Had multiple issues during our stay for a wedding. No one at front desk upon arrival. One couple had been waiting a half hour. Husband had to find the lady. Then, they canceled our reservation because it had been marked cash despite giving my payment info months ago. We were given a double bed room because that’s what she could squeeze in. Room smelled like smoke, sheets stained, missing basic amenities like tissue. Walls are paper thin and the hallways do not smell good at all. Hotel is clearly in disrepair and not well kept up.

The place is clean for the most part. Definitely has made a come back. All the staff were friendly and helpful, although I had issues with one of them. She wore pajamas to work, and smelled like weed. She always had an attitude and took forever to get what we needed. She was always in the office on her phone and was never at the desk. I don't like outing people but she was ridiculous. Breakfast was good. Its a smaller lighter breakfast. My stay was overall a decent stay. Just hope the one staff member gets an attitude adjustment and gets a little more professional.

Horrible attempt at breakfast. How did this become a Baymont Inn? It's not Bad Service… It's NO Service. Good Luck people.

Run run run black mold rm 127 locks dont work well smell of cat pee on first floor no hot tub its broken stale cereal cold sausage gravy drug deals in parking lot plus more stay in niles mich instead.

Owners were rude. Management was nice. Not an adequate amount of towels in the rooms or at the pool.

I had a great experience, the manager and co workers were very friendly and attentive. Clean sheets and towels everyday, breakfast was on time and for the most part it was clean.

My stay was ok. We picked this location because it had a pool. The entire property was in need of a good cleaning. The hot tub wasn't in working condition but the pool was ok although it did seem to need a bit of cleaning and maintenance. There is a water aerobics class that uses the pool on certain morning and they don't like to share the pool. Make sure you don't wait to the last minute to get breakfast because they break it down early. They allow pets for a small a fee which is nice. The place just had a hinky feel to it. While out walking my dogs we saw a car pull up and park. A guy then walked up to a window and started talking to someone in their room. Just had a weird feel. You felt like you were always being watched.

I only went there for a birthday party the pool was refreshing.

Just nasty I just checked in was in the room two minutes to check my beds and found a bed bug. I will never recommend this place.

Very disorganized. We had a reservation. They didn't know we were checked in our room. So, next morning they Knocked and knocked, then called… Actual room was ok. No mini fridge. Not secure. Trash around back doors of facility. Kids at front desk without adult. Very unusual. But not much competition around them…

It was ok. Only saw one person working. He was friendly but butt able to take care of everyone and everything. I had to do her my own towels when I couldn't find him. Room smelled like fresh paint. Beds bouncy not very supportive. Was quite though since not right next to a highway.

It was really nice. One room had a very odd smell to it. But otherwise ok.

Very nice lady at the desk when we checked in, she checked is in quickly. Slept good, and room was clean. Breakfast was OK.

The bed was comfortable, the TV worked, and the breakfast bar was decent. But at check in, Heather informed my husband that due to being OVERBOOKED, we were being upgraded to a suite with a king size bed, but told we could Not use the Jacuzzi since we did Not Pay For IT! The toilet rocked as you sat down and got up. And what hotel Suite doesn't come equipped with a coffee maker? Carpet in room didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a Long time, or behind the bed or tables. Oh, one nice thing, a lot of TV channels, so we liked that! The lid to the ice container wasn't clean. Also, door latch was a outside the door when we went to our room the first time, so Anyone could've gone in! So, not the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Wondering if we will get charged for using the Jacuzzi!

Inexpensive, solid motel. Slept well and greeted by friendly staff. Physical plant could use a bit more investment, but quite acceptable for the price.

Not great. Pros: 1. Cheap (ish) compared to the places in Stevensville 2. Close to where we needed to be. Cons: 1. Old pillows — lumpy or flat 2. Room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking 3. No juice at breakfast 4. Room had not been restocked — there was a bottle of conditioner and one soap but no shampoo. 5. The clincher that REALLY is making me give it two stars is that when our toilet started to clog and I called down, the response was "do you want us to bring you a plunger? " What?! No, I want you to have someone come fix it! Being Midwestern nice, I said bring it to me and we plunged it, but SERIOUSLY?! Learn what it means to be in the hospitality business. The owners need to examine the plumbing because not only did the toilet clog and flush slow, the tub backs up water when you shower and you have to have the hot tap turned all the way over to total hot to her any kind of comfortable shower temperature. My sister said the tub / water issue was the same in their room. Oh and put. More than one trash can in the room. There should be one in the bathroom itself near the toilet and one in the main body of the room.

Staying here as I work in town for a couple weeks. Not a bad place, staff seems friendly, clean as far as how much traffic is in and out of here. Pool and hot tub with free breakfast. Of course free Wi-Fi and TV. Personally have had no issues but then again I'm not one to complain. Would stay again.

The exterior was lacking and the side door that was supposed to need key access was broken. The room was good even though the temperature control was not active.

The room is clean, and it has all of the amenities listed on the site, however… We had requested a roll away, but they only had one (occupied) because the rest had been broken. The pool and hot tub are serviceable, but there are broken panes in the windows around the nautorium and broken mirrors in the weight room. Breakfast is hot, and better than some I've had at hotels, but it's definitely a carb lover's dream. Biscuits and gravy, French toast, waffles, muffins, breakfast cereal, etc. Not a protein source in sight. Overall, I'm here to sleep to recharge to visit wider area attractions… Thankfully. I would certainly not return for the draw of this facility alone.

Room was a cool design. Tattered but the set up was nice. The pool was a little cold and way too much chlorine but had a good time.

They have great cereal. Best cereal.

Good room, friendly staff, nice continental breakfast. Only issues we had were the rooms could be better insulated for sound, we could hear a baby crying and people in the hall late. Also the king bed we slept in you could feel the springs so I think they should replace the bed. Overall though not bad for the price.

Walked in to the room to find that the ac/heat didn't work. There was a stain on the carpet. Only one bath towel and the shower faucet was difficult to turn. Oh and there was no microwave. A coworker stayed in a different room and his smelled terrible and didn't have a microwave or fridge. When he confronted the hotel staff they gave him an air freshener…

Abnoxiously loud, rude people, they don't respect others privacy! I expected more out of the stay since it's a well know named hotel in general! Would not recommended it at all!

Horrible… Stuck on Valentine's day hot tub didn't work… only decent thing here was second shift employees… very helpful… Third shift needs a few customer service training lessons… so we were given another room at a discount rate not only did the heat not work we pull the sheets back to check the bed only to find bedbugs… left immediately… Manager said was stayed so no refund… STAY CLEAR.

Halls smelled like smoke, light switch worked about half the time, no towels, first room had door that wouldnt lock. Room was supposed to have pull out couch, did not. Refused extra pillows (only three for four people) … at least it was cheap.

I recently checked into baymont inn & suites and experienced a bug that looked very familiar to a bed bug… wont spend another night in baymont AGIAN!

It is not a bad place to stay if all you need is to sleep for the night. The place is due for a facelift: starting with the filthy carpet in the halls. Our room had a king bed with hot tub. The bed was a very basic box of springs, lacking any pillow top. The hot tub worked but was nothing special. The breakfast was not worth getting out of bed for (Which is a shame because I usually like a continental breakfast). The staff was very okay. I've stayed at much nicer Baymont Inns.

The new management is absolutely horrible, cannot keep the same stafdf because of how poorly he treats them, there is a huge change from what it was a few years ago, staff are no longer allowed to do the pool chemicals (housekeeping is supposed to do them but dosent) the manager edom, who lives there, uses the conference room to make and leave his meals in, will never be staying here as long as he is the manager.
