We researched the Himelhoch Bed & Breakfast before we came on Trip Advisor; and other review search engines. We are super excited that we chose this place. The location is perfect, the owner Don is very helpful, kind and thoughtful. 2020 to 2021 has been a nightmare for many people. We were looking for a quick getaway to reset our mind, escape the daily stress, the world situation, our own situations; and much more. The Himelhoch Bed & Breakfast beauty helps you forget about all of the stress. The place is very beautiful. The home is exquisite! Everything is remarkable. We are thankful we chose this place: and will be back again in the future!

Don and the staff at the Himelhoch home made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The house is just gorgeous and there is so much to look at and explore. Our suite was very clean and just perfect for our mother-daughter get away. The neighborhood is also very lovely and we enjoyed taking walks to see the other beautiful homes in the area. We certainly will recommend it to our friends and family!

A wonderful place to spend a quiet weekend! Breakfast was superb. Our bed was cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was divine! The proprietor and his staff were friendly and super helpful. My husband and I will definitely stay here again! Five stars all the way around!

The hospitality was exceptional and the accommodations are immaculate. Unlike other bed and breakfast is this one has a game room with pool table and a bar. Everything was perfect we loved it.

Everything was awesome. The decor, fireplace, the game room, the jetted tub smelled like a chlorine from a pool, and breakfast was THE BEST. You do not leave hungry. Loved the place settings also.

We just stayed recently at Himehoch, absolutely beautiful restoration, Don and the staff were very accommodating. We checked in later than expected and it was a non issue. We spent a few days and felt very relaxed and at home in this lovely charming and very special home. Everything was done with guests comfort in mind. Nice conversations with the owners, and other guests made the stay especially enjoyable. Breakfast was very delicious and a good way to start any day. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

We played pool, soaked in the hot tub, relaxed in our private jacuzzi, had a nice dinner out and enjoyed listening to the history of the house. The house is amazingly beautiful and we had a great stay to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary.

How do you put into words how beautiful this house was. This was my wife and I first time doing a B&B and the bar has been set very high Dan was very friendly and accommodating to our every need

Beautiful, clean, and spacious Bed and Breakfast! This is a gem in Michigan. Stayed in the larger suite which included a queen bed, heated hardwood floors, a clawfoot tub, a shower with four showerheads, a fireplace, and a bathroom that made me envious. There is a game room where you can play pool, make some drinks, watch some movies, or enjoy the outdoor hottub. Don makes a mean breakfast, and is a gracious host. Ive never had turkey sausage that tasted that good in my life and Im a foodie. Have already recommended to several friends, and will be back.

Hard to say anything that hasn't been said already so I'll stick to my favorites. That also could take a while haha. The house was beautiful, striking the perfect balance of modern luxuries and preserving the historical structure. The game room and hot tub was wonderful we played pool and also watched TV in the hot tub. The bedroom (Golda Mae) was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was incredibly nice. We came up to visit Frankenmuth for the first time and I won't lie, I kinda just wanted to stay put at the Himelhoch instead.

You will not be disappointed, The Himelhoch is very relaxing. From the jetted tub & private fireplace to the hot tub, pool table, slots, big screen, wall of DVDs, pop & snacks not to mention Don's breakfast with options of food & time, history knowledge, great talks and always making sure you got what you need. My husband & I have been to a few B&Bs, this one is definitely on the top! Thank you Himelhoch & Don for a great few days.

We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The B&B is located in the heart of downtown Caro, walking distance to most shops. Don was a really nice guy and breakfast was excellent! The rooms were spacious and very clean. We especially loved spending time in the game room. We plan on returning to the Himelhoch every time we visit Michigan.

Fantastic experience, innkeeper Don is passionate and dedicated to making each guest's stay perfect. Very fairly priced, clean, quiet, beautiful residence and the breakfast was both generous and delicious. Outdoor jacuzzi and game room were an unexpected surprise. We will be back, thanks again for a great weekend.

This was the first B&B I've ever stayed at. Gorgeous home in wonderful condition. The hosts are amazing and easy to reach. The hot tub and game room were so nice to relax in! But the best part… the breakfast! More than I expected, and would happily go back. I highly recommend this charming spot!

It was our first time at a B&B and we were not sure what to expect. It was our 1 yr wedding anniversary and it was perfect! This home is beautiful, clean and very inviting. The owners are very kind and meet all of your needs. They do this alone so it makes it more personal. Every detail was perfect from the menu choices, the amazing food, picking your time to eat, baked good on the table, candy dishes to filled refrigerators throughout. The hot tub is available for all guests and the view is perfect with trees throughout. We cannot wait to return!
