Pretty suite. (like what I did there? ) And super convenient. Shuttle runs to Casino whenever you want it to. And if your sober. You can walk straight to it.

I called and needed a room fast, so what did they do, they let me check k in at 11;30 a. M.! I was so appreciative. My room was clean, awesome beds, terrific breakfast! The only small negative about the room was that the shower surround was stained from water damage, but nothing bad. One bad thing was our car was broke into, but no damages. They only took the change from my console… Thank God. You can walk to the casino it's so close, and right off expressway. Check out the town of Marshal, it's so cool.

It is a decent hotel on a reasonable budget. The beds are cozy and maid service is excellent. There is no pool but the little exercise room is well enough. Breakfast is pretty good. It loses a star for the terrible Wi-Fi, however. I am here on business and the sub-par Wi-Fi makes even simple email tasks difficult. I do really appreciate how quiet the rooms are.

We stayed here for our wedding for two nights. The staff was great, the rooms look like they are newly remodeled, and it was close to our venue and the casino. We had a blast and we're glad we stayed here!

The staff truly treated me like I was a the most important person. All I did was check in and inquired about the ride to the casino. My room was absolutely above my expectations! I live in hotels 200+ nights a year. Picked this place out due to the easy access to the casino. Come to find out they have a shuttle to the casino! I just wanted to eat the buffet. Didn't expect the Quality inn to be this nice!

The staff was friendly and the room was better than expected. Not to mention breakfast rocked. Had a great time!

Nice hotel, right next to Firekeepers Casino and convenient to downtown Battle Creek. Right off the freeway, easy on easy off. Great breakfast in the morning with free USA TODAY in the lobby. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Great water pressure and plenty of HOT water for a shower. I would stay here again.

The shuttle van driver came driving to my vehicle before I could even put the vehicle in park to confirm I was an actual guest. After going inside the clerk ran my debit card once and said it's declined, give me another form of payment. I said that's not possible… run it again please and it went right through. I found the staff to be rude. The outside of the building is run down and sketchy. The inside is remodeled and fairly nice, however I wouldn't stay again. In fact, I only stayed here because another hotel was booked… lesson learned.

Great value for the money! Much better than paying the rates at the casino next door.

No complaints! I can't tell you how many times we have driven past this place on the way to the casino. They offer a shuttle to the casino, if you have a red hot rewards card, you get a discount! We stayed in a king size room for $99. We will definately be back, in the summer you could walk to the casino. They do have a restaurant attached, and a bar. Staff was friendly, rooms are clean, location is great!

Super expensive! $150+/night for ordinary rooms. Has hot breakfast mornings and seafood restaurant as well as lounge on site.

My husband and I went here after a horrible stay in a Super 8, we were exhausted and needed rest in a bad way. Tracy was on duty and was absolutely wonderful with us, seeing to it that our stay was perfect and we were comfortable. She was a true angel and our stay was heavenly! Every need was met, the room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything needed. I give this place a 5 star rating as well as their employee, Tracy! Thank you so much!

Very disgusted to stay here. Emailed customer service with my complaints. But will say if you think this hotel is "clean" you need to re — evaluate your definition of clean.

For the value this hotel is definitely worth it especially being right next to the casino. They have a great breakfast buffet, hotel bar and restaurant on location.

Rooms were pretty nice. A bit of a walk to the casino. Really good breakfast!

We stayed in the honeymoon suite. The room had a living room with ample counter top and cupboard space, a wet sink, good sized refrigerator, a gas fireplace, a bathroom and an additional sink and mirror make up area, and an in room safe. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The restaraunt was nice and the food was very good.

A 5 minute walk through the corn field path to the casino, a great, breakfast included in room rate morning treat, and very clean property make this hotel a no-brainer to stay at — really enjoyed it. We stay here on our way to and from Toronto every time. Staff is great too! Thank you!

Being located so close to the casino was great, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the extra savings on the room by showing your casino card was awesome, the free breakfast was very good… the only concern or complaint we had was in the foyer area and down the ramp off the lobby that takes you to the rooms there was a strong musty odor … we were worried that our room would also smell the same way… but thankfully it didn't, if it had we would have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else … we ended up staying another night.

Close to the casino. Literally a 5 minute walk (in a cornfield), but there is a very convenient and friendly shuttle in the evening also. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Not just carbs, but eggs and bacon as well as fruit, muffins and waffles. Definitely recommend this place. (I had visited 3 hotels in the last week and this one fared very well)

Great customer service, room was clean and comfy. Beds were good. Bathroom nice with vanity separate from shower so no foggy mirrors. On our way to try free hot breakfast.

Stayed here June 2016 with husband. Arrived in the late evening, check in was prompt and friendly. Room was clean. The property seemed older and nothing fancy, but everything was in good condition. Convenient location for us to walk to the casino next door. Breakfast was what we expected, bacon seemed a little weird taste & texture, but other food was good before checking out.

It was clean and newly renovated and the staff were all very polite. Room was perfect. Good quality I would go back again.

We asked for a king room and they upgraded us to a suite and the price was excellant.

Good value, especially for the location. You can walk to Firekeepers just next door. Clean rooms, and the free breakfast in the morning is definitely worth grabbing. Most weekend nights, you can save about $100-150 a room by staying here as opposed to the Firekeepers hotel. Unfortunately, their rates rise pretty high when a popular concert or show is in town, but such is the nature of the industry.

Will not stay at this hotel again. They removed their pool and do not have an elevator.

This hotel is very clean! I really felt like I was staying at a 10 star hotel but half the price! Very friendly and clean! Shuttle to Casino was great! And casino wasn't far at all! Everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful!

Staff was awesome and the rooms are so clean. We stay every time we go to casino in Battle Creek!
