Great Place to Stay very Accommodating to Everyone 👍

Best laid out RV Resort we have stayed in. Long and wide spaces with concrete pad and large grass area. Twice as much space between RV's than most parks. Clean restrooms and laundry room. No expense was spared in the construction of the park. Gorgeous reception lodge and log cabins for family visits. Affordable hot breakfast available, (free for those staying in the cabins). Wonderful couple (Jordan and Rochelle) own and operate the resort. They are extremely friendly and offer outstanding support to their guests. Amenities are scheduled for future construction (pool, etc). Our home away from home!

What an amazing find! This place is beautiful, very nice level concrete pads for your RV & lawn next to it. The lodge is amazing, the design & logs are stunning, not to mention they do breakfast for a very low price! Looking forward to staying here again!

What an amazing place! We were looking for a spot to spend the night before heading up into Grand Teton…what incredible luck that we found Kodiak Mountain Resort! I will be recommending this place to everyone when we get back home to Florida!
The view from the cabins is breathtaking; the cabins are spotless and very spacious. Every little amenity has been thought through, from smart thermostat, sound systems, luxurious bath and double shower heads, even the adorable bench in front of our cabin that converts to a table.
The ONLY downside is that we happen to travel here on a Sunday and most of the town is closed, including the gift shop and food truck. We wish we could stay another night!

Kodiak was a last minute vacation booking for us, as our initial plans were cancelled due to snow storms. Our family loved Kodiak so much that we booked an extra day! The staff were so kind & accommodating, assisting us with the smart home system, providing recommendations for sledding, & lending us blankets for a sleigh ride. We were able to purchase souvenirs from the on-site gift shop & booked massages through the spa (also excellent, by the way! ). My sister’s young children loved the playground & my daughter was thankful for the hot tub and Wi-Fi. The family cabin was spacious, for our group of 5, and it was a comfortable & homey atmosphere— I highly recommend Kodiak!

The resort and cabins are top notch. There has been a lot of love, care and thought into making this little piece of cabin paradise… down to the absousoutely gorgeous locally handmade tables and chairs in the main lodge… not to mention all the trophy mounts of elk, caribou, bear, moose that all have a story! They have an outstanding complimentary breakfast, the staff are amazing and friendly… especially Rebecca. We have yet to stay here in the summer but they have a BBQ food truck, campire ring, rv hookups, and a cute little gazebo that holds a hottub. This place has won our hearts and will NEVER stay anywhere else. Money well spent.

Kodiak Mountain Resort is AMAZING! Whether or not you are looking for a romantic getaway or to spend some family time, this place does just that! I love that their cabins are individual and private. It’s so quaint there and we love everything about it. The beds and pillows are SO COMFY and we loved the big tub and fireplace. The smart home part of it was a nice touch too! We are recommending this place to everyone we know. I’ve stayed here both in the summer and the winter and I’ve loved it both times. In the summer they light up the fire pit and there’s the cutest little playground next to the cabins as well. It’s so cozy there. We will absolutely be back soon!

Appreciated the ability to get a room on short notice and check in so early today. Weather is bad, roads are worse. We got in very early and was warm and safe. Thank you for taking care of us. This is the second time I’ve stayed and will be back… when the weather is better. Thank you!

AMAZING! We drove up 89 from Salt Lake and our destination for the day was Bear Lake but we decided to drive a little further to Afton Wyoming. Stopped and checked availability and price. $149 for number 26. We opened the door and OMG! Are you kidding? It looked like out of a movie scene. I'm talking perfect. First thing was the amazing smell of brand new spruce construction! The incredible detail and high ceilings! Granite counter tops, hard wood and tile floors. High tech controls of every thing. Large TV over gas fireplace. The tile work in bathroom and shower (double heads) was impeccable! But then… …. The AWESOME deeeeeeep tub! The beds slept like on a cloud… There was a guest book in the room where previous guests had written. They all agreed… And recommended Heggs for dining, just up the road about a mile. You have to go there! The view here is breath taking and we will be back! Thank you Kodiak! Jerry and Dawn.

I have stayed here multiple times now and keep coming back for a reason. Very friendly people and exceptional accommodations. The cabins are modern but have a rustic feel. If you’re a snowmobiler or anyone that pulls a trailer, this place has excellent trailer access with spots to plug your truck/trailer in!

I am local to the area. I’ve always thought the cabins were cute and always wanted to stay. The hubs and I wanted a night away and I knew just the right place! The cabins are beautiful and cozy! I loved having the fire place since it was a cold rainy night. The bed is super comfy too! We had our son with us too and he loved the giant bathtub. There is the cutest playground I’ve ever seen. Too bad it was raining so my son couldn’t play on it. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

My Husband and I stayed here for our Honeymoon in January, 2019. We stayed in the Cozy Ultime Couples Cabin. It was so warm and comfy inside the cabin. The Jacuzzi Tub was wonderful and a great way to relax. We loved it. We can't wait to return for a second Honeymoon.

I had an amazing experience when I stayed there with my girlfriend and another couple. Our room was clean and decked out with many cool gadgets. My favorite thing to play with was their sound system. The staff was also kind. I will definitely be returning to Kodiak in the future.

Great beds. Shower and tub separate but both awesome. Very modern you can control lights, temp, everything from TV. Big play area for the kids. Only downside if it is important to your group is free TV is limited, no pool, and light comes in the windows at night there are no blackout shade or curtains just blinds. But really this is a wonderful place, but since I'm traveling with the grands the TV and pool were down arrows from them.

My hubby and I have traveled all over the United States this summer. Our cozy cabin was the most luxurious place we stayed in all our travels and priced better than most places we stayed. We would highly recommend!

Quite possibly the best hotel/resort I've stayed at. I loved the room and the view that it has. There is a great sense of comfort being physically separated from the other guests. It really makes you feel like you're in a cabin in the woods. The resort is just downtown from main st. Where there are plenty of shops and local restaurants. There is also a wonderful view of the LDS temple that is truly worth the trip.

This is an awesome resort in a great location. The cabins are super clean and quite roomy. There's different sizes to choose from depending on your family size. It's close to town for any needs or wants. Also close to lots of outdoor activities and a dairy farm with ice cream. I would highly recommend this place to any family wanting a great getaway!

Great place to stay in Afton! The cabins are really new, clean and very comfortable! It is only a few minutes away from the LDS Temple. They have several sized cabins for large families all the way down to romantic cabins for couples. Highly recommended!

This place is an amazing find. The cabins are amazing for how much you pay, with lots of space, modern technology, and great amenities like an in room keurig and a huge shower and tub. The staff is also very nice and accommodating and helpful with the surrounding area. This is definitely worth the money and I wish I could have stayed for longer.

We stayed here for 6 nights. It is a beautiful place with a very hospitable staff! Love this place and I highly recommend it! Hope to stay here again someday. The BBQ truck, The Bear Pit, which is on-site was delicious!

I've been here for 3 hours and am amazed by the beauty of the cabins. To the young lady at the counter that waited for us until 9:30 p. M. Thank you. Thank you for understanding that we drove with our three children from L. A. For over 20 hours. As an AV tech the high tech amenities of the cabin totally made my stay worth wild. The cabins are top notch and beautiful. Had my children excited and in love. You earned yourself a family that will definitely be life long customers. Can't wait to roast marshmallows tomorrow at the bonfire.
