We had a fantastic stay! Beds and pillows were super comfortable, sheets soft and bright white. Nice desk staff. Everything was VERY clean and we sincerely appreciate that. The playground was a nice perk and unexpected. The to go breakfast was great. We were unsure about staying anywhere due to the Covid situation, but you exceeded our expectations! Can't wait to come back.

There wasn’t anything to not like from the minute I walked in I was welcomed. Everyone was super nice and went out of there way to accommodate us. I was able to check in 3 hours early which worked out great for my schedule. The room was awesome and super big. Very enjoyable and would definitely stay there again.

What a great place so clean and updated the staff was great so friendly! Our room 116 was big and quite! And Diane the room staff was wonderful great person to talk too!

They were amazing they had fun activities beautiful facilities but best of all extremely friendly and helpful staff they are a plus 5 star.

My wife and I had a minor emergency and needed a room to stay. We started off at the local campground but was hit with a nasty storm sleeping in tent. Let’s say we had to abandon our campsite for a dry bed. We arrived around 10 pm and was completely shocked on how nice and clean the room was. Everything was updated and great working order. We where very happy with everything and actually would consider staying here again instead of sleeping in a tent at the campground.

One of the cleanest rooms we've stayed in. Kids loved the fact that there was an arcade room. Although we didn't stay in a "Kidsuite", it's a great idea and we may try one in the future. This was a short stay (a sort of scouting stop) and I'm positive we'll be back.

For a comfort in this is about as good as it could ever get. Most of the staff is very helpful. They put on a good breakfast the ladies that work breakfast are very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is fantastic for kids and families they even have showers in the pool area. There's an arcade it's pretty awesome.

Nice Hotel, but they way over charge. It is your typical Comfort inn, clean fairly nice and what one would expect when staying at a Comfort Inn, EXCEPT THE PRICE. We paid $235 for a double queen room, where most places we would have paid between $80-150 for the same room in the same hotel chain. Because of an emergency we had to seek a hotel room for the night. On the back of the door it shows that the price is $35 per person. $35 * 4 = $140. Feeling like we were taken advantage of. : (

I stayed here under the impression I would be getting a handicap accessible room, which I had to pay extra for by the way, considering I am 100% wheelchair dependant. The room itself was fine, not to special and definitely not easily accessible. My chair fit in but no room to turn around, I had to back all the way out of the room. But that's not even the biggest issue. The bathroom, you can't call it an accessible room if the "shower" is actually a tub! They have a little fold down bench for in the tub but that is presuming the person can do a slide transfere onto the extremely low bench by themselves. I can definitely not do that. I need a roll in shower which should be in all ACCESSIBLE rooms. At least advertise that it's only Semi-Accessible.

Great stay! Staff was very friendly! Room, pool area, game room, laundry room, breakfast area all clean and very nice. While at breakfast a woman gave my children wooden flutes that said Ludington on then. We would definitely stay here again!

We came here for our son’s 7th birthday. The staff was AMAZING and even came through with putting balloons and a huge balloon in our room prior to our check in to surprise our little guy! The room was very clean and the pool was awesome! And the breakfast was absolutely delicious and they had a huge variety of breakfast food to choose from. I definitely recommend staying here!

This place was freshly remodeled and the rooms look really nice. Breakfast was busy, but there was enough food. We ordered carry out for dinner and ate in the breakfast area and played some games. There is a playground and even has an old school merry go round. Kids loved that.

Really nice hotel for the price with an excellent breakfast. Lot of kid friendly things and a nice pool. Quiet rooms. Close to downtown as well. Stayed here for work but will be back for leisure.

One of the best hotels we have in Ludington. The rooms are amazing, the staff is friendly, helpful, and kind. The beds are comfy to the point of not wanting to get out of bed in the morning. The breakfast has a variety of things to eat, some of the best coffee I have ever had, the price is perfect. We try to do this once a month so the kids can swim and have some warm fun in the winter time and this is the only place I will stay at from now on.

I had an over night stay in Ludington. All the staff were very friendly. I liked the hotel overall. My only complaint is that the room wasn't fully cleaned. I recommend checking and cleaning under the side tables.

We stay here once or twice a year. It's a good value with clean rooms. Kids love the pool too.

When they took over the building from holiday inn, everything got remodeled and it was beautiful! Now… it doesn't seem like they take pride in the building anymore. It lost it's luster.

This place is Beautiful! down by the pool is a nice ally of doors with signs that say kidsuite. There's a fabulous game room with a good variety of games including table hockey. The exercise room is near there and even that has a better, nicer quality of equipment, including a stair stepper… not a cheap one. The pool Is stunningly beautiful with real cedar tongue n groove woodwork. A large hot tub. It's the largest one I've seen. Breakfast has a great variety. We had a baby next to our room but only knew it because we heard it crying when we stepped out into the hall. The staff was very friendly, and the cost was better than most that are just typical. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place if you bring your furry friend with you on vacation! They even give you a "doggy" bag filled with a ball, bones, and bags to clean up after your dog. Bed was so comfy and truly enjoyed our stay!

Only negatives… bed was a little firm for my liking, but that's nothing to hold against them, but the toilet seat that shifts when you sit is not a good thing! … very clean rooms and quiet. This is our 4th stay here, almost tried a different place but we thought, we know what we are getting for the price! Plus we got 50% off second night! Great Quality hotel!

Excellent motel. The rooms were very nice and clean as well as large. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very nice with a nice variety of food. Very impressed with this hotel. Conveniently located on the main drag in Ludington, the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub area is big, neat, and clean. The water was clean, with towels and seating abundant. There seems to always be a staff member around to make sure everything is perfect. The housekeeping staff do a great job of keeping everything clean but also look professional and greet the guests. Diane was particularly friendly and represents the company very well. We stayed the weekend in a kids suite with a beach-themed private bunk area. The stay was simply perfect. Book this hotel with confidence.

The front desk staff was incredibly pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was very clean with easy access to everything especially the outside since we were traveling with a dog. I highly recommend this facility.

Stayed in July of 2017. They did not have the room I reserved so they put me in a bigger room and charged me more. Then they Double billed and can not take care of it! It has been over a month and they keep saying is "Should" be taken care of… Nothing like being charged double. If your looking for a clean over priced room and paying double unless you go through this hassle then this is the place. I will not stay here again!

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast bar was stocked and alot of choices. Room was spacious and better than expected.

Great hotel — room was very spacious, clean and up to date. Breakfast was good, pool and hot tub was very nice, clean and spacious. Nice little game room. Very quiet — didn't hear anything all night. We were on the 3rd floor. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Only 2 miles from the lake. Great price too. Staff was friendly. No complaints. We definitely would recommend it and would stay again.

7/5/2017… Have been at hotel for 3 nights. First day housekeeping serviced the room. Yesterday they brought towels and that was it… Never made the bed or did anything else. Spoke with front desk. Asked to be certain room was serviced today. Today NOTHING was done. NO clean towels. Zero room cleaning. I am beyond angry. With this being a holiday weekend am paying premium room rate over $240. Could not be more disappointed. Have asked to talk with manager. So far, no response except to be told manager is too busy with her family to talk with me. This hotel used to be run by Holiday Inn and never had issues. Comfort Inn obviously cares little about guest comfort and providing a clean room. Don't stay here!

The beds were comfortable. One of the better ones I've slept in. We had our dog with us and they put us on a floor with other dog owners. The noise was kept at a minimum. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Very clean. Has a great continental breakfast (or at least it used to? ) Staff is friendly. Rates are corporate hotels average. There are same value or cheaper ones, closer to downtown and the beach.

From the friendly staff, the cleanliness, to check out… All a 5! I believe our room was recently renovated, the bed was comfortable, and the layout was nice. The complimentary breakfast had a decent selection and the coffee was good. The best part was the pool room! It's the biggest in Ludington! The seriously, the pool and hot tub are massive for a hotel. It was nice to witness, twice, someone checking the pool chemical balances.

They are renivating the hotel. It was nice before. Shoukd be even better. Not all the rooms have mini fridge though so be sure to ask.

This was a very nice hotel. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff! The pool area was just beautiful and had a sauna and hot tub. When I arrived to check in I was given a bag of carmel popcorn which was yummy for being a priority rewards memeber. Our room was nice and room and very quiet. I just thought the bathroom could have been a little more cleaner. But overall this was a great place to stay.

Great hotel, stayed at the ramada inn down the road the first night and it was awful, great hotel, large pool, sauna and hot tub.

I stay here at least one night every fall when I am on the road. It's a great hotel that is very clean and well cared for. Convenient to US 31 and Meijer/Walmart. Stay here if you can.
