Beds were comfortable, AC unit squealed all night though. Room was clean.

Very friendly staff, and the rooms nice and it's cheap! You can grill outside.

Its awesome really nice people they don't half assedly clean your room They are really understanding that I work 7-12s so I make a mess I've apologized and they were so nice about it!

The staff is the reason that this place gets 5 stars. If you want a water slide and a gourmet breakfast this isn't the place you want. If you want a very clean room, comfortable beds and a friendly, very helpful staff then this is where to go. It is an older motel that could use updates, but to me these things aren't very important.

It was amazing they had 2 beds for as low 50$ for us and they had a 32 inch flat screen TV had color and it was fine the internet there had no problems at all.

Stayed there around the weekend of june 25th owner was a great guy to talk to room was good nice a/c bathroom shower head could be replaced but for a nice stay at a great price we could not beat it down home.

This hotel was AWEFUL! Let me tell you the ways: #1: MOLD MOLD MOLD in the corner of the bedroom area. #2: 1980's carpet that was sticky to walk on (did not take off my shoes). #3: The screen door broken. #4: When I pulled back bedspread it was stained yellow. #5: The room itself smelled of old funky! Let's just say: "NEVER AGAIN"

The phones in the rooms don't work. The rooms are very outdated and unattractive. The Wi-Fi is very poor, slow and cuts in and out.

I am rating this room 5-stars because of the owners generosity and hospitality. The rooms are nothing special and are probably about what you would expect from a $50/night motel (OK, they were much nice than what I expected for that price point), but the owner is just amazing. He is warm and hospitable and just a genuinely good individual. The weekend I stayed there was the weekend of a marathon in town. Another guest mentioned that she had to be at the start at 6 am and he decided to get up at 5:30 to make coffee and open the breakfast kitchen early so the marathoners could have early access. Seriously — where do you get service like that these days! The rooms are not gorgeous, but they are perfectly cozy. They have a fridge, TV, plenty of lighting, etc. I actually love the fact that it was a motel and there was a chair outside my room so I could go sit outside in the evening and morning. I also talked to the owner and he said that when he took the place over, he closed a bunch of the rooms and he has been working through them one by one in order to re-open them to his standards, so he is doing his best to make sure you don't get really bad rooms and that the rooms you stay in are well cared for. Again, that is just awesome to see. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again!

Have stayed there a few times always a good experience.

I like this motel but they should really have someone to watch the desk for them when they leave for a while just in case someone was to show up to check in I'll sit out here for a good hour and a half and no one has showed up yet.
