Great place to spend the weekend.

Clean, quiet and well kept common spaces for a great price. I'd definitely stay again. Breakfast included too, oh yes definitely recommend.

I wasn't notified that the pool wasn't going to be open, that the fitness center, and dining area were also off limits and then I check in my room to find my toilet wasn't properly working and 1-I tried to call and the phone doesn't even work 2 I get down to the front desk explain this problem to lady working and she then walks out from the front desk goes to the women's bathroom and hands me a plunger! tells me "If it doesn't work let me know we can change your room… Oh you can keep that "

Great place to stay would stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and even though they are doing renovations it was very clean and didn't affect my stay at all.

I had an excellent stay! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The shuttle service from the airport and to the surrounding downtown areas was very convenient. I would reccomend staying here and plan on doing so myself in the future.

I'll preface this by saying that the people behind the desk were FANTASTIC. They're extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and all around friendly. Their desire to give great customer service really shows. That said… the rooms were not in the best shape. The one we stayed in had broken tiles pulling out of the floor in the bathroom, the TVs and remotes didn't work the greatest. One of the TVs had a screen that would randomly go dead. The doors didn't shut very well either. You had to forcibly push/pull the door until you heard a click, and even then the lock wasn't always engaged. Breakfast OK. Not good, not bad, but what I've come to expect from hotels. We paid 150 per room and got 4 tickets to the zoo included. Price would have been good had the rooms been in better shape, but with the condition they were in, I think we paid too much.

I'm checking out in just a few minutes, but I've spent the last 4 days here. This is a great hotel for the price. The room is very clean, the staff is super friendly. They have a shuttle that drives to and from the airport, but also anywhere within a 3 mile radius (which is actually quite a bit! ). The drivers are also really nice. The breakfast is good (I mean, I got to make my own waffles), and the coffee is 24 hours. I'm really glad I stayed here!

We were welcomed by a friendly clerk at the desk when we arrived and were made to feel very welcome. The room was clean with newer decor. The beds were a little lumpy, mattresses could be replaced, but overall our stay was pleasant, a good value for the price.

We had a couple hiccups with the water to the whole hotel going out for 5 minutes, having to call and wait 30 minutes for a plunger and calling again for a shower curtain. But we always stay at this chain and even tho this had been our worst one yet, the room had everything we needed and staff was very helpful and friendly. I would still stay here again although there is not any food within walking distance but it's an easy drive to get some.

Check in was very easy! Staff was pleasant and polite! We were given an option of what floor we wanted which isn't something we normally have happen. Pool was out of order because of unforeseen circumstances. The second shift front desk person was amazing and went above and beyond! He was incredible! Breakfast was a typical Continental breakfast. I'm sure check out will be just as nice!

Very nice little hotel. Staff are very helpful. The 24 hour shuttle is a great service. The drivers are always available to take you anywhere in the downtown core.

Stayed here with some friends. Our key had trouble letting us in our room. It was a problem on thier end. We would have been super pissed and "vocal" about the situation but the super friendly over night worker helped us. If not for him I would have given only 1 star. He fixed our room's door but offered to let us upgrade to a king suite. He also let us use the pool area after hours because of the amount of time it took to get things situated. He was awesome!

Second stay at this inn. Staff is always courteous and the shuttle to local sites is convenient. A lot of care goes into presentation from decorative runners on the bed to the way they fold the towels and hang the shower curtain. Always a pleasure.

We didn't have a very good stay here. Stayed 2 nights in room 217. Our TV did not work the entire time we were there and our bathroom door would not close all the way. This place was suppose to be non-smoking, but we smelled smoke so bad the first morning we actually started coughing. The worst part was the noise. It was CRAZY loud each night and it wasn't even from the airport. We weren't sure if it was a regular room or a storage closet above us, but we heard loud pounding on our ceiling all night long. After the first day we told all these problems to the front desk clerk and all she said was "that sucks" and did not try to make anything right. She did not have a name badge on or I would out her here. The Best Western Plus just down the road is better and I have no plans of ever coming back here.

CI&S (anywhere) consistently never has enough room in the breakfast room and their mattresses always throw my back out because they're so hard. This stay I found the room to be very clean quiet. The staff were really nice but WOW the cleaning crew was ridiculously LOUD at 9 AM. Like, I could hear everything they we're doing in the next room which is odd because I didn't hear my neighbors at all the night before. Also, beware of planes taking off at 3 AM from the airport nearby.

Great stay just not worth 40 bucks to leave your car overnight and use shuttle when you have to fly out. Stewart is much cheaper and half mile away.

Has all the basic necessities. Very close to the airport. Great for a single traveler who is in the area for a night or two. Three workout facilities are small, and their "business center" is one computer in the lobby. Breakfast was adequate. Beds were clean and comfortable.

I didn't have a very good experience here with the staff at the front desk there was a man that was extremely rude to me. But overall the room was okay ever pool and jacuzzi was pretty decent. But I was very disappointed with the customer service.

Very impressed with this hotel! Clean & very comfortable rooms & facilities. Outlets galore in the room! Pool area open until midnight for adults only! Checkout at noon! Delicious full bodied, low acidic coffee available around the clock in the lobby, along with hot water for hot chocolate and a variety of teas and lemon and grape infused ice water. My only complaint was the only low carb option for breakfast was sausage… no form of eggs available and, when they say checkout at 12, they mean it! (Housekeeping walked in at 12:01 and, let's just say, I wasn't quite ready for visitors! ) Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely come again and would recommend it to anyone.

I can't say enough about this hotel! The food is great! Rooms are clean and perfect every time! Service is nice! Prices are cheap. I look for one of these in every town I travel to!

I came here this past week during a snow storm. The hotel shuttle is in the shop for maintenance however they have a brand new SUV that they are using to shuttle guests to and from the airport. The facilities have a nice, cozy lodge feel; you are greeted by fresh baked cookies and a nice warm fireplace as soon as you walk in to the lobby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is available in the morning and the pool and hot tub are just as inviting as the front lobby. The exercise room has two treadmills, an elliptical, and a Cable Machine. I was a picky guest during this trip… I won't go into details but I can say that the crew working art this hotel went above and beyond to personally take care of me and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be staying here when I return to Omaha!

We have stayed here the past three times we have cone back to Omaha. We love it! Cheap rates and great staff. We'll continue coming here.

We paid extra for the room with a jacuzzi and it was great! It was pretty clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked great! We were able to stream a movie and had no buffering waits whatsoever. The staff when we checked in wasn't all that pleasant but the rest of the stay made up for it.

Clean rooms, great variety of breakfast. Bathrooms in the double queen rooms could use a little update but not horrible. We stood in room 209 which is right next to the elevator and I was very concerned about noise seeming we been on a 14 hour road trip with a 3 and 7 year old, but heard minimal noise, just turned on the TV to wash out the noise, I will look forward staying again!

We enjoyed the stay, front desk clerk was nice, polite and helpful, suite was nice and clean, not 2 mention the reasonable price. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and pool, the extended time was awesome 6a-12a, they couldn't get enough, went 4 round 2 after breakfast. Breakfast was awesome, loved the variety and enjoyed the sausage links and omelets.

Beds we're comfortable! Customer service was great. Rooms are clean! Lots of cookies, fruit and great coffee selection when checking in! Pool is open LATE and is WARM!

Fastest check in ever, rooms were exactly like they described. Staff was very friendly and breakfast buffet kept stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed one night with a park and fly. They must of just painted (doors I suspect) on the third floor. Odor was not enough to complain about and we continued on into our standard clean room. No complaints, nice morning breakfast offered and shuttle to the airport. After a week's vacation we flew back to our vehicle which was untouched, safe and sound in their parking lot (they don't farm it off to the rental lots). Again, an accommodating shuttle ride back (though it had a faint odor of smoke — irony to follow) and we stayed one more night. The paint odor had dissipated from the week earlier and the room was as expected… well, except for the fowl odor coming up from the bathroom sink drain which did not have a stopper. Upon leaving in the morning, I pointed this out to the front desk. At this point I would have given this establishment a 4 star rating, even with a stinky sink. So why the two stars? I received my credit card statement with an extra $200 charge I didn't know about. I called to question this and they stated I had smoked in the room. I am not a smoker, nor is my wife. Nobody else was in the room during our stay. Maybe they couldn't identify the stink from the sink and decided it was smoke? It sure would have been nice if they would have contacted me FIRST before slapping me with a bogus charge. I truly would have stayed there in the future but I now question their judgment and quite insulted.

The staff is wonderful. Precious was a God send in a moment of need. Overall, it is a clean place. If you don't need to spend time in your room, but have other activities planned it's perfect. Breakfast, according pool and jacuzzi. But no other big amenities.

Spent a night there in a double Queen room with my wife and kids. The pool is beautiful. The hotel is close… Really close to the rental car return and down the street from convenience stores. It's in the tiny little piece of Iowa called Carter Lake… Don't get confused. It's surrounded by Omaha, it's just legally Iowa. I would go back and stay, without question.

The check in was easy, the room was clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was in disrepair. At least four of the floor tiles were completely detached and moved when you walked on them. The towel hook on the back of the door was ripped off. We found it upside down hanging by a thread of the screw. The bathtub floor was so weak, I thought I was going to fall through it. The threshold was missing two of the four screws and was really loose. We didn't expect a perfect room for the low price, but the bathroom was borderline dangerous. The continental breakfast was good.

The layout of the lobby and the rooms with respect to the swimming pool, make it noisy and messy.

Serve them well and the dessyuno rich rich bacasiones.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast had good options. Free cookies and fruit infused water all day was great. Location was good — close to downtown and the zoo. Also close to the airport, but I never had a problem with noise from planes. Overall, it was a great experience!

It was very loud outside during the night. There should be a curfew. The pool is tiny and our room was not clean when we come in.

It was a nice hotel and quiet, the Wi-Fi was blazing fast. Breakfast was amazing for a continental. The room was good just had a slight cleaning issue.

Cheap hotel with free breakfast very friendly staff and alright rooms.

Very comfortable hotel, but the Wi-Fi is a joke. Advertised free high speed internet, but the connection speed was awful. I could hardly get any of the work I needed done. Outside of that, this was a very good hotel, but I will not be returning.

Room 217 was awesome! Lots of fun! Very clean!

This hotel was perfectly fine. It was clean and had all the amenities we were promised. There were some details, like cracked tile and light fixtures that seemed loose, that reminded us we chose a hotel based on the price. But it did exactly what we needed it to.

I spent a night there a month ago. The shuttle man was grumpy. However, the room was exceptionally clean, spacious and nice. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good — a good number of things to choose from and a nice and helpful staff making sure things stay fresh. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the neighborhood.

Nice room. Great sleep! Especially impressed with our driver for the shuttle they offer. We stayed Sat. Sept 13. He took excellent care of us and I chalk that up to helping our stay be so wonderful.

Not very impressed. Room was a little dirty, handprints on the windows. Bathroom fan sounded as if there were broken pieces inside running thru the fan and A/C did not keep up so it was always hot and muggy. Front desk man said he knew nothing about fixing A/C so we just put up with it. Paint is peeling off the bottom of the pool. Received our invoice under the door before checkout that was completely blank, we went to check out and ask if we could have one that we could read, the snippy front desk girl said "You will have to get it from Expedia! " Breakfast was fine and very nice attendees working it and I think the managers were also working it and they were very nice to my 3 yr old. We were not sure if they were managers but a husband and wife team and they were very sweet. We stayed there as it was close to the zoo but not sure if we will ever stay gain. Sorry.
