Re done rooms are great great office ladies and a good location. It is enjoyable to be here.

This hotel is great. Newly remodeled nice and clean comfortable rooms and the guy at the front desk is amazing he is so friendly I can’t remember his name right now but he was awesome and they had build your own breakfast burritos what amazing deff recommend.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel. The quality and taste along with the selection was top notch.

Just stayed here during a wedding and the room was very nice, beds were super comfortable! They did however have a pillow from the stay prior behind the chair and did not provide soap or shampoo but did everything else which we found odd. However it was a great stay and would stay again if in that area.

Great hotel! Love that the rooms were directly connected to the outside which made for unloading my car super easy. Staff was neatly groomed and dressed and very friendly. Room was immaculate and all of the amenities worked as they should. Wi-Fi was faster than a lot of hotels I have stayed in. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend at. Best Western Hartland. All of our family and friends loved the accommodations! Thank you for allowing us to use the breakfast area for our family BBQ dinner Saturday night. It allowed us to mix and mingle, catching up with each other. Ken, Marilyn and your other front desk gal were so friendly and helpful. And your cleaning crew was great too! Top notch staff and accommodations! Thanks! By the way Kensington BBQ was wonderful! We worked with Holly and she delivered our delicious food — we definitely recommend them! And of course all loved Black Rock.

I've been staying here off and on for the last 20 years. The rooms are not huge but have always been exceptionally Clean, well maintained, uncluttered and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I look for any logical reason to have this Best Western be on my route so I can spend the night here. It's nice that it is just outside of the heavily populated Detroit Metro area. Lots of Restaurants and services near by.

Staff was friendly and courteous… breakfast was decent… Didn't like that you had to cross the parking lot and into a separate building to use the pool, or to get ice and vending items.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Chose for location and that it's pet friendly. Room, lobby, and breakfast area was all very clean and updated. Lawn area was nice and clean. Parking right outside door. Staff was very nice and efficient.

Hotel was clean. Blankets given are extremely thin. Lady working breakfast was extremely rude to me and several other guests. There was no bacon and a guest asked if more could be made, they lady said there wasn't enough time to make it. Gebtleman pointed out that there was over an hour left until breakfast ended and she snapped "it takes an hour to make so if you want to wait an hour than fine" and she stormed off and didn't make the bacon. I requested cream cheese for my bagel and she litterally scoffed at me. I skipped breakfast on my second morning.

Very clean. The check in desk helped tremendously when we checked in. Beds are a little firm but comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The room is nice clean. They have an indoor swimming pool the area around it is also nice and clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices of hot items.

Pretty dated on the outside but nicely revamped on the inside. Beds were comfortable, plenty of parking, clean. Downsides are smaller room sizes, water is rather soft, but a decent place for the price range. Staff were friendly.

I stay here occasionally when in the area. It's a nice hotel that is well maintained. The past two times I have stayed I asked for a ground floor room and was told when I booked I would have one, but upon arrival was told I was on the second floor. It is not a huge deal to me, but if you can't put me on ground level don't say you can. I would start again if in the area.

The online description didn't include that this was an outdoor hotel. We had to walk outside to get to the pool. That had 2 small bathrooms as changing rooms. The room was nice but the heater had been turned off so we had to turn it as high as it could go and leave for a few hours before we could be comfortable in the room.

Dated and dirty. It's the only hotel in town and they certainly act like it. You'll be much better served by driving to Brighton and staying in the Holiday Inn.

Excellent room, pretty good breakfast. The bed was a little stiff, but otherwise was wonderful. Only real complaint is that they put a dog friendly room on the second floor.

Room is as promised. You get to park outside your room. Pool, ice machine, check in and breakfast located in building across the parking lot. If the power goes out, no refunds or emergency supplies.

Nice place. Good location. Great breakfast choices. Accommodating with groups. Bad steps and no elevator. Pool — ok but no hot tub. Speed of cleaning rooms. Slow.

An old fashion style motel — staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The bathroom, especially the shower, needs some serious updating and cleaning. The grout was "icky" and need replaced and a good cleaning. I will say that the place was quiet for being so close to an interstate highway. Not a bad place but definitely needs updated.

My granddaughters, daughter and I recently stayed at the Best Westerns in Beulah and Hartland, Michigan. Our experience was delightful. They added an extra room when we decided grand-girls needed extra space, removed an unwanted male from the parking lot that spooked us, provided a first floor for my daughter who was pregnant, an extra roll-a-way bed, and provided friendly service. Breakfast choices met everyone's appetite especially the waffles. I love the reward points and will use Best Western in the future.

We have stayed at a lot of hotels this year and I was extremely satisfied with our experience here! The price, location and overall experience! The breakfast was GREAT! Not just a few items! We will be returning for sure.

This was a wonderful place to stay. So neat & clean. Very comfortable. The staff were super. The swimming pool was very clean, and reasonable temperature.

Right off the expressway, easy to get to and back on to the expressway, nice covered porch to park under when one is checking in, plus very clean, comfortable rooms makes this a great place to stop for the night. I was warmly greeted by the person at the check in counter, and off to my room in just a couple of minutes. Breakfast area is well stocked, I had eggs, bacon a blueberry muffin and a small yogurt and I was fueled up for my day! Grabbed a coffee to go and I was on my way after a good night's sleep!

Best hotel I've stayed at in years. Beautiful rooms. Great value. My new go to place when visiting relatives in Michigan.

This hotel always is in really good condition. The public areas and the rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Over the winter of 2016-17 they updated the rooms and they are very nice. The only problem we had is that the brand new mattress was just way to firm for our personal preferences. The really good parts were the quiet air conditioner, the excellent staff and the lovely breakfast. So even though we had a bit of a problem, we will be back.

It would've sure been nice when we checked in an hour and half ago and changed our clothes and got in the pool to know that at 5:00 they were having a kids birthday party in the pool with 20+ kids. And they thought it would be a great idea to bring water cannons for them! After being hit the face 3 times from water cannons I had to get out. Can't go back to the room and come back because I'm wet, the pool is in a separate building that you have to walk to, and it's freezing outside (47 degrees)!
Complained to the front desk after dealing with this for 2 hours (because again, it's cold outside) with half hour break while they ate pizza and I was actually able to enjoy the pool for 30 minutes before being chased out. Told her it would've been really nice when we checked in to be told that there was a kids party in pool from 5:00 until who knows when. She claimed she didn't know they were coming. Seriously?! How stupid do I look. People don't just show up at a hotel and have a party at the pool. And eat pizza and cake in the lobby.
We've stayed here the last 2 years for my daughters dance competition NEVER AGAIN! We will find another hotel.

First time to stay here and it was great, we will stay here from now on when we come up to visit the grand kids.

Priced just right. The rooms were very nice and clean. No worries, best place around.

We needed a place to stay for an undetermined amount days as We waited for Our New Home to be ready to move in, We needed it to Be pet friendly too, as We have a rather large one year old dog. I've stayed at this particular Best Western many times since 2001, using it as an inexpensive lil vacation for the Family but close to home, and although it's been years, it's ALWAYS been Great❣ This time, We weren't sure how long we'd need the place, but ended up staying 13 days, And… (with the Exception of them renting out Our room to someone else on the 14th-15th days and telling us if We needed to stay the two more days, they could give Us a different room with only one bed? ), I couldn't be More Satisfied❣ The rooms are Clean, their Hot Breakfast is Fantastic, the Pool is Wonderful and the Entire Staff are Efficient, Attentive, Very Helpful and Always Friendly and Fast to give You a Smile❣ I Highly recommend staying at this Hotel if you're Ever in need of a room in this area❣

Stayed here 3 years ago in a golf trip with 24 guys. Really like how they've updated the rooms and the breakfast was delicious.

Remodeled rooms and friendly service! What more could you ask for.

I come here pretty frequently as this is a hotel that my company prefers. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. They have recently renovated the majority of the rooms and are nearly finished with the rest. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Several options for food and convenience items within walking distance. My only complaint is that they are often booked solid on the weekends, so it pays to reserve ahead.

Needed manager to solve problem. Not provided… Took business elsewhere… Whitmore lake was happy to accommodate… Very sad business practice.

Safe location. Close to the highway. Restaurants and stores in close location. Very clean rooms. Free cable and Wi-Fi. Indoor pool is clean.

Friendly staff, but the room is dirty and noisy.

Absolutely worth the rate. Excellent beds, bathrooms, and breakfast. Exceptional staff.

The rooms were really nice and the breakfast was pretty tasty. Perfect for a cross country team just passing through.

Avoid. Loud. You can hear every word your neighbors are saying next door and outside your room, the walls are paper thin. The carpets are old and disgusting. No eco-friendly program to save sheets and towels. The "heated pool" is a freezing cold pool in a heated room.

We spent two nights. Our room was very clean and the staff was very nice. The continental breakfast was good. We were at the end near the highway so we had alot of traffic noise but otherwise a very pleasant stay. Would stay there again.

Clean and what u would expect from a best western. I checked the pool and didn't see an oil slick or floaties as described in the other review. Breakfast is below average, not much of a selection, but its free. Upon arrival to the room I did a thorough inspection of both beds for bed bugs and found none. The room had a slight odor of bleach, indicating it was recently cleaned.

The night started with no working radio; could use no music channels. Then came what they called a pool. There was some sort of oil slick on the water and things (white particals and strings; other objects) floating all over in the water. It seemed the filters weren't working. Apon notifying the office we were told we were wrong however; the pool was closed maintenance? The next morning I went to check out the pool with the office who told me nothing was wrong. So I went to see for myself, only to discover the pool lights were off leaving only a dark hole of water to look at. This left us with no way of knowing if the things were still floating in the pool! I was pleased with the nice lady working the night shift who tried to get the pool situation right for us, it's not her fault there is crappy management.
