Do not stay at this hotel/casino. My wife and I had a horrible weekend stay. They are not offering valet services and I did not feel safe in their dirty and poorly lit parking area. No security anywhere in site. Friday night we waited for the shuttle to Horseshoe for twenty minutes past the pickup time. I finally called Harrahs and was told by security the shuttle was not running but they didn’t know why. I asked at the front desk and was told the driver called in sick. Apparently they only have one person that can drive the shuttle. I was forced to go back to the parking area later at night. We got back to the room the next day after a day trip and it had not been cleaned. I asked the front desk and was told they don’t enter the rooms for stay overs, but we were never told this. Also they knew we were there for two nights but only gave us one towel each and one coffee packet. They kindly offered to drop some off at our room. The final straw was we had no hot water for our showers on Sunday morning. They are letting this place turn into a dump. I have been a loyal Caesar’s Diamond card holder for many years. Their rewards program has gone downhill and the slots payouts are pathetic. I think I am done feeding them money.

The 360 steakhouse and restaurant treated us to a wonderfully cooked New York strip steak with 3 shrimp and Creole sauce along with the largest steak frites I have ever seen! The seasoning on the frites was a mixture of salt, paprika and bread crumbs. The view we had of the Missouri River and the city of Omaha felt serene. The concert venue behind the casino was a great setting. There’s a smoke-free section of slot machines and a tasty place for breakfast. There’s a lot to enjoy at Harrah’s!

We went here for my youngest daughter’s 21st birthday for her to have the experience. We had the best Roulette dealer named Ernest from Louisiana. He gave us the best time and explained all the rules in a fun way so my kids who are all grown could learn how to play roulette. We had many laughs and lots of respect from everyone there. We will go back and have more fun on the next occasion.

The rooms were very clean, and the whole place was just perfect for any kind of stay! 🤩 I loved everything! My day is always well-spent everytime I stay at Harrah's.

Stayed three nights for work, and had no hot water after working in the cold all day! Was told they were aware of the problem when I asked about it and said the rooms at the end of the hallway are known for that and they did nothing to try and rectify the situation. Would not stay here again!

They send you offers in the Caesars app and then don't honor the offers.

We booked our room thru hotwire, and prepaid. When we arrived at the hotel, we were charged again by the front desk attendant, starting that their software didn't communicate with hotwire's site, but were assured that the charges would be reversed upon checkout. The estimated time for this process was from 2-5 days. We have yet to see this money. Additionally, the room we had reserved wasn't available when we arrived. We arrived late, so we weren't going to get much sleep anyway, however we were kept up until 4:30am by a neighbor with extremely loud music. Security was called and eventually handled the situation. So $200 later, we got less than 1 hour of sleep. The room itself was standard; nothing to get excited about. The only positive to our stay was the man checking IDs at the casino entrance. He was super pleasant and courteous. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience that we've ever had, and will definitely not be returning.

My husband and I were out on a date night and decided to eat at the buffet and then play. Needless to say, after spending $50 on the WORST experience and food I have ever eaten I just wanted to leave. The outside is a dump. That should have been our very first clue. NEVER will we visit this place again. And after that experience you can count our friends amd family out too! I really wanted to demand my money back. So extremely disappointed!

We come here a lot, stay, play and eat! Everyone is nice and know us cuz we come so often! Some new staff but most are very Knowledgeable and kind! We are liking the new sports book. Also Enjoy the Larral lounge to watch our favorite football games, food i, drinks! In A little bit calmer relaxed diamond lounge!

Stir Cove is nice. A few less people in the Party Pit would help. The buffet was good — lots of options, but no pasta to speak of.

Unfriendly staff! I have never been to a Harrahs casino that has awful customer service! Will never be back and very disappointed.

We spent the last two nights there. Furnishing were outdated. That would be acceptable if they were clean. The furniture in our room was filthy. The bathroom was clean. I took a hand towel and wiped down the bedside stand lamp and clock. It was filled with dirt. I took it to the front desk on leaving and asked to speak to housekeeping manager. Was told there was no one to talk to. Even the furniture in the hallways had dust hanging off them. The buffet was not open so only choice was the cafe for 6 to 8 people to gather and there just simply was not enough room and food was average at best with very limited menu leaving us no choice but to drive to Ameristar for breakfasts. The mattress was too soft. Pillows were unexplainable. The staff was very friendly everywhere
Spent very little time in casino but dealers were also very nice. Ameristar will have to be our next stop.

I have to tell you, this was one of the top Harrahs casino junkets I've ever been to. It was phenomenal. Lisa who works the hotel front desk was fantastic. Couldn't do enough for me with accommodations. She was so fun and personable with a great sense of humor. Tyler was quick with his great beverage service. I never had to wait long and very personable. Amber and Myrtle who work the cashier cage were alot of fun too. They were genuinely glad to see me cash in frequently. The maids made sure we had plenty of towels and condiments. The casino is small, but they did have the variety of video poker machines I like to play. I just wish they had a Let it Ride poker table. The food and service at the 360 restaurant was outstanding. Probably the best escargot and french onion soup I've ever eaten. The chef even came over to see if we enjoyed our meal. The Diamond club had delicious Cuban eggs Benedict made with pork instead of Canadian bacon. They truly have the best service and employees were genuinely happy to assist you and bow down backwards to make your trip enjoyable. I will definitely go back. The shuttle service to and from Omaha airport to Harrahs as well as from Harrahs to the Horseshoe casino were always on time and friendly service. Thanks again Harrahs for such a wonderful trip. Hope to see you again soon.

The staff are not very accommodating and there is no pool. I had an IPhone charger when we left the room this morning and it was gone after the room had been cleaned. There is no pool, which is very disappointing. The best part about the property is the 24 hour grill with friendly service and fresh food.

The place looks a little out dated I thought the buffet was expensive but worth it after I seen what they had for a selection​ the room was clean the dealers are very nice 2 bartenders working the whole floor the night I was there the lady that checked me in was very nice and professional was kind of wondering why the guard at the casino entrance was asking my wat my initials were and my buddy wat his zip code was I had a good time just a few things I wasn't impressed with an 4 $ for a beer wat uptight greedy person made that price just saying might sell more if the price was lower if I would have known that was going to be the price I would have tried to shake my imaginary money tree a little more before I left my house I might come and don't​ will see.
