Very nice accommodations… first time here.

Pretty good hotel with and indoor pool and allows pets and is convenient to the car/truck shipping facility.

Your pet policy is not stated clearly. The remote didn't work.

Great staff at front desk, very helpful and friendly. We had the king suite and it was very clean and spacious. A/C worked great. Did have an issue with the bathtub drain not holding water for bath but it wasn't too big of a deal to us. We were very happy with our stay.

Very unprofessional staff, Mike, the front desk manager, particularly. Filthy pool area, hairballs all over the floor and dirt covering the pool floor.
Was kicked out of our room and forced to move to a smaller room, which still had someone else's dirty towels on the floor.
Boyfriend got bit by something in our room that started blistering and has been getting worse by the day. Picture included is his elbow area, covered in puss. Thankfully, it wasn't our son.
Very new, nice looking hotel, however, it appears the management of this place will run it to the ground.

STAY AWAY! Very poor customer service and management… While I'm checking in, two employees are discussing how the management team consistently understaffs the hotel and does not provide the proper quantity of equipment/supplies (vacuum cleaners and towels). The employees openly have this discussion in front of me with absolutely no attempts to prevent me from hearing them. After hearing this information, I'm no longer comfortable staying in this hotel and informed the staff that I would not be staying. I spoke with the manager who was very combative and offered no attempts at better service or reduced rate and quickly refused a refund. It was very apparent to me that there was not a big emphasis on serving guests and providing guests with a pleasant experience. I simply drove 5 minutes up the road to the Fairfield Inn & Suites which was a much much better hotel, more professional staff, and very comparable in price.

Here because of our house flooding and can't stay there in its condition. Cat litter in the room when we got here. Bathroom sink clogged with tobacco backing up out of it. Pipe resin from drugs on the comforter. ASKED FOR A CLEAN ONE THIS MORNING AT 8am AND THE SAME DIRTY COMFORTER IS STILL HERE! Baking powder all over the floor of the room we were supposed to get. Supposed to have 2 adjoining rooms because we have minors staying with us and rooms were on 1st and 3rd floors. New girl at the desk doesn't answer the phone. Not enough pillows and blankets for the kids. When we asked for more, we were basically told no deal with it. Had an attitude and insulted my family. No one knows who to call with these issues and guest services is closed until Monday, it's Saturday. Called the 800 number and they can't help, don't know who to call. And this is only day 2 of what could be months. This is with their executive sweets, 2 of them. Horrible service. Planning on calling insurance company to change our reservations ASAP. Horrible horrible horrible. Unbelievable!

I love these new La Quinta hotels with bigger rooms. A bigger swimming pool would be nice. Nice and friendly staff behind the counter and breakfast area during the day, but the night shift man needs some customer training / attitude improvement. House keeping skips their responsibilities and bother you before it is time to check out. Nice reasonable prices.

Newly remodeled, but it doesn't look like they take care of the place. It is pretty clean, but like scrapes on the walls, or corners of the drywall that have been lightly damaged, they don't repair. This is the 3rd time I've stayed here, and the front desk ladies are always very nice, and housekeeping are also very nice. I just would like to see the owner or the manager of the place take care of it. It is actually a nice place to stay, very quiet, oh yeah and right next to the police station.

7/13/18 after readying other reviews a group of us decided to stay at this hotel. We arrived after it had rained very hard. The 2 rooms we had were raining in them. So we said something to the front desk guy who was very nice and helpful. Gave us 2 other rooms. After moving all of our stuff to new rooms those rooms also had wet floors due to the rain. At this time we said something again but they where out of rooms and we understood so we stayed in the rooms. Getting ready for bed the blanket had a big yellow stain on them so I took them to get new ones. Again the front desk guy was very helpful. And lowered our bill due to all the stuff going wrong. And told us he couldn't ever get hold of the manager. So the only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because he was so helpful.

Great place to stay for a night. The beds a very comfortable. The only thing bad is the showers. There is a pool and a work out room, but I did not use the pool so I don't know how good it is. But over all it is nice. Also they have good breakfast, and it's FREE!

We often stay at La Quinta Inn. This experience was not as good as we often have. Though the staff were helpful & courteous, the breakfast was very fun and things weren't refilled unless we asked. In general, the standard was just lower than we have experienced in the past.

Hotel wasn't the cleanest. No one was ever at the front desk. Food market for snacks was practically empty. Bedspread had yellow stains on it. Couldn't tell if old or new. Hide a bed matters cover looked like a skid mark on it. Ran out of towels asked for new ones next morning we were given two. That's all they said they had ready. Employees dressed in scrub tops but had on tight fitting leggings. Didn't look very professional. Caulking around tub had mold. Was not very happy over all. Will not be staying there again.

This was a first class accommodation. We were truly amazed at the quality cleanliness and service extended to us and our pets during our stay. Thanks to all who made a 1300+ mile trip a bit easier.

The only thing I have good to say is the bed is very comfortable. This was a holiday inn and La Quinta Inn bought them out and remodeled, very poorly done! When you flush the toilet you can smell sewer, it was not clean, the water drained really slow in the sink, when the maid came in today she gave us new towels but did not take the dirty ones. I will never stay here again and the room was 100.00 a night! BIG RIP OFF!

Short stay — arrived very late and left very early, so pretty much didn't do anything except for sleeping. But for the short time I was there, I had a positive experience. Great deal for the price. Clean room, looked recently renovated. Bed was surprisingly comfy. Good service.

Hotel is infested with bed bugs, roaches, and fleas. Definitely would not recommend. Me and my boyfriend rented a room and it was disgusting. We paid but did not sleep there because it was unbearable. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The staff is wonderful very helpful. Nice and quiet. Right next to police station. Not far from Walmart. Rooms very clean. Great breakfast.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Lobby, breakfast area, and main floor hallways were all dirty, with the tile floor being constantly wet (and sticky) from guests walking from pool to elevator. My room was next to that elevator, and it is the loudest one that I have ever heard. (Door would bounce when opening and closing. ) Two electrical sockets in room were coming out of the wall. Full length mirror was barely attached to wall. I plugged in blow dryer in socket below, (did not trust the one in bathroom) brushed against the mirror, and it almost fell off the wall, and onto me. I had a second floor room, and guests above sounded like they were a foot above my head, the ceiling was so thin, and not sound-proof. There were maybe 10 guests (that's how many cars were in lot) at hotel, and it seemed we were all clumped together in one area. A lot of door slamming (not the guest's fault; one has to slam in order for door to catch and shut) and hallway stomping taking place all evening. This all due to poor construction. TV's are the models that you have to turn way up in order to hear dialogue, because of the heavy base-sound. I don't ever want to be the guest with the blaring TV, so I really didn't hear anything I watched during my stay. I never eat the breakfasts, but one of the reasons that I stay at La Quinta's is that there are usually plates, silverware, etc. For my dinners, available. Not here.

Recently stayed here, front desk staff Donna was very accommodating and affable. She provided great service! Room was prepared by Ashley. It was clean, comfortable, and nice. It was a Friday night and surprisingly quiet. I will definitely be staying here again when traveling to STL.

It was fine. Solidly convenient place to stay. Helpful workers.

The location is pretty bleak. It's a small town with not much to do. The main reason we stayed at this hotel instead of another was that there was no additional charge for staying with our two dogs. The staff was very nice but appeared to be undermanned. The I glided breakfast was just ok.

Nice room. Clean and service was great. Bathroom shower was nice but no soap dish. Hard to shower with out a place to put your soap.

I stayed at the La Quinta from September 17 — Oct. 31, 2017. The hospitality from the staff was awesome. They were very accommodating and friendly. Talk about a hard working staff. My room was very clean … I would recommend this hotel for sure. My compliments to the staff… Susan.

Fridge & microwave in room. No bathtub, but a walk-in shower with curtain. Fast food — McDonald's, Taco Bell, etc near by and an Applebee's a short drive away. Limited restaurant choices otherwise.

Nice property. Comfortable beds. It is clean and they have a great breakfast. Definitely recommend.

We recently had a block reservation for our wedding. Angel at the front desk was over accommodating! they went above and beyond for us on our special day! They offered way more personally than we could have expected at an affordable price point.

Beds were so much more comfortable than my $4, 000 bed at home! Love the colors and decor of the hotel. Staff, pool, & breakfast were great!

Staff is super helpful and very friendly… they have a full hot breakfast from 6-9. Not your usual grab and go. Never stayed at a hotel with a breakfast like this so it was cool. Their elevator is a LiL slow, but I'm impatient. Other than that I would stay here again. Good price for what we got.

Great large king room. Great service. The pool was warm, but issue with pool light and maintenance left it on the side of the pool plugged in with no electricity flowing, but still very uneasy feeling while swimming! Beds were soft but not too bad. Elevator was slow, only one. One room had no phone in the room… again very unsettling if there was an emergency. Same room w/o phone the ac was not cool enough but the king room it was almost too cool. Service was excellent! Very friendly.

The only reason for the one star reduction is the presence of mildew on the wall beside the tub. Not a ton, but enough to notice. The rest of the room was spotless, the pool had floating available for the kids, and the staff was very kind and pleasant. Definitely recommend!

The elevator was out of service and the manager had let us know it will be ready by Wednesday and we got the 3rd floor well that elevator didn't get fixed and we checked in Monday and checked out Friday. Also our bathroom inside our room was the most disgusting bathroom ever. It seemed no one had cleaned it and didn't care to. We switched room and the sink was not draining the water at all. Also the ice machine was out of service and the pool water was so dark u couldn't see the bottom of the pool. This hotel is so dirty that I will never ever stay again. Everything was out of service there.

Our room was very clean. That being said, there were a couple of safety issues. Our deadbolt didn't match up with the hole in the door frame by about 3/4 of an inch. Also, the door at the bottom of the stairs to the outside had to be pulled shut to lock, which of course every guest did not do. Right next door to the police station, so I did feel safe. When those things get fixed, I would recommend this location.

The hotel seemed pretty clean, except I found a dirty band aid and wrappers in the bottom of our tub and the carpet on the 3rd floor has stains all down the hall. The toilet in my parents connecting room was clogged when we arrived. Our toilet clogged the day we were leaving. I was told they be right up. 2 hours later they still had not come to unclog it. They must have plumbing issues. The pool was warm, but looked very dirty. Some staff was very friendly, others were just OK. My husband went down to get some water and waited for over 5 minutes and rang the bell, no one to be found around 1am while the phone was ringing off the hook. The breakfast Sunday morning was the worst breakfast I've ever seen. They had biscuits and gravy, some eggs, waffles (no syrup), breads/bagels, bananas yogurt, and that was about it. They were out of lemonade and orange juice. The butter was in the fridge where everyone was handling the same stick. Gross. Monday's breakfast was better, but you are asked to only "take one thing" which I have never seen before. They will stop serving at exactly 9/10 and the staff will start eating what is there before the time ends. It's great they let the staff eat, but by all means let the guests eat first and don't limit what they can eat! There was syrup and muffins and more cereal options on Monday and sausage.

The price is right. Only reason for 2 stars. Pretty run down hotel. They tried to update this hotel but looks like they hired a carpenter that used a hatchet as a hammer! Sink in room leaks all over, mirror is falling of the wall, and the light fixture in bathroom is just a bare bulb with no cover. NO COFFEE the first morning? When I showed concern over this the staff showed me nothing but attitude. Coffee the next day is coffee from concentrate! Yuk!

The room (212) we were given had not been cleaned properly, there were peanut shells all over the floor along with housekeeping tip on the table still. After saying something to the manager, we were given another room (224), but the room we were given had only 1 king bed and our original room had a queen and a pullout bed and we were still charged for the first room. The second room had some problems as well. The hangers and rack fell off when I went to hang up my coat, the coat rack bar fell off, and the refrigerator was not working. I brough that up to the attention of the manager, along with how I I was charged for a room that I never even slept in. They gave us a new room (207), which was great expect ths bedding on one of the beds was dirty and a pair of socks and a wig needle from precious occupants were still there which house keeping took care of in no time at all. The sercond night I was there, I dont know if it was a get together or something but the group that was here was running up and down the hallway either on my room's floor or the floor above ours.

We were there for a party. It is awesome that they allow guests to use the breakfast area for parties. The hotel was very clean.

Nice and clean staff were friendly and honest. I left my wallet and amazingly everything was still in it and it had been there almost a week! Will stay again!

It was just your typical basic hotel. The bed/couch were comfy the rooms were pretty modern and the staff was nice. Breakfast wasn't the best, but what can you expect?

Very nice place to stay will definitely be back. Rooms are clean and love that they have a non smoking policy. Also the the bed is soft. Pet friendly which is great. Very friendly staff. I left my rings in the gym and the staff got them for me. Which made email feel great.

It's clear that this is either a new building or recently renovated. The room was great! Modern carpet, drapes, and cabinets. We felt that we were in a higher end hotel! The bed was perfect and we got a great night's sleep after driving 9 hours from Oklahoma City. Even the breakfast, which can sometimes be a little spare, was filling and quality! The employees worked hard to keep the breakfast stocked, even though it was really busy. Five stars, would stay here again in a heartbeat!
