The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Tobias should not be running this place, he has no customer service skills at all, he's rude even when the customer is nice trying to explain. Other staff was excellent. Tobias needs to be fired ASAP or the hotel will not thrive.

Probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in in years.

Besides the free breakfast, on certain days of the week they have a free dinner, including wine and beer. I used it at least once a month for about 4 years when I worked for Zee Medical.

Lots of parking fast service nice breakfast clean and nice rooms.

Beds and room are quite clean. Few problems though. The floors are quite dirty in the halls if you want to walk to get ice bare foot. Also the ice bucket does not seem to be clean. My room TV connection is not the best but it may not be a full every suit problem. Great customer service. Cookies and candy out at the front desk complementary. My pillows are quite firm which is not what I perfer. Wish I brought my own from home. Quite a good quality place.

We (My wife and I) picked Holiday Inn Express of Benton Harbor for our wedding blocks. They were great throughout the whole process. Very responsive. They actually were able to give people the block fees that booked their rooms after all of our blocked rooms were taken. Everyone liked their rooms. We will recommend Holiday Inn Express for anyone that is looking to stay or block rooms.

Simple rooms but affordable and decent. They also have a no party agreement to ensure the stay is peaceful and relaxing. A hot tub would be nice, but the pool was kept warm enough. The breakfast was above average, and included breakfast sausage, bacon, and eggs. Overall a pleasant and affordable stay.

Hotel was fairly clean. We liked the indoor pool, and breakfast was our favorite thing about the place. When we arrived, we checked the place out and I closed the bathroom door because my 11 month old was exploring. Come to find out, the last person there must have locked the door, so now we couldn't get in the bathroom. Called the front desk. After more than an hour, the manager came with our crib (that I asked for a week ago) and a metal clothing hanger to get the bathroom open. When that didn't work, he said he would go get a screw driver. My mother then got it open with her fingernail clipper. Where are the keys!? Also, there was fairly clear water damage on the ceiling and the floor seemed unever which was really strange to me. Definitely not worth the $229 we spent, but at least we slept pretty well because the beds were comfy.

Clean, dog-friendly! AC unit was pretty quiet which is rare in hotels. Showerhead was really nice. Breakfast was typical continental spread. Woman at the desk didn't charge for the dog, which may have simply been a mistake but I appreciated it!

Very hospitable staff, clean room, and good location and price.

The staff at this facility were extremely helpful. We visited for a short layover in a long cross country road trip. They were very accommodating to our needs. The rooms are good, but not up to the new standard of the Holiday Inn Expresses post renovations. Still a good value for the room. Breakfast was good. I did not have a chance to use the pool or workout facility, but I did notice that the gym had a nice assortment of equipment. I would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful staff, fabulous rooms, and the best breakfast ever. I can not recommend this hotel enough. It also has amazing sight seeing places near here.

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean facilities, comfortable beds, and free breakfast. Certainly a hotel to consider in this area. However we were on the second floor and the walls and ceilings passed through other rooms like paper. The floors popped and creaked as we walked on them. That made it hard to get a good night sleep even though everything else was up to my expectations.

I can't get one restaurant to deliver in 49022 WORST I EVER EXPERIENCE pizza place wouldn't even come here wow.

This was the last night on the road from Arizona and we were exhausted. Victory checked us in, and was the best desk manager ever. She was getting ready to bake the cookies and so she brought some to our room when they were ready because we were tired. A cup of hot tea and fresh cookies, how cozy. As usual with most HIE, the pillows were comfortable and everything spic and span clean. Perfect stay.

I specifically chose this hotel out of the many options in Benton Harbor for the Google photo of a hot tub, as you can see there is no longer a hot tub. This photo should be deleted. Also, there was mysterious white dried on stains on the desk in the room which had not been properly cleaned… Don't want to touch a thing now.

Everything's new in the building. And the people are very kind.

The manager is excellent. Incredible customer service top down. Room was clean. The bedding clean and well, maintained. Bathroom clean with a surprising travel essentials. Tooth brushes (2) male and female brand name deodorant, sewing kit, q-tips and cotton ball. Tooth paste (Colgate). Wow. We travel frequently this was a wonderful extra. In-door pool and a fitness room. I would stay there again and recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

To start with the location is new, clean and has a great breakfast. However, that's not the real attraction. The staff here went above and beyond for us. We had to move our entire wedding party to this hotel after Springhill Suites gave up our rooms to extend the stay of other guests. The manager, Kyle, bought a fire pit for our group so we'd have a place to hangout pre and post wedding (AMAZING: what hotel does that? ). Kyle and Christine contacted our guests to let them know they'd been moved, even though it wasn't their responsibility, and they had nothing to do with Springhill's error. Charlotte helped us out during the day making sure any needs were met. Josh the night shift manager brought out warm cookies and milk for our party. Seriously folks, the staff here are fantastic. Out of the dozens of hotels we have stayed at none come close to beating this crew. Highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable hotel with lots of parking. Rooms are what you would expect from a Holiday Inn.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The lobby is modern and classy, and the rooms are updated and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

All good! rooms were clean, breakfast was good the food was hot and always being re-stocked with food. Staff was polite, pools were clean very quite hotel. The only thing was I requested a play pen for my baby to sleep in which they said they would take to my room I never got it. Other then that it was a fine place to stay at.

First of all they don't have a jacuzzi, they lied I'm not sure whose photos they're plagerizing Second of all the air condition was broken Third and worst of all there were ants all over the room, front desk said she'd get us bug spray; she didn't. Be aware of bugs in room 305.

My husband and I always stay at Holiday Inn Express and this one was such a disappointment. When we first checked in we went up to the rooms and someone else was still in the room with a giant CAT! (I did not know they allowed pets! ) went back to the front desk and told the lady and she did not understand. She then gave us a new room and this room was missing the lounge chair! Big room with a king size bed and a desk and a large space where there was no chair. My husband does NOT sit in bed to watch TV on the bed and with no chair he was extremely uncomfortable and again disappointed. I would NOT ever recommend this Express.

Service was good, felt I should have been given a deeper discount for arriving at almost midnight. No complaints about the room, breakfast was good.

The hotel staff was very courteous with a great location to fast food places, restaurants, gas stations and I-94. The continental breakfast was fresh with many options for both foods and drinks. The room was clean, smelled clean and the hotel also had a gym and pool. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Room was clean and desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wish breakfast had been better organized/less crowded but it's free, so can't complain too much!

Stayed there one night, everything was clean and they left the Continental breakfast out late for all the late risers; we got up at 10 and here was still hot food.

My wife is very picky and she really had a good experience, kids loved the pool and hot tub, yea there's always something that can be annoying but all and all would stay here again.

Ok. We were shit tired from a very long road trip and wanted to just sleep. When we got to the hotel, it was very clean no doubt, minus a used toothpick on the floor. Whatever. When we tried to sleep, apparently the ceilings were pretty thin, and we could hear people walking and running from the room above ours on the 3rd floor. Very annoying. On top of that, there was no thermostat to control the frigid room. We barely slept all night and woke up with a headache from the cold. Free Wi-Fi, parking and breakfast maybe made up for these things, but at the end of the day, we wanted to sleep and couldn't at this Holiday Inn. Not happy with our very tiring drive home.
