Enjoy how you are updating this place! The suites are huge! Plenty of hot water for your jacuzzi! Nice A/C, awesome cozy king bed. And Matthew was super friendly and professional. Made sure I liked the room before accepting it! Highly recommend Tecumseh Inn!

They could use an update on there appliances and watch out for bugs even bed bugs.

Expensive and not worth it. Shower didn't work good and the heat sucks.

My mother reserved this room four me (And three adults) online. When my daughter and son in law arrived, the front desk workers told them that the room was only reserved for 2. My mother had to come down to verify. Then, when we did arrive. We had to call to get a key for the room. The next day, they where very snippy in their communications when we asked for our towels since there was only two sets in the room. He stated that they only clean every three days, but we were there a week and no sign or words from them. The rooms are standard. Refrigerator was included in the room but no coffee pot. If you are all the way in the end, Wi-Fi will dropped and be slow.

We were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

We always enjoy our stay here. Been here a couple times this year and plan to go back. Rate are reasonable, proportional to the type of hotel.

Has a Up-North feel to it complete with Pine Trees, my wife and I stay here often and have never had a bad experience. Not the Crown Plaza but it is what I expect from a small town Mom & Pop. We usually rent the suite with the Jacuzzi for a stay-cation.

Staff was very professional and courteous in helping my roofers obtain rooms sporadically during a recent project we did in tecumseh. Will use again next time we have a project out that way.

Had relatives from out of town staying here. The room is nasty cobwebs all over, it also smells funny. They have to clean there own room because this place only cleans every 3 days. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Only one in town. Don't have much choice. At least there was a vacancy, but shouldn't of been charged full price for 6 hours.

Nice and helpful staff. First room we checked into smelled funny but they happily moved us. Was hidden off the main roadway in a weird way but once figured out how to get into the parking lot the first time. Complimentary breakfast had little snacks that you could take for the day.

Very "vintage. " Not terrible though. Room had microwave and fridge. Bed is decent. Clean enough. Very helpful and friendly owner.

After working Appleumpkin Saturday, my sister and I looked forward to a quiet evening in our hotel room; we requested the quieter section of the hotel and were assured no parties were allowed. We were escorted to our room so the man could ensure us that everything was in the room. That was kind of strange, but I went with it. When he opened the door we discovered the room was not cleaned. We were moved to the family suite. After settling in, I tried to shower, but it didn't work. The water at the sink came out seriously brown. Within an hour of falling asleep, the next door party began. Young adults (maybe) were constantly in and out of their room. They chose to stand in front of my our hotel room to chat and smoke. They must have turned on their heat (it was cold) only to have to furnace make serious clunking noises at regular intervals. Finally at 1:30 am, I asked the guys if they could move so I could get some sleep. After climbing back into bed, I couldn't get warm; the bed had sheets and a summer bedspread, nothing more. In the morning the manager's answer to my entire horrible stay was that I didn't know how to work the shower and I should have called to complain. Another patron stated her shower didn't work either. I won't stay there again even for free.

Rooms were clean "very clean" staff was great service was awsome.

It was nice, really clean. People their were kind. Other than that it was a pretty average experience.

The shower didn't work properly, the bathroom door didn't lock, there were 2 dirty wash rags in the shower when we go there. The furniture was stained, the room smelled like a recently cleaned animal cage. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Adrain isn't that far away, go there!

The most dirty, disgusting, hole in the wall in Tecumseh. Stayed there this past week, weren't given clean towels, there was a huge dead stink bug on the window sill, our fridge didn't work nor did it stay shut, the water didn't stay warm more than five minutes, I woke up with unknown bites on my face and body which, a week later, are puffy and red. Worst of all, there were hundreds of beetles lining the wall of the hotel room and we weren't able to find any employees to report this to. Do not stay here, for your own safety and well being.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed and I've stayed in some bad hotels near military bases. Quite simply, this place should be knocked down, I guarantee there is mold inside the walls, they're all rotted and crumbling inside the bathroom. Anyone that has given this place 5 stars has not stayed here, that is a BS review. They allowed dogs which was the only redeeming quality. The door lock was iffy at best, the bed was a rock and the room was not clean. The water in the hotel had a yellow color to it, not sure what that's all about. This place is probably only in business still because of the race weekends, I guess being drunk enough any room is good enough. I would never stay here again, the fact that it has a two and a half stars is laughable. They brag about the one room they have that has a Jacuzzi, can you imagine getting into that thing? YUCK! This place is gross, avoid it. If you can't find another place to stay, sleep in your car in the Big Boy parking lot.

I give this hotel two thumbs down! Their sign outside says "we have very clean rooms" which is the biggest lie. The rooms look like they haven't been dusted since they open their building. The bathtub don't have a plug. Their walls are falling off due to water damage. Their floors are dirty, base boards are filthy. The bed felt like its from the 50's. The heat was on 80° all night and we still froze because a small window they had blocked/covered was leaking the 8° weather in. Their website said 56$ per night on weekdays and 59$ on a weekend, they charged us 67$ and it was a weekday! They hide menus with free appetizers under the phone. I had written them in regards of their issues, it's been a week and still haven't heard back from them. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

The rooms were clean, the price was in line with what it should cost. It is a pretty simple motel, but definitely for the price conscious person. The front desk person was really nice. I have no complaints, my stay was great.

I recently called Tecumseh Inn and Suites because I was stuck out of town and I couldn't get more gas until the morning. I called them at 8pm and made the reservation. I could barely understand what she was saying because when I tried to ask questions, she interrupted me and basically tried to get my card number ASAP and then off the phone after the card ASAP. Literally no later than an hour, I was able to get gas money and I called to try and cancel and she was super rude. I was being polite and asked her if I can cancel a reservation and got very livid and told me she was hanging up on me because she said their policy and 'everybody else's' was that you have to cancel before 48 hours which was literally impossible seeing as how I made it only an hour before. So I asked her if there was a manager or someone I could speak to and she told me there was nobody, so I drove twenty minutes and walked in. I was still being polite at this point and I asked her if I could speak to a manager and she began literally yelling and told me there was only her… no owner, no manager, just her. I asked her why she was being so rude and she wouldn't stop interrupting me. I couldn't get a word in. I then became friendly rude if that makes sense and told her to stop interrupting me. I was the customer and I needed her to listen. I then explained the situation with her STILL interrupting and yelling and she finally told me to get out. That was the last straw.
