Exceptional service and attention to detail. They make it obvious that they appreciate your business. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, great price.

Stay for a night after a wedding. Staff was very nice and quick with check in and check out. I actually forgot my suit jacket in the hotel room and when I called to inquire about it they went to look in the room I stayed in and found it. Very positive experience.

Staff was very nice. Place was very clean. Our room was too close to the elevator so that kept us up at night. Breakfast was awesome on Friday morning. On Saturday it was a disaster. Poor girl did not have enough help with getting food out to serve. Lots of families with kids who were not watched properly. Kids made huge messes which parents did not clean up. Our room was nice and clean. The pool is small but was refreshing. Our king bed was really comfortable. I do recommend this place to stay. I would stay again just not by the elevator!

Beautiful and clean and comfortable rooms. Work out room. And a nice swimming pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is delicuous and hot. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay.

I don't recommend anyone to stay at that location on Featherstone rd. I got banned from there for making a complaint about the service.

It was nice. Typical Hampton Inn. Long as you're clean staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. The kids always love to make your own waffles and the breakfast attendants were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great service super friendly, nice, clean, modern rooms, well worth it! Pool was nice and warm. Even called prior to arrival to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable.

The place you WANT to stay if you're a traveler, and the place you WISH you owned if you're a hotel owner. These guys know customer service and the secret of unexpected pleasantries. They truly want you to have a perfect stay at their place.

Stayed at room 117. Breakfast has all you can eat and make your own waffles. Selection was poor however. Wi-Fi on the phone didn't connect. But the Wi-Fi connected to my laptop. Room was comfy.

Loved it! Amazing staff. They were very patient with our little one. Thank you. Beautiful and clean rooms. The pool was the perfect temperature, not too cold. Highly recommend!

Breakfast is great! Pool is warm, bathroom is a bit small but the tub is long enough to sit in if you are under 6 feet tall.

Service at this hotel was excellent. Young lady who checked me in was very courteous and friendly. Credit to the location. Hotel was clean and very comfortable.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice sized. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Only down side was that there wasn't a hot tub and I had assumed that since they had a pool, that there would be one.

Staff was friendly, and quick. The room was clean, and spacious. The only note I would make is that there is no hot tub, and I couldn't find that information out easily prior to booking.

I give this place only 1 star, because we got the wrong room, the beds weren't really comfortable, and the last thing is they charged my card more than what was supposed to be charged. The people at the front desk didn't seem to really care that I got the wrong room.

The hotel is everything I need it to be and nothing more. Rooms are clean and minimalist. The bed is soft enough and the sheets are nice. The towels are kinda 'meh' but the water pressure is great. Breakfast is mediocre but included in the price. Staff is very polite and efficient.

The staff was friendly, they offered water bottles when checking in. Also they provided some good suggestions to check out for dinner during my stay. The room is clean and has both a microwave and mini-frige in the room. There is a workout center which had some treadmills, weight machines and free weights which is nice. The breakfast is a typical free hot breakfast from a hotel nothing special but still a welcomed service.

Lobby and rooms were very nice and clean so I thought till morning when I saw a stain on the top sheet on the other side of the bed where I never slept… so obviously they didn't change their sheets! Gross!

Recent updates made this hotel feel clean and new. The bathroom has a large shower stall with sliding glass doors and a low shelf to shave your legs. The refrigerator was spotless and properly cold. The room was quiet and no weird smells. The free breakfast was varied and filling, with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, and also quicker grab and go foods. All of the staff were very friendly, from Alan who checked us in to Nina who made sure our breakfast went well, to the friendly lady who checked us out. The only less than perfect part of our stay was the just so-so mattress, but it was adequate.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was fsntastic; the complementary breakfast was a great variety of breakfast items; the rooms were very clean.

My husband and I stay here at least once a month. We drive here from Toledo, Oh. We call it our home away from home. We love the amenities such as the breakfast, pool and exercise room. We look forward to the wonderful hospitality and clean rooms. It's accessible to the malls and good Detroit eating.

Accommodations and staff are very nice. Wifi Is slow, premium Wi-Fi makes no difference.

Convenient for some businesses in the area with good food options nearby. There's a good running path outside. The rooms are modern and clean.

Staying at the Hampton Inn at any location is always a good stay! At the Auburn Hills/Detroit location, this is no different! Great rooms, Great service, Great rates!

We stayed in room 410, for 1 night. We were in town for a concert + The Palace at Auburn Hills. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The lobby was inviting and clean. The room was impeccable, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast server was friendly and patient. We would stay again when we are in town.

I love this hotel! The staff was phenomenal. I especially appreciate Mark and Felicia for the time and care they took with my family. We were in town for a funeral and they were so gracious and accommodating. After we checked out we ended up at the ER with my youngest and needed rooms for another night. One call and Mark had rooms ready for us when we returned. The staff that works the breakfast area, Lena and Andrew, were constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. They were so friendly. When customer service isn't always the best in most establishments it was most appreciated how everyone here went above and beyond! Thank you!

Location is close to Chrysler and other automotive companies. Hampton inns are consistently clean, comfortable and cordial, and this location is no exception. Very fast and friendly service. Wifi worked great. Perfect for business trips or for a comfortable bed.

Clean, nice, rooms. Super friendly staff. Love that they have a bagged to go breakfast.
