When I walked in my room it smelled like garbage, there were puke stains on the wall. When I went into the bathroom there was a cigarette in the toilet. I recommend you do not stay here. We left an hour after checking in. Couldn't handle the filth.

Worst customer service… rooms were dirty.

Worst place I have ever seen. The first room we took was so dirty and nasty. The AC didn't work, so we asked to switch rooms. The pictures are from the second room we were given. The toilet was full of feces (picture is how nasty it was after flushing). There was trash next to the toilet. The bathtub had used soap and soap scum all over. It looked like feces spots on the wall. I pulled back a corner of the blanket to find blood stains on the sheets. This place is a serious dump and honestly should be condemned. The only positive thing about this place, is that the lady gave me my money back after I showed her the pics. I wouldn't ask my worst enemy to stay here. F-

It used to be a good place during outages at STP but the New Owner sucks.

Its a rat hole… needs to be condemned.

Seriously, I wouldn't even give it a whole star. Place is infested with roaches! Was going to use the microwave and it had dead roaches in it. Will never go there again and would not recommend it even to my worst enemy.

It's cheap and it's free internet.

WARNING! DO NOT stay at this place! It's infested with roaches! The roomservice people are rude! And the maintenance people are slow to answer things that are wrong. The plugs in the room only worked every now and then. The pool has been closed for like forever. We paid for a week there and only stayed 3 days and they wouldn't give us a refund after the hot water went out the plugs were messed up there was dirty under ware in our room under the tv! Just don't stay here by all means it's not worth it!

Whoever wrote the other reviews was the owner or a freind. The guy at the front desk was rude and stunk. I can't explain it but it felt shady enough that I paid cash because I did not want to use my card the room smelled like mildew and was very outdated and crappy looking the pool is shut down and a big nasty concrete hole in the ground. The picture of the pretty pool inside is closed down glass broke out and scary looking. The pictures on their site do not match what it looks like now. Just a warning do not even stop here. It is full of what seems to be permanent residence.

Good staff, clean rooms, and informative about the area. There was a guy who said he was new, and my wife and I tried to remember his name, but anyway he was super helpful, and made up feel like he truly cared about our stay. The price was easy on our pocketbook as well. If we were ever in the area again we'd stay there.

DIRTY, DIRTY AND DIRTY! DIRTY SINK, DIRTY TOILET, DIRTY SHOWER AND DIRTY TOWELS! I call the front desk and the lady tell me that she was going to tell the manager and call me RIGHT BACK, well I still waiting for the call! THANKS TO MY BIG LYSOL SPRAY AND CLOROX WIPES I SURVIVE ONE DAY IN THAT UGLY PLACE.

I wouldn't recommend this Hotel/Motel to anyone. The room that we had smelled like mold when we just walked in. Then my husband went to use the restroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. My daughter was walking around the room with her shoes off and her feet turned black. To top it off right before we were about to go to bed, we saw a roach on the night stand. Called the office and they offered a different room and wouldn't refund our money. I just can't beleive that they would rent these rooms out to people under these conditions. They are just plain NASTY and wouldn't EVER recommend ANYONE to Stay there ever.

I pulled up to the hotel and immediately didn't like it, it should really be called a motel. Every room has a door to the outside (even the second floor) and the rest of the wall to the outside is a floor to ceiling window. The front desk did not appear to be connected to the rest of the rooms. I didn't even go into the room because when I got to the door the card light flashed green but the door would not open. There were also 18-wheelers idling in the parking lot and there is not much in the surrounding the area. I recommend going to stay at one of the hotels near Walmart.
