Wonderful hotel with extremely helpful staff. We were having trouble getting a room that we booked from another hotel. I called holiday Inn and they had us in a room in less than 3 minutes. The rooms were spacious and clean, pool area was well kept and the continental breakfast was excellent! I would definitely stay again.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The pool area is nice as well. Free coffee in the dining room, which is a huge win for me. The free Wi-Fi was easy to log onto and fast internet.

Staff is very friendly and always greeted me when I was coming or going. Breakfast in the morning was good as well and had many options.

We had an event at this location two days in a row. Both days I arrived to a dirty conference room and had to wait around for 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned. I will not book an event here again.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. Our room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. We would definitely stay again.

We had an unexpected trip to this hotel and it was very enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were clean and towels provided and maintained. Front desk was helpful and provided some utensils that our restaurant to go forgot, also small bag for wet clothes since we utilized the pool even after checkout due to weather conditions. Bathrooms were accessible from pool and clean as well. Room was very nice, clean, heat was off when we got in it, but warmed up quickly with heater. Overall nice experience and would recommend!

I'm a dedicated fan of HIEX! They are always clean, comfortable and friendly. This one is no exception. Very helpful front desk and breakfast staff. Easy check-in and check-out.

The woman at the front desk was kind and direct. The pool was accessable directly from the lobby and it looked to be big enough for roughly 10-15 people at a time. The place was renovated in the last 15 years so the astetic is early 200's but modern. The rates are fair and the location is close to the local hot spots.

The room was small, but nice. We did have hair on the pillow case when we arrived and they changed it. It's decent, but could definitely use some updating.

Rooms were very small but clean. Our curtains wouldn't close all the way we had to hair clip them shut. The pool and hot tub were overcrowded and dirty. And they ran out of clean towels and never brought more. People were throwing things from the second floor on to the pool deck, adults and children. Breakfast had sat way too long in the hot plates and had dried out. Asked about replacing and the lady answered quite angrily that it was coming out soon… coffee was hot, juice was cold… I will never return to this hotel…

I had to make reservations due to a winter storm that nocked out our power. After I checked in I was only in the room for an hour till I found out the power came back on. I asked the manager if I could get a discount and I was denied. All I did was use the shower. I didn't ask for a full refund, just a discount and she wouldn't give me that! Way to go with customer service!

Clean but nothing special for the rate. Chili's and IHOP within walking dustance. No USB outlets in room. Corporate Lodging Card accepted as of February 2018

I recently staid in the honeymoon suite for two nights here, the night before my wedding and then on my wedding night. First let me say that the cleaning staff was very nice, as well as the staff that handled the breakfast area each morning. However, the front desk staff was impolite as I checked in and I heard that this was the same for many of my guests. This on top of the fact that they missed half of the people that called in to book a room within our block, so when I asked for a list it wasn't complete was very disappointing. The room obviously had not been scheduled to be cleaned before I checked in, everything was dusty and felt dingy. The honeymoon suite could really use an update, the ceiling is cracked across the one side and the jacuzzi tube in the middle of the room has tiles that are cracked, missing or about to fall off, the sofa was stained and the mini fridge extremely loud. The most frustrating part of the whole experience was that the hotel dumpster is right outside the honeymoon suite room window, I know this because the trash was collected at 3:00a the morning after my wedding! My husband and I were exhausted and hadn't returned back to the room until 1:00a, and to be woken up at 3:00a by the dump truck emptying the dumpsters was infuriating. I would not recommend this location to anyone, even though I have had nothing but great experiences at other locations.

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Our room was just a normal 2 bed queen, non-suite. Nice small room with a mini fridge and comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was bomb, with biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, omelettes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, dounuts, coffee, juice and more! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Average for what you would expect from a holiday inn. Breakfast seemed to be a little to old/ dry but hotel room was still clean and comfy.

My wife and I recently stayed in the hotel in Brighton to attend a funeral. We drove from Minnesota to Brighton and stayed for two nights. I have to say that I have traveled a lot and have never met a staff more dedicated to the customer. Jessica at the front desk helped us with rates and went the extra mile to assure we were satisfied. Chip in Maintenance went out of his way to find my wife a shower cap. Overall all the staff was exceptional. All hotels should model themselves after a staff like this. The room was clean the hotel well organized and I was totally impressed. Thanks to all the staff.

Convenient location near the freeway with lots of nearby restaurants. Decent breakfast provided in the Hotel. Brighton is a nice town with a great playground near their downtown and a Saturday morning farmers market. Rooms and service were as expected for a Holiday Inn Express.

Staying here as an extended guest. The staff is very friendly. The room is the biggest one they have, and near the pool. Beds at comfortable. The sink is so small for being the only one in the room. It is very humid, assuming it is because of the pool. The air only goes into the bedroom, not the sitting room. Breakfast is good and lots of variety too choose from. Convenient location to everything.

This is a great place to stay for business or family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. There was free Wi-Fi and a desk for us business travelers. Breakfast was decent there is an indoor pool for the kids and a hot tub too. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Stay here.

I stayed 2 nights to attend a commencement at UM. It provided an affordable price even in this peak graduation season. The hotel itself looked not contemporary, but it had been maintained well. I like the lobby and pool area. The pool and spa were very clean, and they seemed well maintained as well. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby, so we didn't have to go far away from the hotel. The staffs were very friendly. Overall, I am very satisfied with my staying here since I and my family felt very warm at a decent price.

Rooms were nice, comfortable beds. Nice to have an indoor pool with pool towels.

The indoor pool was great for the kiddos but extremely hot for adults not in the pool. The rooms were clean and staff was very nice. Especially Jacob. The breakfast was good but there was only hot water for the oatmeal, no microwave. Overall it was a good hotel and great location.

Service was great but it was very loud in the morning. Doors were being slammed from 7 am on and a lot of puerile were yelling in the halls at night and in the morning.

Web cost per night are false. If you call the reservation line they hike up cost by 20% then what they post.

Having stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses over the years, I have come to expect a certain brand quality. This location failed. The "new beds" are extremely tall, very unreasonable to expect children or older people to climb into. The 2 queen room barely is large enough to contain the beds, the tiny desk is crammed at the end of one of the beds and you can hardly move the desk chair to sit down. There are no other sitting chairs in the room. Hotel staff was too busy talking about their relationships to try to help when I complained about the bed heights. Also the A/C is one of these 5 minutes on, 10 minutes off deal. Frustrating experience overall.
