This hotel has been renovated, new carpet, new shower & tub. Nice pool & hot tube. Only had one end table, my husband had to use the foot stool to put his items on. Not enough outlets, have to unplug a light to use the microwave. Nice breakfast. Has washer, dryer, ice maker & vending machines.

Booked a last minute stay to avoid driving even longer. For being such short notice I was impressed with how smoothly everything went. We stayed in the king size room which was incredibly spacious and clean. Free breakfast, clean and neat rooms, beautiful landscaping and design. 10/10 would stay again.

What a lovely place in a beautiful area. The hotel staff were extremely pleasent and the environment is clean bright and polished. In a time of extreme pollen where allergies are an issue, we were able to stay and sleep in peace without waking up with sniffly noses.

Everything was fine. Excellent service, all around.

Nice and clean place. Helpfull Staff. Room have mini fridge and microwave. Only I miss charging plug. Charging plug on top of side table should be there. But Great place for stay.

Yet again we're back for a second time within a year. We love it here. We love the staff and of course our boys love the heated swimming pool… We just love it. I can't wait to come back this summer.

I will never stay here again! The pool had Sand in it. We Checked in Friday night and was surprised to leave on Sunday we discussed to stay tell Tuesday so we went and paid for that had to leave at 1 in the morning on Monday night because of a family emergency. Just to find out they took more money for me and now they are trying to tell me there is nothing they can do about it! Oh and we found stuff in our room from the people before! I'm not happy with this place at all! So keep a look out everyone!

Ok place to stay, its pretty and they have a pool, but drinks from pop machine were old and past expiration date. Breakfast was not good either, juice was nasty and waffles were gross, I feel like it was all past its expiration date.

HUGE hotel. Seems like they used to do more here but so much of the space is vacant? Fine breakfast… typical cheap hotel stuff. Service was good. Room was clean but again, SO empty and massive. Air wouldn't work when we arrived so we just opened the windows. Pretty dated but a fine stay.

Great place Great location this property is extremely well kept with great attention to detail. The pool, hot tub and interior courtyard are awesome. Guest rooms are updated and very clean. Hot breakfast also was very good. We will be staying again at the Pentwater Days Inn.

The stay was solid. The room was large, but had an odd amount of empty space in it, but it was clean and included a mini-fridge and microwave, and that is always appreciated. One thing (and this seems true of all hotels everywhere) is the shower bottom was really slippery. Some adhesives or a bar to hang on to would be great so I don't fear for my life when I shower.

Hotel was very neat itself. Our room was comfortable (2 queen beds, which were very comfortable. ) Staff were professional and pleasant. Breakfast was in a banquet hall with typical hotel breakfast. But fresh scrambled eggs were replenished constantly. Nice pool and workout area. We didn't use them. Also available were a washer and dryer, coin operated.

Room is clean, beds are average. Comfortable but not pillow top or anything. Pool and whirlpool are nice. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Some interesting smells throughout the hotel, not bad, maybe food, maybe unique cleaning detergents? Air conditioner is loud, won't bother my sleep but have to keep adjusting the TV volume as it turns on and off.

Close to the highway but not too loud. Nice garden area on the inside.

Where do I begin… — The room is unusually bear with outdated, stained furnishings. — The TV is laughably small (19'') and not at eye level with the bed. — The room fridge had black mold on the inside. — The heater/airconditioner did not work properly. — I ran out of hot water in the shower. Seriously. There's hardly anybody staying here, and they run out of hot water. — The pool is filthy, a cement hole with water in it. There are rust stains everywhere, including on the towels, which happened to be ripped as well. I can't comment on the service during my short stay, but it could not have possibly been worse than the accomodations.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel itself looks incredible, near lake. When we checked in the front desk attendant was very pleasant. The house keepers were very generous too. We stayed there for 1 week because we were traveling. I would totally recommend this place to friends and family.

Nice big rooms, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. The pool area could use to b cleaned I little better tho.

Nice place. Close proximity to either Pentwater or Ludington. Fair prices. Breakfast was passable but not as good a similarly priced hotels.

I have never had such a great room (108&110) especially for the price! It was off season for the area so that could be why. I only had one complaint with our room, it was a rather larger room and it just wouldn't heat even though it was blowing out HOT air. There seemed to be a smaller heater in the other part of our room but it wouldnt turn on. Everything else was wonderful &we will be back!

Clean and cheap, helpful staff.

Power went out at my house day b4 Christmas. I tried getting a room with a kitchenette. He told me they were full for Christmas. There was not one car in the parking lot. He also accused me of smoking in the 30 seconds I walked in the aufull room he tried putting me in. The hotel is super outdated. Way better places with better service and newer stuff.

Great hotel. The hotel is newly renovated and in really good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful during check in and during our stay. We were with young kinds and they made our stay easy by allowing us to use their microwave. The rooms are very nicely done, very clean and comfortable. The in room fridge is a big plus for families. The free breakfast is great way to start your morning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. The nice rock fountain in the atrium is a nice touch to creating a nice ambiance during our stay.

Customer service is not this hotel's priority.

Nice clean place. The ac/heat unit kept cycling all night. This bothered my GF. A bit high priced I thought.

Wow, what an awful experience. After check in I noticed my air conditioning unit was not working properly, the room was a steamy 84 degrees. When I spoke to management they brought me a fan and said there was nothing else they could do, with very little options in Pentwater for hotels I had no choice but to stay the night in this hot room with my wife and children. Heated pool was ice cold, the hot tub was lukewarm. The morning at check I was told they would not offer me any discount and told me that I should have not stayed if I knew the air was not working. Bobby Patel is the owner and was not willing to even try to make me happy. At check out time 2 people in front of me were also complaining, one person was talking about how the bathtub would not drain and one couple were complaining that they had roaches in the room. Not good at all. Do not waste your hard earned money. Thanks Bobby for your kindness.

Had a reservation for 3 hotel rooms for over 2 months. I had to cancel one. Subsequently (within 12 hours) while we were in Pentwater, we had to book another room — so that I had 3 rooms. I was never told they were going to charge us at the higher price — it was never explained when we rebooked the room. While we were there — we need another extra room for 1 night. Once more, we were charged the higher rate — without anyone at the front desk ever explaining that to either me or my husband. When I called the manager — ADAM — he is rude, obnoxious and told me I didn't appreciate his level of service and that he was willing to give us the lower rate for the rebooked room — but not the 1 night — since he didn't like my attitude. I asked to speak to the owner, and he said he worked for the owner, and then told me he was the owner. I have been coming to Pentwater and that hotel for 14 years and have never been treated so rudely. You have lost loyal customers.
