Horrible customer service! They kept my husband's deposit for "pink stuff" on a towel and damage to the tub (although they wouldn't tell him what type of damage). They then told him that they " knew what we were doing in there", what the hell does that even mean, he was in the room by himself! We will never do business with this hotel again nor will our family and friends.

Well the first thing is k the staff is very attentive and friendly and the rooms are very comforting I recommend it at 100 is very good the service ami in the staff is very good.

They use any exscuse to keep your deposit they can it says they have hot tubs in the rooms it's not a hot tub and when you call to get information from them there extremely rude I will not return and will pass it along to friends and family to avoid booking through them as well.

They Are a joke, Worst customer service ever.

Charged card $150 on TOP of room charge. Nothing was ever stated online, nor did the front desk say anything when calls were made before hand. Pool was small, disgusting, and smelled weird on top of no towels — which front desk stated they don’t supply. Beds were completely sunken-in in the middle and not comfortable at all, and top blankets had stains all over them. Breakfast food was gone by 8 and never refilled. Asked for extra towels, and had to bring old ones down because “room service doesn’t do that”. Elevator was beyond slow and dirty.

They lied and said my room had a jet tub told there was no security deposit at check in, tell we got there. thier pool was green and cloudy with hair and object floating. … My bedroom window was stuck open. Security door broken, anyone can walk in the stairs without a keycard, told receptionist, they did nothing my key card didn't work on my door, but neither did the lock. Woke us at 6am to ask for another security deposit. Animal hair all over the couch, found food under the bed and in the couches refrigerator broken all my food spoiled over night. last year this place was fine, this year this place was disgusting,

Huge thanks to Lisa at the Wixom Mi location! She helped us get a great room, and made sure everything was correct with our reservation. Our room is super clean and spacious, which is nice when you’re with the kids and can spread out a bit!

APPALlING! More than a dozen ants in our beds. Even had an ant crawl in my mouth! Staff didn't believe us. When loading our luggage into the car, eventually found more than 20 more ants on our luggage. Brought some back in to the front desk to PROVE they had ants and were chewed out for not asking to change rooms in the middle of the night. Refused to do ANYTHING and became upset for bringing the dead ants back in. The floor was soaking wet in one area. Pebbles on the floor, so obviously never vacuumed. Now being accused of throwing the ants at the employee and video demonstrated otherwise. Also accused of bringing the ants into the room with us upon check-in. All of these accusations made by the manager P. K. Pallai.

A pretty nice hotel overall. Standard amenities that you'd expect, decent continental breakfast and such, but nothing special. Small TVs in the room, but nothing terrible. Overall an alright place to stay.

Think I already gave a review of this place. Google says I haven't. When I stayed there my room needed extra attention. A dead flower was on the rooms desk and obvious crumbs and bits of food on the carpet. Smoke detector also had a bag covering it. Addressed this with the front desk and all was corrected. Staff was friendly and hotel was within walking distance of Meijer. Would I stay there again? Yes I would.

The staff was wonderful and very uplifting. They took care of any needs or concerns. The stay here was great!

The room was very spacious even though they gave us a handicap room. The dining room was bigger than other places that we’ve stayed in. Breakfast was very good. 5 stars.

This is a clean and well run hotel. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. In the future if I need to stay in the area I will definitely stay here.

Rooms were great, complimentary breakfast was nothing special but tasted fine. There's a pool and "fitness center" with a treadmill and 3 machines and that's it. Basically what you would expect from a hotel gym. Only gripe was that the power went out briefly in the morning. However that's more than likely not a common occurrence.

When I got to my room I immediately started trying to get a room at nearby hotels, but nothing was available, so I stayed. Bed was broken and slanted terribly. We brought housekeeping up to look at it because we were warned, very rudely, when we checked in that $150.00 damage deposit was being reserved and they would charge us if ANYTHING was wrong with our room. So when we got to our room and found filth in the corners of the bathroom, filth on the bottom of the bathtub, green mold on the grout in the bathroom, a broken door on the refrigerator, and a broken bed frame, we wanted to make sure right away that these things were noted. The lady who came up was very sympathetic, and said she'd document these items, but said she couldn't move us to another room. We were only staying one night, so we made the best of it but vowed we would spread the word that this place is a dump. The front desk said they had started remodeling and got part of floor 1 and floor 4 completed, but they "got too busy" and haven't been able to do the rest. Management is cheap and must just be sucking the money out of this property. Comfort Suites should take their name off this property immediately, because I"ll never stay at another Comfort Suites if I can help it if this is the kind of place they allow to use their name.

We stayed at the wixom comfort inn and suites. 2days ago on the 18 of May the room was excellent the staff at the. Front desk very friendly very help full. The breakfast was good if were ever in that area we'll stay there. Thankyou.

Bada bad… so tired of franchise owners like this location that get away with being cheap. Stained carpet, worn linens and towels, room furniture that's old and stained too. Penny pinching to the smallest detail like generic peanut butter, dried up hard boiled eggs, old fruit they probably buy that way. Choice is advertising more to drive reservations then doing what they should — hold their franchisees to decent standards.

They ran out of towels in the pool area and wanted us to use our room towels. The staff was very rude. No supervisor on duty Saturday evening at check in or the next day. I made a complaint nobody ever called. I had to call back they changed my credit card a 150, 00 incident change. They said that the girl at the check in desk was supposed to tell me that this hotel changes a 150, 00 on the credit then will reverse it if there was no damage to the room. I have never heard of this. I will never stay at a comfort suites hotel. The price was outrageous for horrible customer service.

Came down for a soccer tournament and have been completely satisfied with the room and the service. Staff is great and has taken a second to chat with us when we run into them. Great value for the price, in my opinion.

I thought the location was good. I'm from Michigan but Wixom is a good hour away from me. I stayed for 2 days and it was an easy commute to and from work, considering I wasn't familiar with the area. There's food options near and a meijer in the connecting parking lot. The hotel had a complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. The rooms were pretty clean but there were certain areas of the bathroom that looked neglected, which caused me to question the rest of the room. I stayed there in the middle of the week & they had great rates. For some reason other rooms in the area were pricey for week days. Overall not a bad stay but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

I, was annoyed when I first entered my room. The first thing I always check is the bathroom and the bed. Well, to my disgust, the bed hadn’t been freshly made. There was a sweaty body print (large and deep) on one side of the bed and the top sheet and cover were sweaty and wrinkled, like someone had just gotten up. That was s complete turn off for me. I took pictures of it and returned to the front desk, to show them the pictures. They gave me another room, which I feel shouldn’t have had to happen in the first place. While, the cleaning staff was congregating behind the front desk. Instead, of making sure, that all their rooms were in tip-top condition. Just because, of that, I wouldn’t stay there, again. Sorry.

Horrible experience! The general manager, Tarbash is holding belongings of mine and telling people that I owe money. I have a receipt showing 0$ owed. I guess he thinks this is Egypt and he's welcome to make up the rules as he goes. Not very bright… Also, the place is INVESTED with bed bugs! I have welt's all about my face, chest, back, neck and head. I will be contacting the health department. Maybe if PK Tarbash spent less time micromanaging and verbally abusing his staff, he could get the bed bug problem under wraps. I heard him threaten to soak a female staff member in scalding hot lamp oil. Horrible, terrible jackass's… That sums up the Comfort Suites!

Bed bugs everywhere… Please, pay the extra $10 and stay across the street at the Hampton Inn. All Hilton Hotels and their subsidiaries treat their guests with decency and respect. They go the extra mile for their guests. You never ever would arrive at the hotel to find staff members congregating outside of the front doors, sucking down cigarettes. Nothing says professional like the blast from the smell of a Kool light 100 immediately after arrival… Also, any Hilton, Sheraton, Crowne etc. Would never ever call me a liar for simply letting the front desk know that the room had bed bugs nipping and biting at my flesh all night. "The exterminator has sprayed this entire hotel, so NO, there are NO bed bugs. " The welt's all about my face, chest, back, neck and head tell a different story, genius. Also, it sounds like you obviously have a problem of some sort if the exterminator is routinely spraying down your hotel… Worst experience ever at a hotel. Stay away or you'll be swatting and itching all night.

Honestly the room was super gross. There was an old pop left in the fridge that was frozen, teabag left in the coffee maker, old toilet paper, an old date on the floor, a cough syrup cup on the floor and leaves in the extra sheets for the pull out. The bathroom faucet was busted and sprayed water if you tried to get cold water. There's wallpaper coming off the walls and clear water damage. This could be an alright place if they just cleaned and fixed stuff up. The staff was friendly and nice which is a big plus, just wished the rooms were given more TLC.

Nice hotel but needs to make sure that EVERYTHING in the room works. Refrigerator in neighbors room I traveled with didn't work and wall mounted hair dryer in my room didn't work. Vent above tub in bathroom plugged with furry dustballs. Other than that a nice experience.

Very large comfortable rooms that was great for our kids. Friendly staff. Good breakfast area with plenty of tables and space.

The room, service, and quality was good. The breakfast could have been better, but not the worst. The coffee was basically flavored water. I would stay at a comfort suites again though.

Service is bad, manager his name is BK screams at us and doesn't talk nice, after I ask him why u scream he didnt respect and said people like u deserve that. And then after that they stopp cleaning and take care of are Room. They suppose to hold small deposit and they hold $600. Anyway not gonna be at this hotel again.

My daughter and I stayed at the Comfort Suites in Wixom by Novi, MI. The room was great, beds were comfortable, and the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast had more choices than usual and in good taste. Like I said the room was clean, but the hallways and elevator were not. I would stay there again.

Absolute dump. Looks nice from outside total dump inside. Hair in bath tub when I checked in. Housekeeping is terrible. I would recommend holiday inn express in Wixom.

Front desk staff is really rude. The room was disgusting. But the breakfast was amazing… so I guess there's one upside…

Terrible staff, terrible billing, terrible smell in bathroom. Wouldn't recommend the Wixom location they need a lot of help.

The bedding was completely unsanitary… We were booked to stay for (5) days during our visit to the Jr. Olympics. After my 8.5 hour drive I wanted to go straight to bed when we arrived at the hotel (7/31/17). The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed since the previous guest (s) had checked out because there were signs of having had been slept on (very wrinkled), but we could not prove it. Following our overnight stay, I did prove that the sheets that we slept on also had not been changed (customers expect for sheets to be changed daily unless requested otherwise and for sheets to be changed following the stay of a previous guest). The Choice Hotels policy for housekeeping is to "change linens daily. " This Comfort Suites hotel franchisee was not compliant with Choice Hotels policy. Management was completely unprofessional (there was a male front desk worker that I reported my issue to, he said that his name was Raj and he was incredibly rude, and the Manager PK was completely unresponsive following multiple email complaints that I sent to him and following the call that I made to him in which we finally spoke directly (22) days after my stay on 8/22/17). I have never received a reply from him. This sort of service from franchisees that represent Choice Hotels and the hospitality industry is inexcusable. I am very disappointed that my customer complaint was never addressed by the Manager of the Comfort Suites hotel in Wixom, MI.

Staff was good, food was adequate, room was dirty. Had white socks on and the bottoms were black from the filthy carpet along with pet hair!?!?! Black mold around the handicap handle covers in the shower. Lots of dust. Coffee but no tea available in room or on the drink bar at breakfast. We visit often, we will check out the other motels in Wixom next time.

Great hotel. We had a Jacuzzi tub and it was fantastic. Clean rooms, plenty of outlets to charge stuff, comfortable bed. Staff was great.

My mom and I drove 10 hours through the night in a wicked thunderstorm for a funeral the same day. We needed a shower and a nap, the front desk lady working was super sweet let us check in at 7am, and grabbed breakfast. The room was clean, the staff were genuinely sweet. The price was extremely fair. If we come that way again we will definitely be staying again!

Contour suites was a decent mid grade hotel. The orange juice and water for breakfast was warm so that was a little gross but the apple juice was good so I was happy with that. The location is good, not to crowded nice and out and about with conveniences nearby. The rooms are very roomy and your typical hotel room with the basic amenities. There were 3 beds in the room though with a flip out couch so I was very happy with that. All of the beds were super big with lots of space for at least 2 people each.

It is an ok hotel. I think it cost too much for what u get. And they put $150 hold on your money for a security deposit, which I was not informed of when booking it. Nice hotel, not worth the price.

There were no towels in the pool area and the breakfast was not well stocked. We were there at 8:30am and everything but cereal and yogurt were out. Very disappointing.

Decent sized room for great price, free breakfast, fitness room and pool. Staff was very friendly. People who complain otherwise just want free stuff.

The staff here was amazing, they made me feel like I was at home. Not to mention the complementary dinner was a surprise, and it was delicious! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family.

With a complimentary dinner and breakfast, this was a great deal for the money! The bed was comfy, and the room was in good repair. Will likely stay here again.

It is a nice hotel. None of the keys for my room worked and there wasn't enough parking for the group that came in to the hotel so we had to park in the Meijer parking lot and walk. I realize that it was really busy though.

Rushed out of the room before checkout time, so the maid could go home. Lots of dirty looks, at checkout time. Never coming back.

They gave my room twice the Person at the front desk. The first night somebody came to my room at 1 am. The second day one of my friend to call me and they gave him the wrong room. Finally we understood that I was registered in the wrong room. The breakfast is really poor The pool is clean the fitness center need to get some fresh air The organization need to be improve but it s probably an incident but for this trip I disliked my stay.
