, professional help, new clean accommodations.

In my opinion the Holiday Inn Express in Douglas Wyoming is not only the best place to stay in Douglas but its the only place I qould stay if it were upto me. Douglas being a small town the rooms dill up quick but the staff has always went above and beyond and do everything possible to ensure you have a place to stay. Working in Douglas Wyoming I have spent many months at the Holiday Inn Express I never had any problems with getting a room and never came across a room that was not spotless. I have stayed in several Hotels as well as several Holiday Inns and I have only came across very few hotels that have the same quality as the Holiday Inn Express in Douglas Wyoming. To be such a nice hotel the rates are very reasonable, the pool is relaxing, and the free continental breakfast is great. I highly recommend staying at this Hotel.

The hotel is clean and up to date. The staff has been super friendly and helpful… especially Jeremy! We had a kids birthday party and Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure we had room for our party and guests! The pool area is great. Continental breakfast is like no hotel I have ever stayed at. Went up to Douglas Wyoming for work I supposed to stay for there for 2weeks ended up staying 3 days due to getting bit by BED BUGS! I lost a week and a half of work due to having to go back home from the itching and pain I was in. They washed my clothes but the bed bugs didn't die. I Had to throw all my clothes away that I took because they were still infested. And they were FR clothes very expensive After trying to complain to the staff they said I brought them I felt so insulted.

Decent rooms. Not outdated yet, but not the newest. Good location and friendly staff.

This was a welcomed stay, very clean and felt almost new. Wifi was fast, breakfast was average but may have been better if it was not so busy the morning we checked out.

We stayed there while in Douglas for a funeral. The Hotel offered their meeting room for us to utilize and the staff went out of there way to accommodate our family. The rooms are very well appointed and the entire hotel is immaculate.
