This place is incredibly dirty. The landscape is full of weeds and trash. The elevator is disgustingly filthy and the room was no better! No coffee or bfast and the worst part is even tho we booked thru Orbitz they double charged and refuse to remove the charges! Stay away! We was traveling late and needed sleep! Our mistake and it will never happen again.

You can improve by hiring better people who actually have customer service experience and better management who treat the employees better if you people can't do this than you need to close it down.

Pleasant atmosphere, good parking.

Charged a refundable $50 for a hotel deposit, on top of the usual charge and a $25 pet charge. This happened 7/7/21 and have still not received my money back. Plus pool was not open, and the first room we went to was not available due to construction. Do not reccomend.

This will be fun!

Most of all the housekeeping lady was a complete bi**h!
wouldn't let me check out even a minute later than 12 even though I offered to buy the front desk staff dinner last night! My wife is in retail management in the community and I used to be a promoter in Las Vegas where we met. We know bad customer service when we see it and talk about it every day. We're driving up North now for the holiday and we will spend the next few hours talking about Baymont and bad customer service.
After that I will go on Facebook and post about our bad experience to my 4, 997 friends

Dirty sink clogged poor customer service bath tub had hair in it uuukkkhhh.

This place was terrible. Staff is friendly. Bed was comfy. But the noise awful. Woke up to people screaming for 20 minutes straight at 1 in the morning. Ghetto as hell literally blood stains and drips all throughout hallway carpet on the 2nd floor. Like the carpet had what appeared to be blood stains all up and down the carpet. Like really shampoo or get new carpet it is absolutely disgusting. I just absolutely did not feel safe here. Will never go back. This place needs to be shut down.

Charging $20 for a old used towel they say I had hair dye on? Also smelled hair die in the room. Complete crap. Did bit die my hair in that room and I could have got whatever was on the towel out. Breakfast was cold. The hotel needs to be clean the ceiling in the hall was black in spots. Give me a break. I dont even buy $20 towels for home. And mine are. More absorbent and soft. Next time we will spend more m ok ey for a better place to that wont charge a outrageous amount for something they think happened.

My family and I (2 adults/2 kids) stayed here the 1st night of our vacation. When we checked in, Sarah at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. We got to the room, and it smelled a bit of weed, but just by the bathroom. After we unpacked a few things and headed back out, we stopped at the desk just to let them know about the smell so that we weren't held accountable for it. Sarah apologized profusley and gave us air freshener per our request. The night was fine, not alot of people so it was pretty quiet. The breakfast was eh, in my opinion. But everything was fresh. My 3 year old wanted to go swimming badly, so we went to the pool. There were no towels, a bit of paper and Styrofoam floating in the pool and a dead cricket in the Jacuzzi. We usually stay at a Baymont hotel when we travel, and this was the "worst" one. But I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family traveling.

We travel to Michigan every year and always feel Comfortable staying here. This year 2018 my little girl lost her tablet we got home and noticed it was missing. They called the following week about the tablet saying someone found it outside and turned it in. Thanks for their Honesty. Very nice and helpful!

I can't believe Google says this is a 2-star hotel. That's a joke. This is a much better Hotel than that. I stayed in the one in Northern Flint Michigan, and they were nothing but the very best that I've been to in a long time. Celia went the extra mile at 4pm mind you, and helped me on the phone to get the last remaining room that I needed that very night! Everything was clean. The breakfast was great. Pool was clean. Hot tub. Breakfast had lots of fresh offerings. Cold refrigerator clean microwave really nice coffee maker everything in the room was great. I would highly recommend anybody that has to stay in Flint, to call up Baymont on Pierson Road. The price was quite affordable at about $85.

Staff was very accommodating! Price was very reasonable. My room was very clean and comfortable. I travel to and from Canada from the states and this is my stop going and returning home. Pets are welcomed which is huge for me!

Located close to the interstate. Some noise from traffic, but otherwise fairly tranquil. The breakfast is quite decent. The rooms are decently furnished and the TV has a better selection of channels than other hotels (relatively speaking). There is a small fridge and microwave in each room. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a family member pass away and the hotel would not support canceling my reservation for two days for today and tomorrow. And when I try to do this last night I was told that I have to wait 12 hours before somebody would actually respond so there was no manager on staff willing to take the responsibility. I even sent a obituary to validate my families passing with nothing but the greedy owners wanting to rent the rooms out at full rate at $140 per night in still bringing people in from what I've seen as low as $64. I would never recommend a place like this that is part of Wyndham and or Baymont ever again and nor would I ever support this hotel nationally due to their lack of interest in supporting somebody's death.

I liked the feel of the beds and the material of the covers and I like that they had a TV and free Wi-Fi and the pool was awesome.

Staff was nice, once you could get their attention. The rooms were small and not very clean. Also, the rooms, halls, carpets and pool area looked like they were in need of repair/maintenance. There was chipped paint on the walls and a funny smell in certain areas. Additionally, there were several (20+) kids in the pool, screaming non-stop and kids running down the halls. If you want peace and quiet, this is not a good option. Finally, we barely sat on the edge of the bed and it broke, falling down on one side. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible service charges me for room 2 nights that I did not use and would not refund. Told me they were privately owned and that Wyndom could not make them refund me.

The building and lobby may look decent on the outside but wait until you see the rooms. Overpriced! Bed skirt hanging off bed. Box spring is filthy. Carpet had stains. Strand of Pubic hair in the shower stall. Not to mention the enormous amount of kids stampeding through the halls. Run Run Run. Don't waste your hard earned money. Oh one more thing, I was double charged for a room I didn't use. So watch your credit card. Now that I mentioned the aweful things. I will give some pros such as the restaurants are in close proximity. The breakfast was decent.

The room and staff here are nice and polite. We had a problem with our tub stopper and they come and fixed it within 10 minutes of the call we had a new stopper. They do have an indoor pool. The site says they have a heated pool and hot tub. The pool was not as warm as stated and the hot tub was colder than the pool. The site also said they had a exercise room and a game room. First there is no game room. Second the exercise room says you must be 18 to enter and it was full of little kids soaked from the pool unattended by any adult figure whatsoever. The same for the pool it states kids under 14 must have an adult present but over 20 kids and no adult. I myself am disabled and couldn't use any of the pool room or exercise room because the floors were soaked as well the wood hallways were soaked. As I'm an above the knee amputee and use crutches leaving the room become a death trap. One wrong move and I slip and hit the floor hard. They need to pay more attention to what is going on it the pool and exercise rooms.

The location is ideal, I dont have a single complaint about that. BUT in my single experience there recently, there was a overdose early in the morning, when we got to our room there was a VERY questionable bodily fluid stain ON THE BED, and there was pubic hair in the bathroom. I took pictures, but all that was offered was a new throw blanket. It was absolutely disgusting. I took this pic as soon as we walked in and saw it.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Rooms were very clean They are kid friendly with great patience towards rambunctious children. The pool was very clean. Thank you for a great night stay.

I can not believe these people manager and security, 2:00 in the morning kids are sleeping TV volume is on 10 and we are laying their watching TV. Someone beats on the door and says let me in my husband and I was concerned this is not the greatest area my husband goes to the door and the man says security let me in. My husband frustrated tells the man hell no because we wasn't sure he was security why was he at our door so I call the front desk and ask the manager was that security at our door he states the kids were being loud and because my husband yelled at him he said we had 5 minutes to pack up and leave we had no clue what was going on kids were sleeping so I called the my morris police I also got his card number he was a very nice officer still I'm not sure why we got kicked out at 2:00 in the morning with two kids when we did nothing wrong. The officer told us it wasn't the first time the manager has done this they just wanted they just took our 100 dollars and decided to kick us out the security and manager was very rude… security tried bullying us this place is a joke I wouldn't ever suggest this place… dirty place, smelled of weed in the halls and people running around everywhere… Police said they are always called their for fighting and drugs… beware. I would have rated them a zero but then I wouldn't be able to warn you…

This place is ghetto. Prepare to be up all night due to parties crack heads and the security guard kicking the. Out. Way overpriced. Rooms were clean bed was comfortable. Pool was freezing.

I was very convenient the spot it's in right next to Cracker Barrel they have a pool they had a really nice complimentary breakfast the rooms were nice and clean I would stay there again.

Our stay here was in the Summer and I waited this long to write a review because, at check-out and after, the manager promised to compensate us for the horrible experience we had there. After several calls with excuses and no action, plus emails that got the runaround as response, it’s time. We stayed here for 8 nights. Knowing that this is an older property, I won’t comment on general conditions, décor, or even cleanliness, although I certainly could. This review is about the housekeeping and management. First night was fine. The hotel was full due to an event in the area so we could not get a double room. We got a King with a roll-a-way bed for my daughter, unpacked and made ourselves comfortable as we were in town to visit family for the week. The next morning, I left a tip with a note to housekeeping explaining that we’d be there for the week and asking for extra towels. Got a nice note back in response and a couple of towels, not a full set. Second day, when we returned to the room in the evening, no service had been done. I purposely had left the “Service Please” sign on the door, and someone had come into the room, placed the sign on the bathroom counter, turned lights on and opened the curtains, but no beds were made, no towels picked up or replaced and no trash emptied! I called the front desk, explained the situation and was told to bring the trash bags and dirty towels down to the lobby!

I wish I was able to give no stars but I had to. This place has bed bugs and the messed my and my mans clothes up. I was visiting from out of town and I booked this hotel and there was mold in the vents and we we in bed he was asleep and I was watching television and I saw something crawling up the blanket and it was a BED BUG. I called for a manager and I was told that he wasn't gonna be on until tomorrow and nothing was done. I sat up on the chest in the room because I couldn't sleep. They told me they would send my clothes to the cleaners and I still had tags on some of them. When I got them back they were stuffed in a clear garbage bag. Some of them had faded and shrunk and I emailed the corporate office and called and I've heard nothing from this company. Im very upset that I had to give through this. This was in September of 2017 and no one even tried to contact me at all. All of this time has passed and still nothing. Thank you for messing my trip up.

The only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is that it's too close to my house! I have stayed at over 100 hotels in my daily travels for work, this is ONE OF THE BEST by far! It started with a phone call to the GM Eli after a horrible check-in at another Wyndham property nearby and was ended with a fond farewell from all the staff! They went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay! Even after checkout, one of my children left a wallet and Eli personally called to let us know. We had 3 rooms, 2 were connected and one was a family suite. They were all clean and stocked with the toiletry essentials. The beds were comfortable and everything fresh and clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Breakfast was better than any of the restaurants and included with the stay!

Polite staff, but room could have been a little cleaner. Stayed in a suite with my husband and three kids. Water pressure was excellent. Toiletries were of good quality. Coffee maker was broken though.

Had a great stay! The breakfast was delicious and the gentleman maintaining it did a fantastic job. Kept the whole area clean and stocked. Staff was very friendly and the rooms looked good. Would stay again.

Baymont Inn, Flint is an older building. There are some repairs needed to bring it up to its full potential, such as replacing some of the door locks and broken heater grids, removing the deep scuffing from doors and refinishing those doors… but the manager, Eli Najjar, and his staff need no improvement! We reserved a barrier-free room for my husband, my service dog, my wheelchair and myself. The room was lovely and was, indeed, barrier-free; mirror and sink at good height for both my ambulatory husband and myself in a wheelchair, room to maneuver the wheelchair, roll-in shower and plenty of room for wheelchair maneuverability and transfer from chair to toilet (you'd be surprised how many places we've been in which the "handicapped" facilities didn't, in fact, meet the criteria I just mentioned). Sadly, although the hotel's policy (and Michigan law) prohibit smoking on the premises, someone had been smoking in this room, so we didn't get to actually stay in the room, as I'm deeply allergic to tobacco and asthmatic as well. The young woman on duty at the desk apologized sincerely (for something which wasn't her fault, I might add — — I seriously doubt she ran down to the room and grabbed a quick smoke) and immediately transferred us to another room, not barrier-free, as there were no more available, but smoke-free, which was necessary at that point.

I've been waiting two months for corporate to get back with me and return my money. I want my money back. Someone name Chad or Chase from the Corporate Office contacted me over social media. I have seen other post from clients who have stayed at Baymont on Pierson Rd in Flint and had the same problem on the third floor. I stayed on the second floor. Please respond asap. Horrible conditions…

We have stayed here in past and always were pleased with the room and service but after this last visit we will be staying elsewhere. The room was clean but it had older damaged furniture. When we arrived at 3:30am we learned that the front desk checked another party in under our reservation. We could not connect to the internet. So all that said we will be staying elsewhere next time we need a room in that area.

Decent value for the money. Stairwells we're a bit musty. Breakfast in the morning was decent, but the breads were stale. Room was clean and bed was fairly comfortable. 3.5/5

The sign for room 420 was stolen and replaced with a sign for 425. No smoking sign also missing from this door. Mildew smell is soon forgotten. Wi-Fi connection is no good for online gaming. Pool area is pretty smelly. I hope the breakfast is good.

Great staff but the hotel is less than wondeful. Our phone didn't work nor did our TV remote. When we called to ask for a fix, we were informed that the maintenance guy had left for the evening. Granted this was at approximately 5pm.

Not bad, not great. Facilities were clean and comfortable but maybe a bit dated. Staff was pleasant enough. Breakfast was rather spartan but adequate for a quick morning breeze-through… At least there's a Tim Hortons, Bob Evans, and Cracker Barrel within throwing distance. We did enjoy the hot tub! Both the wife and I felt like a good deal of the rooms are being lived in by semi-permanent residents, which may explain some of the noise complaints in previous reviews. Highway noise was present but not overwhelming in the closest room to it (and I'm a light sleeper) and I just left the heater fan running to drown it out. Overall, decent hotel for the traveller on a budget.

The price is attractive, but you get what you pay for. Our room was fine, clean enough, and the beds were acceptable. But the highway noise makes it seem like you're sleeping in the middle of the interstate. Also, maybe it's not representative, but when we arrived there was a domestic dispute in the room down the hall, with a drunk guy screaming at his girlfriend.

The staff is wonderful. Made me fell like I was at home for the time I spent there!

Hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. The pool is also very nice as well. Entire building was quiet, even with a full booking. Would definitely recommend and will be returning myself.

Friendly staff, but had to wait for service each time (maybe a bit under-staffed? The desk person appeared to be engaged in company business with another employee). Very friendly and helpful. Very clean. A fair amount of road noise; right next to I-75. (We did choose to have the window open, however). All in all, a positive experience. Would like more handicap accessibility in the bathroom and larger fridge… that thing is tiny!

Room 126 Clean and comfortable. Very affordable and the best part is they are pet friendly!

I thought everyone I came across were extremely nice & helpful. My 6 ur old son wanted some cookies out of their machine & I had no cash on me. The young lady behind the counter gave my son the money so he could get his snack. Thank you.

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Will never stay there again! Horrible service dirty rooms! Nothing but kids running around. Adults drunk and smoking marijuana. Complained to management and nothing was done!

The beds were hard. It was party central it seemed to be the place where everyone went to party when we walked out of our room all we could smell was weed we complained to the front desk and all they did, was send thier security gaurd to spray air freshener when we check out they ask us how our stay was and we replied not so good and the clerk didnt seem to care all she stated rudely was well im sorry you didnt have a good stay. Never again will we stay there.

Our room was ok. We had a tilted headboard and the room could stand a little paint, but the staff were respectable and kind. The breakfast was great and we felt welcome.

The place is filthy! The chair at the desk was disgustingly dirty. Every night I would come in and the room was missing shampoo, conditioner, trash can liners, toilet paper and coffee. They put out what they had! I have NEVER been without toilet paper and they had 2 rolls in the restroom! The toilet is dirty after cleaning. The rooms are rented over the weekend with disturbingly LOUD clientele. Sounded like a cat house! Families of 6 and over staying in one room so the 5 to 7 children can swim in the pool. No refund if you want the best price. I was here for an 8 day trip and it was non-refundable. My room stunk so bad I went out and purchased an odor killing freshener. NEVER EVER again!

I use to stay at this establishment, often, but the cleanliness of the rooms and the ability of the night staff to control loud and out of control patrons was just too much. I have given this location MANY chances to prove my decision to be wrong. I even moved to a what I thought to be a better room on the top floor, to prevent noises from above me to wind up in a disgusting room. Found a used condom, a used tissue on the top of couch. I could go on. If you do choose to stay watch where you put your hands.

This is my second time staying at this location. My first visit was great and I had no complaints. However the second visit didn't start off so well due to the fact of a housekeeper having an off day and not cleaning the rooms very well if at all any. BUT the GM Eli made sure that I was happy and went above and beyond to see to it. And whenever Im back in town visiting Im sure I'll stay here again.

Two words — Bed Bugs! General Manger witnessed them crawling on the sheets and offer $4.00 off our bill and 15% to come back and stay again! R U kidding me! We took pictures and videos of them!

I actually got the best room in the place by default. (My door key would'nt work, neither would the master keys from the staff). I paid 95.00 dollars and waited 35 minutes to get into my room. I was forced to listen to some guy and his lady friend four doors down play hip-hop music and moan loudly. I was very unhappy about my room. The furniture looked forced as if just to stay "this room includes… " there was way too much furniture in the room. Bad furniture at that. It looked like they took whatever they could get from a furniture clearance sale. I could go on and on about how bad this place was. I would NOT stay here again, even if it was for free.
