The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious! If you have been feeling stressed, I highly recommend getting an on-site massage — incredible! We would stay here again for sure.

Our stay over Labor Day weekend was somewhat work related but so relaxing. Our room was very comfortable & the balcony was a little slice of nature. Breakfast was a treat with great cooking & garnishes of herbs & edible flowers that I’ve tried to duplicate at home We enjoyed the marsh boardwalk twice & the quietness of the waterfront & walking the village streets. Even though we live nearby (Traverse City), Arcadia was a world away from the hectic summer of festivals & tourists!

Absolutely loved the comfort and relaxation of the house. Our room was so cozy and we slept great! The breakfast was amazing and we can’t wait to go back! The owners were so helpful when we were looking for things to do in the area! Jacuzzi was very relaxing!

Such a nice place in such a nice area of Western MI. The house and garden are beautiful and the hosts leave nothing to chance when it comes to a comfortable stay.

This B and B is very quaint and relaxing. Greg and Patrice are extremely hospitable and welcoming people. If you're looking for a place to rest, relax and escape this is it.

I have not stayed here but after my accommodations fell through at the last minute my mother and I stopped here to see if they had a vacant room (neither of our cell phones had signal at the time). Although they did not have a vacant room the owner was incredibly kind to help us find other vacant accommodations in the area and answered any questions we had. Shortly after leaving we found a last minute hotel room based upon his list and are very grateful for his hospitality! Should we ever find ourselves in the area again we will make it a point to stay here!

We enjoyed our visit. We slept great. We didn’t have a chance to dine for our breakfast because of unexpected news we had to leave. We hope to visit again soon. Thanks for your hospitality. — Jeff and Carol.

Staying here, it is obvious that someone cares very much for this inn. Everything is exquisitely maintained and breakfast was excellent. The location off of M-22 makes the bed and breakfast great if you are heading to camp arcadia after.

What a great place! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Arcadia House Bed & Breakfast. Greg and Patrice were the perfect hosts. The food was delicious and the room was charming. And my massage was just what I needed. Patrice is ‘second to none! ’ Would definitely recommend!

Just left from our 3rd trip up north. We stayed at Arcadia House each time. Such a lovely place, quiet, clean, excellent location, and breakfast is beyond amazing! We will be back again!

What a lovely, warm and beautifully kept B&B! The Owners were non-invasive yet very accessible, every convenience was supplied and the breakfast was amazing! Not just stale muffins and powered eggs set under a warmer, everything was made fresh and served to all of us like we were in our own private restaurant! Just lovely! Cannot recommend this B&B enough! We are definitely coming back for a much longer stay!

Right off M-22 in Arcadia, this place is a gem! The owners, Greg & Patrice, do a great job hosting & feeding their guests! They have breakfast that varies each morning and is always delicious, a hot tub, coffee/tea cart, a shared mini-fridge, small TV in the main living room, and always a round-table puzzle to work on upstairs :) Rooms are comfy and clean, all with en suite bathrooms. Everything is decorated in period antiques, lots of wallpaper and floral, and they even play 20s — 40s music during breakfast :) In the summer, there are beach towels you can borrow, and the beach is a few blocks away. In the winter, you can borrow snowshoes, which is fun & a great workout! Patrice's massages are very nice and personal. We've stayed here summer and winter and loved it both times!

Arcadia Bed & Breakfast with Greg and Patrice was the best stay of my United States trip! Both are such beautiful people and extremely helpful with lots of activities to do within the area that are now unforgettable memories for me. Not to mention the delicious breakfasts in the mornings I stayed for 3 nights and didn't want to leave!
Really hope I get the chance to come back to visit and stay here again. Thank you guys so much once again you are amazing! xo.
