Had a great stay. We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival. All of the staff were extremely friendly and the building was up to date and clean. Highly recommend!

I visited the hotel for a meeting and wasn't an overnight guest of the hotel. The facility was very clean in the common areas and the property appeared to be well kept. The meeting room we used was very small but have visited again since and the meeting room provided on the second visit was very accommodating. The only negative on the second visit was a noisy refrigerator / beverage cooler that distracted a little from the meeting discussions. Overall, a decent venue for a small group meeting.

It was easy to find. Nice and friendly staff. Room was great, breakfast was good.

De Marco Ross greeted us with a smile. He upgraded our room to a suite. The room we were supposed to get was right next to a noisy boiler/furnace room. Being a light sleeper, I very much appreciated the upgrade. It was a great way to start our stay.

Very good hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Rooms are very cozy. Located a few miles from a big Lake. Lots to do in the area.

We didn't have breakfast so are unable to comment on that, but the rest was absolutely wonderful. The rooms and bathrooms we're clean, the pool and hot tub were great, the staff was very friendly from check in to check out!

Typical Hilton. Had a reservation error and they were booked full. They were able to find a room and fix the reservation issue. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Our room was AWESOME! Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely wonderful Hotel staff was excellent and nice and informative breakfast was great. Room was very nice.

We were traveling with my elder brother parents including Dad in a wheelchair and needing much extra assistance. The front desk found the PERFECT room for them. It had lots of space for his wheelchair. The bed was low enough for him to get in. There was no trouble parking a U-haul without having to back up! The breakfast was bydelicious; sausage, waffles, omelets, oatmeal, fresh fruit, muffins, and more. We had an expert opinion of a young elementary-aged student that the pool was very good. This was the first night of our trip and we're afraid we were spoiled and don't think we will find another place ad good as this. The price was reasonable for the amenities. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

BE WARNED: Do not let them put you in ROOM 221! That room is right above the water heaters for the pool and they turn on & off every minute ALL NIGHT. You will not be able to sleep in that room. That's where they put me and I ended up calling the front desk at 3:00 am and they moved me next door to room 223. It's not as loud in that room, but you can still hear it, and after trying and failing to sleep through it for several hours already, I had to request another room change. They put us on another floor and it was fine. That would normally call for a much lower rating, but the hotel was very nice and comfortable, the employees were all great and welcoming, and they took care of the problem as well as they could have in the moment, and did not hesitate to fulfill my request for a refund when I went to the front desk in the morning. We're actually planning on staying there again in the future… but we'll definitely be requesting that we aren't put in rooms 221 or 223 again!

Great hotel! The hotel looks brand new. Really stylish and modern, but still very comfortable at the same time. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean, comfortable rooms. Definitely a good place to stay in Mason City.

The breakfast buffet was lovely there was plenty to choose from. The rooms were beautiful with plenty of room and you could turn the thermostat up fairly high. The staff was pleasant when we first came in and gave us a complimentary snack and drink. Overall I would stay again anytime.

Fantastic decor. Very comfortable sleep. The rooms had every amenity. The staff was wonderful, as was the complimentary breakfast. The dining area was so nice we ended up staying there for 2 hours after we checked out to visit with my parents and plan our next vacation.

Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Room is clean and spacious. There is a large array of breakfast items, hot and cold.

Location was good. Room was new and we'll laid out. 2 downsides: had to have the sheet changed on the hind-a-bed. They had sand and some sort of stains on them. We could tell they had not been changed. The other was the price. (RAGBRAI) Registers Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa was in the area so price for one room for 3 adults was almost $300 for one night. Most motels do this but still think it is not a good practice. Otherwise stay was very nice. All employees were very professional. Thanks for listening.

The place outside was clean and proper. The front desk was very cool and friendly. My room was neat and clean, but I kept finding hairs everywhere in the bathroom which grossed me out. Lastly, for the place being very new, I've never herd an elevator sound like it is going to fall apart. Very jolty, squeaky and the fact that you can hear more than you should of the cables, really made us nervous. Other than that, it was pretty nice.

The room was beautifully appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. And to top it off, the free hot breakfast was delicious. I would recommend it, and I will certainly stay there again when I come back to Mason City.

Love the room is really big. Nice shower but the room did not have a refrigerator. It was broken. The microwave half didn't work right. The temperature at night got real hot fan didn't work half the time. The people was really nice that work there. The pool is nice and big but too stuffy in there way too much chlorine it burn my eyes.

Appears to be a fairly new hotel. Everything was in order, room stocked, modern looking, outlets everywhere. The only issue I had was there is NO vending to speak of in the building, and the juice machine at breakfast was completely empty. All of the juice flavors dispensed slightly sweet water.

I'm currently in my 4th or 5th stay at this place and it will be my LAST! For a new hotel let me first say this, everything about it well deigned. However the kicker is that you are not allowed to control the temperature of your own room. So for the person that wants continuous air movement and a cool room, THIS ISNT THE HOTEL FOR YOU! Upon multiple times of staying here, I learned that the thermostat is controlled by front desk and motion in the room. So at night when you lay down, fans don't run. I also learned and was under the assumption if you request to have a lower temperature or a continuous fan cycle, you can request this change at the front desk (which I think is absurd anyways). Tonight as I made this request in my reservation call and upon check it, I lay awake in my room at midnight because the fan has stopped running and the room is stuffy. The front desk staff will then argue and state "your room is at 65 degrees so it should be cool". But without a fan running, it is not. I will not stay here ever again as even with all efforts made on my end to resolve this from being an issue, the staff and hotel could not accommodate me.

This place is not for light sleepers. You can hear everything from the rooms above you, doors slamming, people stomping around. The fans in the rooms do not work to help drown out any of the constant noise. I tried this hotel on three separate occasions with the same results.

This place is great! Amazing breakfast. Great atmosphere.

Very nice and luxurious and modern hotel. Only bad thing was the internet, it was slow, had to have the tech try to figure it out which he couldn't. Once I got my laptop connected it was slow and I never did get my Xbox one connected, the ether net port didn't work and the Wi-Fi didn't work for it either. Only hotel I've stayed at where I couldn't connect my Xbox. Otherwise great hotel.

One of the nicest hotels in Mason City… I definitely recommend staying here.
