We were simply looking for some place to spend the night since we were attending an event in this town and wanted to be able to have a couple of drinks. Manager and Wife are Always HelpfulThis was perfect for our intentions, staff was nice, room was large and clean, bed was comfy. I would recommend it.

This was a extremely saisfsatis stay in Paxton INN Motel. The management was extremely friendly and help. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. You are within walking distance of everything that you need. This was a great visit to Paxton Inn Motel.

Nice beds clean good people bar breakfast.

Clean, has king size bed, table with office chair, comfortable chair with foot stool, frig and microwave and only 225 a week counting tax can't ask for much more.

It is more quite, has better showers & is better priced than the hotel nearby. They offer long term rates too. I work as a consultant to the ag industry & can stay anywhere I like and this quaint motel is my choice over the nearby hotel, every time.

Quiet and priced OK. Could have been a little cleaner. OK place if you don't want frills and need a place to sleep.

Nice no frills motel. They allowed me to stay there with my 3 well-behaved dogs. There is a good sized grassy area for dog walking. Please be sure to pick up after your pet so this motel remains dog friendly. A restaurant is close by but I didn't eat there.

For alittle off the highway motel this fits the bill! Very clean which is my most important feature. The couple that owns it is very nice. Went to the Harvest Moon drive in then stayed here so wouldn't have to drive home late. Perfect!

Good cheap rate, but good enough for a one night stay over. Pretty decent for a motel off the highway by a small town. Even has a spectacularly clean mini fridge, which I haven't had at some high class hotels.

Cheap hotel, so you get what you paid for. I'm all for saving money and understanding this phrase, but this place was worse than super 8. Some rooms are worse than others. Mine had mold in the bathroom and the floor in the sink area was coming up off the ground. Definitely wear socks/shoes in the room as the floors are gross. Wifi also sucked, kept losing connection.

We were told by the owner that there was a "weekly rate". But, the total was basically 7 x the daily rate. (no discount whatsoever) Wouldn't be so displeased if the owner has just been forthright enough to say, "there is no weekly rate".

Clean and fairly well maintained room. There are a lot worse out there that charge more. Earlier on same trip stayed at a Super 8 and the ants in the room were numerous.

Friendly receptionist, great price, clean room.

Cheap. Basic. Friendly reception. Will def come back next time I'm passing by and need to rest.

Don't reserve rooms out ahead! Dumpy rooms and they refuse to give you a refund! Horrible would give 0 stars if I could!

I am at this place because the snowstorm just let me say hellhole smell is bad I think I will stay in my car tonight trust me¡! ¡.

We had my elderly in-laws stay at this hotel. Very good service, clean room. Easily accessible to the nice family restaurant next door. Would have them stay there again. They enjoyed the quite night even though it's next to the interstate.

We guaranteed a room over the phone based on other peoples reviews. Can only aasume they have never stayed anyplace nice. We arrived at 1PM with check in time at 2PM. Absolutely no other patrons there at this time. Were given room no. 42. We must have gotten the most uncared for room of all. Requested and assured of non-smoking but had cigarette burns in carpet on edge of tub and on bath floor. Paint peeling on walls. Discolored and dirty grout in bathroom. 50"s style very small commode. An air conditioner that rattled. Tried to cancel for the second nite but were denied a refund even though we were ahead of the 24 hour cancelation time. Will never return.

My wife and I spent a night there, choosing Paxton Inn primarily due to the positive reviews here at Google Maps. We were not disappointed. The room was clean, easy unloading the car right outside the door and everything in the room worked well. We were very pleased and will likely stay there again.
