Very great place. So very open and such a nice and open mom and pop motel. Couldn't get any more homey!

Had a nightmare of an experience at this motel. It is not the same as it used to be at all Not sure exactly what is going on at all here. Arrived in the afternoon around check in time and greeted by an at the time, friendly middle age white male new manager. My sister, son, and I travelled many hours from out of state where I live now (I am originally from this area and 11 years ago lived at this motel when it was still Riviera Motel, and this is usually where I stay when I'm back in town visiting) and were very tired upon arriving. Was given a very run down, dirty room and it smelled of marijuana and cigarettes pretty strongly, but didn't really notice until after the commotion of bringing in all the luggage and food we purchased, so we decided to not complain and just relax, again it was a very long ride with a toddler and I'm not usually one to complain unless it's really horrible. After we got my son settled, we were trying to get the broken air conditioner to work, because when he touched it, it fell apart. I guess the manager was right outside the door when we were fidling with it and he knocked on the door. Still very friendly, he fixed it after making a remark about the marijuana smell in the room. I told him that it was already there when we walked in, jokingly added we haven't been there long enough for it to be from us. Fast forward about 5 hours later.

Very accomodating! The staff is very helpful and informative! Great price for a clean and comfortable room!

Outstanding place for an expensive night sleep Beds were extremely comfortable. Each bad had two pillows one fluffy and one firm. Easy access to the expressway and morning coffee before we hit the road. Front desk at check-in was extremely helpful with locating local businesses would stay here again anytime in town.

Awesome location off of interstate 80. Peru 5 miles east for shopping. Staff makes you feel very welcomed. Clean rooms. Housekeeper does an awesome keep up the good work. Will be recommending to friends.

Our room was clean warm and quiet nice shower comfy bed cant beat the price! right off Hwy 80 wish we had the same through out our trip and friendly staff a good stay.

I was very happy that we stayed in this place — very clean, looks like it has been recently remodeled, we had in our room a microwave and refrigerator and great new towels. The best value for the money that we have found in the area and we were very happy to stay here and we'll be back.

As soon as you walk in you smell smoke and realize its not what you thought based on pictures from the net. Manager was somewhat nice but his "new" card machine wouldn't work. The room was clean-ish. About as well as a teenager would clean. Mattress was springs that you could feel individualy. Most things in the room were unplugged or strangely wired to random switches. Example 3 switches in the bathroom, one light and fan that came on with one switch.

Budget motel. Daily or weekly rates, free Wi-Fi, off the interstate.

Very clean nice staff the kitchens and bed rooms are great with a living room cant ask for anything better.

Absolutely worst please ever. Better sleep in the car. Indian owner is total idiot. Lazy staff. Dirtiest please on the earth. Smells very bad. Never never sleep there.

This place is a dump. Filthy rooms, torn up furniture, plugged sink drain and milk jugs full of some kind of liquid AND cigarette butts outside of each upstairs — disgusting!

Do not stay here! Maid is to lazy to do anything. There is an old guy with a dog tht stays on the ground floor by the stairs, his dog Is always barking at people and the dog owner starts yelling at u for making the dog bark. The India owner won't do anything about it. It is the worst motel to stay at.

Room rate 60.00 with tax. Rooms are under renovation so some good and some ok. Non smoking room stinks so bad of cigarettes thanks to inconsiderate smokers who dont ablige by the signs. Second room much better but heater not working as well but did heat up the room very well. Coffee maker supplied on request but bring your own coffee. Fan in bathroom is so loud you will need to shower with light off. Restaurants are 5 minutes away and excellent mexican food in town of preu 6 or 7 minutes away. Very quiet room. King size bed really soft. Room is really clean. Will stay here again.

Money hugry owner from India and the maid steals. I spent almost 2500 there for them to charge me a full night for not checking out by 11. Like they didn't get enough out of me already. If u have a pet the rooms are ghetto the other rooms are ok. Better than the Daniel's. They say free Showtime but don't have it or half the stations advertised. Stay at ur own risk.

THE WORST hotel I have Ever stayed in!. Absolutely disgusting. Stains on sheets from food. Black dirt or a sandy texture on bed. Bathroom only nice part of room and there was an old used show scrub hanging from the shower head disgusting. Id rathern lay in menuer than this bed. Smell, comfort and cleanliness wise I would probably be better off. Chose to sleep in clothes could not even take a shower with no clean towels even hand towels had stains on them. Terrible location, nearest gas station 4.6 miles and the office clerk needs to shower atleast once a week make yourself look presentable to the public aka your customers the lobby stinks ans jusdging by these rooms im not sure what isnmaking the smell anymore. Basically this ENTIRE hotel is dirty I hope before you waste ur money u read this review and maybe get places like this shut down for good! Rating= — as low as numbers go.

Dirty, as if the room hadn't bee cleaned in a very long time. There were spider webs all over even had to kill a few spiders myself. Then there is what appears to be food crumbs in the chair at the table and there was a dead bug under my pillow! The furnishings and appliances need to be updated and ac cleaned out (every time it kicks on it blows this nasty dusty smell). The better looking part of the room is the bathroom area (tiles look newer and the area looks cleaner than the rest of the room. The door has only a lock on the doorknob (feel like anyone could break the door down). I don't feel like I can leave my belongings here while I am not in my room. The room could use to be freshly painted too.
