Wonderful place to stat very clean. Nice staff Laura Lee is wonderful she was very helpful and friendly. I will be returning to stay. Thank you for such a nice place to lay my head.

Had a comfortable night at the Comfort Inn in Plainwell, MI. Our room had large beds and everything was well cleaned. I had an enjoyable breakfast with good coffee and fresh fruit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a good stay.

Very disappointing. Guests in next Tim were extremely loud until 1 in morning and then woke me up again at 6. Hotel staff didn't seem to care when I complained. Ok.

Very clean and the room did not smell of bleach like many comfort inn's we have stayed at.

Easy to find, park & enjoy these spacious meeting rooms. The hotel is nice but pricey for what you get. Our group cannot usually afford to stay here more often than on a rare occasion. We do rent the meeting room quite frequently.

Very clean, and new hotel! Didn't get the opportunity to take advantage of all the property features, but the beds were comfortable and the room was beautiful!

It’s a cozy place. It’s better appointed than most Comfort Inns. The decor is up to date and it has large windows in most areas to let in a lot of light. It was a step above most cookie cutter hotel chains brands of this type.

The room was spacious and very clean, hot tub was amazing, breakfast bar was fully stocked and delicious!

Came to rent a room and when asking the clerk outside if there was rooms available she ignored us and walked inside. Tried to call and no one would answer the phone.

Outstanding Breakfast! Quick & Easy! Very Excellent Staff! Loved the feeling of being safe with young kids! Room were Immaculately Clean!

If you Have kids it's a nice place to go they have an indoor pool and hot tub so you can entertain them.

Very nice the rooms were very clean and comfortable the pool was at a great temperature and the workers were nice I would happily stay again.

The service available is good and friendly. With Breakfast Buffet to go to every morning, indoor pool. Whirlpool and a workout area comfortable rooms.

Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Plainwell, Michigan. The bed was nice & comfy and the breakfast was cool… Loved the make your own waffle station!

Decent room overall. Nice (but small) bathroom. TV was on lockdown so couldn't use our streaming devices. Quiet.

Was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was hard as a concrete floor. Coffee was in bathroom. Doors kept slamming when someone would leave. This made it hard to sleep.

The hotel is very nice. Good amenities and location. The staff however is outrageous. Snotty middle aged females that try to abuse their "power" as front desk clerks. The manager Laurie and her second in command Nancy are as worthless as a foot on a forehead. The only person on staff that is worth speaking too is Brittany the trainee. If she were not on staff we would switch hotels in the first day. Hopefully the owner finds credible staff to run this establishment sooner rather than later. This will be the last time we stay in this place.

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Great atmosphere. Amy (the breakfast lady) is the sweetest. The pizza place next door gives a discount when you stay at the hotel. Only down side ascot the hotel, no elevator for the second floor.

The rooms were clean for the most part… and the workers were really friendly. A good place to stay and crash for the night.

Location: Plainwell, MI I attended a baby shower brunch at the Comfort Inn. The food they cater is amazing and the staff is polite. The room was small and quaint for the number of people.

Off of a busy freeway. Breakfast was okay. Nice place to stay for a quick trip. Won't recommend staying there for leisure.

We stayed for my husband's work for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well stocked. The workout room, business cente and pool were great as well. Breakfast was great. Sausage links, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and fresh waffles were hot. They also had toast, bagels, pastries, yogurt, cereal, and more. Beverages included hot coffee, apple juice, orange juice, and water. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is the only place we stay when in town. The people are the best. Love the care that they show my family. That's the four leg guys too. Where you always feel special.

They suck. Charged. Us 160, dollars for smoking in our room. But we wernt. Must have been a slow nite. Wtf.
