I enjoyed my stay at the red roof motel. Nicole and the whole staff r cool ppl. Tha house keepers r nice as well and does a great job.

I had booked a room for 3 nights but checked out in less than an hour. There was a marijuana smell and cigarette smoke smell. There were shady looking people hanging in the parking lot. I did not feel comfortable. There were burn holes in the chair. The bathroom was disgusting, I think there was mold in the shower. I will never ever book with them and I will tell everyone about my bad experience. They made me pay for the night even though I was in the room less than an hour.

Everything was great. I stayed there to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was very nice and the room was nice and comfortable. I plan on going back this summer because the pool wasn't open yet.

The staff was nice, but the bath tub had a dirt ring around it. The bed linen just looked old. They did give me a refund.

03.14.18… Dear Inn. Being currently Vietnamese, the 18 hour sleep was well. It's not CMT, coffee, cigarrettes, or the safe. The issue is there's a Bob Evan's nearby! We'd be greatly indebted if you'd replace, at your convenience, all Camodes with Kholers. The Seats? Frankly We all stand on em. Usually.

People were selling drugs outside. Kind of a rub down place. Room was lack luster. Tv didn't work well at all. Wouldn't stay again. Spend a little more money and go somewhere elsd. Front desk employee was nice rho.

Service was fine. Bathroom was dirty and the room smelled musty but we were just staying one night so it was do able.

Needs renovations / needs queen size beds 2 to room for a family of 4 doubles are too small need coffee or tea in all rooms freezers need to defrosted more often.

Not the worst room I've stayed in. Fairly clean, had lights out, have to unplug either the refrigerator or TV to use the microwave. The staff is friendly, but the location is not the greatest.

I arrived a room at midnight from long trip. I was exhausted. I entered a room, smell so strong chemical air refresher. I can't sleep well all night. I didn't bother to go back to front desk for refund or change a room. The bare floor (no carpet) was dirty. In the morning, I turned a key card and told front desk about it. She said oh I am sorry. I will never sleep at the Red Roof hotel in the future.

This room smells of piss. It is a very strong pee smell. Went in the bathroom and there was piss all over the toilet. Had to go get our own cleaning supplies. Blankets on the bed are filthy.

Got a king size for $79. Not the best price but not terrible. Fridge, wood floors, a safe and an old ass 32" tv. And this is why I gave it one star instead of 2. I can get over the age of the TV but to disable the outputs so you can't connect devices is some ghetto tactics! I mean why? You offering me like 12 channels in 2018 with no HD and I can't even connect my laptop to watch Netflix? If your on a budget this will do but if not do yourself a favor and spend $20 and go to a Marriott!

I hated my stay at this hotel! The staff just walkes in your room without knocking! This has happened to me twice which makes me think they will come in my room when im gone.

Woke up at 4am itching turnes the lights on and seen a bed bug crawling on the bed. Furious I collected it in a water bottle and took it to the office and asked to be refunded for the rest of the days I paid for because I wont be staying for them. They said no and ended up calling the cops because I said im not leaving until she called for a manager. So needless to say they just wanted the priblem to go away and they said there is no way they have bed bugs but it was in the bottle right in front of their face and the only thing the dark black girl at the ciunter would say is its our fault for staying in a dirty hotel. So she must know something if she called it dirty. Did not get a refund of the $250 they owed me but I would rather take a loss then ever wake up to that again. Do not stay here unless you mind sleeping with bugs. And if I could give zero stars I would!

The hotel layout was very simple a straightforward. The rooms were very clean and hospitable. First floor rooms are wheel chair accessible. Excellent frugal place to stay.

Worst customer service ever! Dirty and no one there cares. Called for a room clean up 3 times and went to the office, nothing happened! Just never go there!

Ant infested, FILTHY bathroom (black mold, urine stains on side of toilet, stained, dirty tub, smell of mold) burnt out lights in room, crooked, dilapidated flooring, lamp air conditioner. Spilled some water on floor… I cleaned it up w/white napkin… napkin turned BLACK from filthy, dirty floor. Housekeeping enters the room while you sleep and demands you're a "checkout" when you're staying additional nights. No "do not disturb" sign provided for 6 days. Requested multiple times. Not the hotel's fault, but man beating up woman in parking lot and tried to run her over with car. Called 911, police drove through once. But, couple came back TOGETHER and proceeded to verbally fight right outside our door… no police or hotel employees intervened. In summary, FILTHY, unprofessional staff, many maintenance issues! Pass this location up, a complete DUMP!

The location was conveniently right down the street from our event that was taking place that evening. My room was amazing. The hotels host Isaac whom took care of us service was AWESOME! I am going to be coming back and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The office staff are very nice! However the housekeeping staff are lazy ass hell. The rates are not bad at all. My husband and our 4 children stayed, the room was very clean I checked for bugs and cleanliness. The first night was ok because I guess we were too tired to notice anything. The next morning we woke up too drunk loud ass men talking outside our door for about 3 hrs. I called the office and they shut it down quick! The third day housekeeping came and gave absolutely no towels didn't empty the trash or sweep the room. And had the nerve to tell us we had to leave the room in order for her too do her job! Forth day I had to go to other room and ask housekeeping for trash bags and a broom.

Awesome customer service and great prices very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely disgusting. Checked into the room only to find out five minutes later they had roaches. We were moved to yet another room to find they had them as well. There was no compensation given and the staff carries on as if it were nothing. Not to mention the broken down vehicle in the parking lot.

Not to bad. Rooms could be cleaner though. However, my one night stay was comfortable and the service was good. Nice enough for the price. Keep in mind that everything in the rooms are not updated and the area is noisy.

On line pictures do no resemble my room. Power was out Friday afternoon. Bath room toilet runs. Safe did not work. TB picture dark and not adjustable.

The staff is amazing, but I rented a room with two beds, only got one. So had to move rooms. Then the next day go in to take a shower, and black mold is in the shower. The only thing the front desk had to say was "sorry about that, that really sucks. Why didn't you come and have us move you? " why would I want to move a third time? Will look for some place different next time I visit the Detroit area.

It was a nice place but didnt provide a dont distrub sheets was dirty on one bad so we slept together.

Hey it's a room good coffee in the office steaks and shakes rite next store good fast food and close to everything.

We used to live in this area and have always stayed here when we visit relatives. It used to be a decent place to stay. This time, not so much! The rooms are really run down. Cracked sink, stained toilet and bathtub, fridge freezes everything, TV was really dark or all static, broken doors on the cabinet, parking lot has cracks and potholes. We put a do not disturb sign on our door twice and it came up missing both times. Asked the maids for another cuz front desk said they didn't have any. Maids could not understand what we wanted. We won't be staying here again. I guess you get what you pay for!

Blood stain on the sheets, hair on the pillows and makeup. Paid the extra for the upgraded king for the better TV that's even advertised on the room key. Nothing worked. Just a complete waste of money. But of course wasn't allowed to cancel. Told me manager I would like to be refunded. He said we don't do refunds sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Didn't offer to do anything or show any form of concern considering the fact it was filthy. Highly suggest finding a different place unless your into a dirty stay and prostitutes in the other rooms.

For the price, the location to entertainment, restaurants, the mall and freeway access, topped with rooms that are nice, Red Roof is great.

This location has great customer service Ken and Matt are great. Oh yea cant forget about b and Terri. The housekeepers are nice and friendly.

Stayed a month, manager very helpful. Clean rooms, nice and quiet.

Really wish the cable didn't cut out so much. My son couldn't watch cartoons because it was so messed up, the Wi-Fi sucks on my lap top, the rooms smell wierd, and if you turn the heat on it smells like the building will burn down. I don't think I'll stay here again.

It was comfortable and surprisingly spacious, and I slept well because it was quiet.

Not a good experience. The Inn is billed as a no-smoking facility, but the first room that they gave us had a strong smoke odor. The second room had no air conditioning. We cancelled the remaining three nights and moved to another motel.

Decent for the price. Sold me a king size room for 55 dollars. 5 was returned to me at checkout. (Key security fee) wasn't mentioned at all that for 5 dollars more I could have an upgraded king and have an ironing board, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, California King bed and bigger room. This would have been much better for my reason for visiting. (Husband's business meetings. ) Night staff was great. Overall. You get what you pay for but be sure to ask questions.

Ugh, what a bad motel. The first room they sent us to, the bed wasn't made. It had no sheets or blankets. The next one didn't have any TP on the dispenser. Luckily there was a roll for us to use. But w/e. Whoever cleans n makes up the rooms should be fired.
