Bathrooms modern up to date and clean, tissue stocked well, paper towel, and also also also. The conference hall was tidy and fresh as well and also I got the job I was I terviewing for.

Very clean. Very comfortable for the price. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and plenty of choices. Check-in and check-out was quick. Great location to restaurants and shops.

The hotel is clean and the staff is pleasant. The hot breakfast is not available due to the fact that management failed to renew their hot food license so during my stay here there is no hot breakfast also I booked a room for two people and was provided one washcloth in the bathroom when I called downstairs to ask for additional to be brought up I was advised that if I want one I must come downstairs to the front desk to get it. This is not acceptable. Next year when we come to Farmington Hills we will not stay here!

We had a great overall experience here. The location was decent. It was helpful to have a few options for meals to choose from that were just around the corner. Subway, Wendy's, Arby's, BK, Ruby Tuesday, and Scramblers were just some of the options nearby. We didn't have many encounters with staff, but the few brief encounters we did have were pleasant. My only complaints are as follows: 1. There was a rather large stain on the floor near the table and chairs. No biggie, we understand accidents happen, but it does somewhat take away from the professional aspect. 2. The included breakfast was below mediocre, and we sort of relied on that to save money during our stay. 3. The hair dryer was broken, and I specifically didn't bring my own because I read online that they were supplied in each room. 4. I would often find hair on my pillows and sheets that resembled dog fur. Not the biggest deal to me, as I know that that can be difficult to get rid of completely, but it could be problematic for someone who is allergic. Otherwise we had a great experience! Nothing big enough to affect the 5 star rating.

Receptionist was so nice, compared to what we paid we got very good experience in this hotel. Room service lady was so nice as well. My friend stayed in the next door room and we were going to party, she thought the dress was missing, we called the room service and they were very professional about it and looked everywhere. Then we found that my friend forgot her dress in Ohio. We apologize to them and they were very friendly about it.

First thought, who puts the lobby to the rear of the property? Secondly, upon entering the building, it had that smokey alcohol stench. Thirdly, when u wake up in the morning and chill in the bed and you find a bug in bed with you, it's time to get the heck out! Couldn't connect to their open Wi-Fi, TV channels didnt line up with what was printed out so if you clicked a certain network, it wasnt what the paper said. Bathroom towels had spots, shower in general had that hard water film and rusty look. On to a new hotel!

Newly remodeled. Good customer services. Very nice faciliy. Worth the money.

Not having a pool and having weird halls were the only downfalls I can justify adding here.

We want wheel chair accessible room. We got it but accessible room also very small and washroom was not very accessible and comfortable for disable people. Breakfast was ok.

Gave me wrong rate over phone. When I showed up she almost charged me double what she rated me.

Room had a slightly musty odor. Air conditioning ran all night, but took still seemed very warm.

It's great cause it snowing out. So I had to spend the night at the motel room relaxing. Very nice.

During my visit to Comfort Inn, I could immediately comprehend the reason as to why that hotel was rated so high on Google reviews. For, the decor was breathing and well kept, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and most significant of all, the staff was superlative in terms of hospitality. In conclusion, I would definitely come return to Comfort Inn and recommend it to friends, family, and others.

This is my second time staying hear. The staff are courteous and polite. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Recently remodeled. Fresh paint and carpet. Wi-Fi speed is okay, about 12Mbps. Traffic noise can be annoying. No bedbugs in my room… yes I checked. Close access to the Interstate. Decent Indian restaurant across the street, and a Great Brewery — Burger joint down the road. Kids will be BORED to death here. Affordable, okay for one night, but I will be happy to move on down the road.

Good place all comfortable clean and organized even though you are in remodeling.

Beds were uncomfortable, elevator was broken, and our door broke. I waited 40 minutes for a matience person to come and fix it. When we left we checked under the bed, there was someone else's dirty pair of underwear, under the bed. The only good part was the staff, who were very polite. Not the standards of other Comfort Inns I've stayed at.

Hotel is under renovations, will be great once finished. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

Under construction, but nice staff and nicely laid out rooms. The filter on the air conditioning unit looked like it had never been cleaned. Looked like a wool blanket stuck to the filter. The TV is way too small and the blanket on the bed had a ton of stains. They replaced the blanket, and after I cleaned the filter the air conditioning started to work. Bed is comfortable, pillows are small. The renovations will make the place nicer, I think. Prices are fair. Breakfast could be better and they ran out of some of the items. The waffle better is watered down so they weren't as good as they could have been.

I can't say enough good about this hotel. The services was friendly, the rooms very recently updated, and the price reasonable. It's like a brand new hotel.

The rooms were clean although stuffy. Two very poor experiences would keep me from ever staying there again. The first morning we got up and went to make coffee. There were no cups. I called the desk and was told I could come down and get some cups. The last day I found only one regular coffee. Again I was told I could come down to the desk and get more. This service is unacceptable to me. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Handicap Accessibility was GREAT! The quality of the handicap accessibility is our number one concern when we travel. My husband gets around by wheelchair, and has very limited capacity for walking. The roll in shower in our room was perfect, as was the raised toilet and the sink accessibility. There was plenty of room on both sides of the bed for him to get in and out of bed, and for the wheelchair to be out of the way when he wasn't using it. Quite often when we ask for "handicap accessible" we find that many of these features are not available. So we were so pleased with and comfortable in this room. Having a comfortable chair in the room was also so nice! My husband was able to sit there as well, which gave him a needed break from his wheelchair. Also, the lobby was bright, spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed a long visit with family there on one of our days at your hotel. It would have been a tight squeeze to have them in our room, so we really appreciated the availability of the lobby. When my daughter called to book our room and one for her and he sister, she spoke directly with someone on the hotel staff, who booked us right next to each other and gave us a nice price for the two rooms combined. The latter wasn't necessary, but she offered it, which was very thoughtful of her. Our daughters' room had a fridge, which was great!

It's not the prettiest or most finished hotel but I would consider it adequate for a one or two night stay where you will not be at the hotel a lot. Currently they are repainting the outside. Staff were generally pleasant and accommodating. The room was okay although we did find a beer bottle and a can behind one bed stand. The shower worked fine but didn't drain too well, the same with the sink. Besides 2 hooks on the door there isn't any place to hang towels. The toilet is tiny and reminds me of those in an elementary school. Breakfast had a variety but don't expect anything lavish. There is a coffee stand that is available all day, which we always appreciate.

Stayed here because this was the overflow hotel for taking place at the Radisson across the street. This place looks a little shabby on the outside, but don't judge a book by its cover! The interior seems to be freshly remodeled, everything is new and clean and up-to-date. Staff is helpful and prompt. Continental breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was fine (Although it smelled a bit old, the in-room coffee maker did not work, the iron hardly worked, and the bed sheets smelled too strongly of bleach). The place was comfortable and quiet, and I would stay again because of the decent price and clean room. HOWEVER, one constant discomfort and annoyance regards the front desk staff. They were not welcoming at all. I got the feeling that the guys at the front desk either disliked us (we are obviously from a specific religion) or just HATE their jobs (we wondered how well they are treated by management). My child and I were so friendly to them, you'd think that we were the employee. We smiles. We asked how they were. We said 'have a good day', and 'thank you' But we did not receive a single "hello. Good evening. Enjoy your stay… any questions? … or THANK YOU". Nor did we receive a single smile. I also don't recall any eye contact with us. Like the main staff seemed to want the most minimal contact with us as possible. After three days, and nothing but a displeased face. Not one "thank you". Nor did they even look up as we walked entered or exited the building. It was uncalled for. If we don't stay there again, the grumpy, unwelcoming front desk staff will be the reason. I read that other people gave the staff friendly reviews. Those were either different staff members, or we were treated poorly based on our looks.

This was a great selection for a overnight stay. I rated this place 4 stars due to the price, comfort, location and friendliness of the staff. The room is decent and nice for the price. Plus, they serve a delicious Continental breakfast. I would definitely come back again.

I stayed at this location several times as a result of my employment in an entertainment company. The continental breakfast is open until a reasonable time, the staff and crew are very friendly, and the accommodations are always acceptable. There's always room to add more amenities, but I feel like you could say that about just about any place you're going to lay your head for the night.

Phone had no cord, unable to get a wake up call. Linens smelled like smoke. No fridge or microwave.

Be careful… they charge moe than what u have already paid online. They charged me $15 more than what I have got online. And to make it even worse, carpet stinks like s**t. Dont even think about eating breakfast. They don't even wish the customers.

I stayed here for 8 days. In that time I had to ask 2 times for service to my room. I found the front desk clerk sleeping three different mornings, leaving me to wait for them to wake to he helped. The breakfast is mediocre. When I checked out I sound my room to be 20 dollars plus tax more than what I signed for when I checked in I was told that management raised room rates across the board during my stay. The initial rate was comparable for the service I received. Te subsequent rate was equivalent to 3 stars. The hotel is outdated with trash in the same location in the stairwells for 4 days.

The room was clean and neat upon arrival, staff was courteous. Breakfast was good and appreciated all day coffee and tea. Stayed as a couple with no kids. Felt safe outside the hotel and no issues with leaving anything in the car overnight.

Bed is comfortable, breakfast is your traditional hotel fare. They are currently working on updating many of the rooms and hallways. Overall a nice stay.

I'm a truck driver so I've seen it all. This place is all around great. From the freshness of my room to the hot moist eggs and sausage, everything was enjoyable. Definitely a great stay.

No frills. Not a single frill. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. I got a king size bed and a good night's sleep for 70 bucks, well worth the money.

Room was clean, elevator to the 3rd floor was broken which was fine as I take the stairs in places like this. Breakfast was free but you get what you pay for, soggy eggs and even soggier sausage. Even the cereal I tried was stale. But to end on a good note, the room was clean and oder free.
