Not very friendly staff. Charges you a deposit with out informing you…

I will never stay here again. Some of the staff were really rude. The hair dryer didn't work, the bathroom plug didn't work, the microwave didn't work very well. When asked to talk to the manager, because talking to staff got us nowhere, we waited 4 days and never heard from the manager. And are still waiting! Like I said never again. Rantoul has a brand new motel, DON'T waste your time or money with this one!

Room was nice bed was comfortable but you could tell they don't clean there tubes I had to leave my flip flops on taking a shower.

Rooms were very clean and looked like they were newly renovated. Beds were nice for the night. Overall a good hotel to stay for a night or two.

We reserved a non smoking room. Upon check in we advised that we had a small dog, as we always do. We have stayed multiple times in the past. We were then told due to the pet policy (no where to be found when reserving) that we had to be moved to a smoking room. Being highly sensitive to that we did not take to that to well. To top it off they didnt even have one available to move us to! So we are stranded with the dog, they will not allow us to check into our non smoking room, we had no choice but to find another hotel. We then are advised that due to the cancellation policy we have to pay for our room that we were unable to use! When asked to speak to manager was told they couldn't give out the number but we could call Saturday! It was Wednesday night. Front desk lady unbelievably rude. Will be calling corporate.

Really nice truck parking. Not huge but level and can accommodate 6-7 trucks. Hotel is within walking distance of many fast food and sit down dining. Breakfast could have been a little better. Not a great selection and no hot items. Overall, a good stay.

This hotel was great! All rooms are updated (several of the photos on Google are old and no longer correct). Everything was spotless, the place was quiet, and the price was completely reasonable. The bed was new and comfortable, which is important to me. There is also a lot for truck parking.

Stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites, loved it. Very clean rooms, renovated property, and courteous staff.

It was a fine place to stay. The room was in good condition. The main hallway on the first floor has a funny smell to it.

The room was OK… The problem I have with them is I was spose to get the room for $78 the following day I check my debit card transaction and it says not only did they charge the $78 but they charged an additional $128.50 which is now on hold until my bank has 45days to reimburse me or the district manager to send a fax to my bank releasing the hold which has been over two weeks and still short $128.50

After I paid by bill and left. About an hour later I received a credit card alert and they had billed my credit card an additional $278.75 for what they said was an undeclared pet charge. We don't even own a pet. They would not do anything over the phone. I turned around and drove back to Rantoul, had the police come a search my vehicle for an signs of a pet, and then only after the police officer talked with the manager by phone who was not on site, did I receive a reversal of charges statement for the on duty manager. It still hasn't been removed from credit card. No apology, no consideration of my time and miles driven. What a way to ruin a trip.

It wasn't the best. Very limited breakfast, and found a lot of wire nuts on the floor. However, the rooms were well decorated, with cool paintings on them.

I booked my room almost a month in advance and specifically requested a NON-SMOKING room. Upon arrival, I was told the room I had reserved was a smokers room. I said that there must have been some mistake. The person at the front desk said there was nothing they could do for me because the hotel was at full capacity. They tried to chemically bathe the room and it made everything worse. I asked if I could just get a refund and go somewhere else and was told there was no guarantee of me getting my money back. I was left with no alternative but to spend the night in a smoke-filled room. Upon waking up the next day I made the front desk manager aware of my situation and she also was of no help. I am going to be pursuing this to the corporate level because the hotel staff was of no help whatsoever to provide me with any solution to my situation. The two people I worked with at the hotel had no desire to help me and were not empowered to do anything whatsoever.

Pretty nice! If I remember correctly, the building's recently renovated, which definitely shows. One of the nicer Super 8s that I've been to.

I decided to stay here since the mom and pop motels in the area had bad reviews. I was quoted one price over the phone and then told when I arrived that I didn't qualify for that rate since I was only staying three nights. The new rate was nearly $15 more than what I had been quoted previously! Not a good start. My room was clean and neat, but it was on the ground floor and the window (facing an Arby's drive thru) did not lock. I stuck the drying rack in the crevice to secure the window. As is typical all the advertising about being a green hotel was false. The towels I hung up to use again were replaced and the breakfast bar was full of Styrofoam cups and plates. Next time, I think I'll brave the mom and pop motel instead of one that embraces waste so emphatically.

Nice rooms pretty awesome and tractor trailer parking lots little small but it's alright for 2 trucks 2 or more trucks.

Room was clean but smelled musty. Front desk neglected to inform me of a $1 charge for the room safe that I didn't use. When I called and asked about this charge, they rudely informed me that it was part of the contract that I signed and I had to decline usage of the safe if I didn't want to pay for it. I was just a weary traveler looking for a fair deal and a clean room. I don't think it was worth it to them to hide this $1 fee from me because I may choose not to stay there in the future due to this.
