Very clean hotel, nice and cozy sleep.

Stayed here for a few days. Comfortable good sized room with king bed. Staff keeps a low profile. The location is perfect right off I64 on the edge of Nashville. I hoped for a fitness room but this hotel has everything else. The breakfast has a great variety and was a good way to start each day. There have been some updates and the place is clean. There was a slight smell of stale smoke in the room upon arrival but we got used to it. Overall this hotel was a pleasant surprise and I would recommend staying here.

This place won't disappoint. Don't let the location deter you from staying here. Its well worth the stay if you have to travel a little bit further for your daily activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Great facility with comfortable room and bed.

Clean, nice facilities. Great breakfast. Good amenities. Ok parking. Wouldn't have minded an elevator for luggage to 2nd or but we made it. I'd stop here again!

The hotel staff was very kind and hardworking. The rooms were pretty clean and breakfast was okay. There could be more breakfast options and fresh food.

If you're looking for a no-nonsense place to stay off of I-64 in Illinois, this is your spot. It's in Nashville, IL which is beautiful country, has a pond out back next to the warm outdoor pool, and a truck stop/restaurant next door that's open late and even has some slot machines. Mallory at the front desk is so kind and will treat you right, I absolutely adore her. We had a very complicated check in due to me booking through Agoda (which I do not recommend) and Mallory was so helpful and apologetic, I've never met a nicer clerk. They have a very extensive breakfast from 6-9 with lots of options. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was perfect. This was the best stop we could have made on our trip. If you're traveling through Missouri into Tennessee, get through St. Louis and stay at this gem instead of an overpriced motel on the East side of St. Louis. It's about an hour or so further, but if you can make it you won't regret it. Thanks again Mallory for making our stay amazing. I'm making this same trip with another vehicle next month and I'll definitely be back.

Great place for the price and accomadations! We loved the room and the bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean and well ordered. Great breakfast. Would go there anytime!

My husband and I arrived with our four young children very, very late. We were all tired and cranky. The front desk staff were courteous and fast! We were in our clean, large and affordable room in no time. The breakfast was yummy as well. We thought our stay was wonderful.

Very clean and updated hotel right off of I64. Nice little restaurant next door and gas stations also.

The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed. Free breakfast and a great rate with membership. I would definitely stay there again!

Its almost mid night, was going to get a room and the clerk said you will have to park over by the gas station with that. (My ramp truck) I said WHAT? thats about1/2 mile she said so I have a $60k 2006 custom Duramax Suburban. There is atleast 35 empty parking spaces. I would never stay at this place if they payed me!

I enjoyed my stay there. Except for the dog barking down the hall. Nice parking for semis with trailers next door. And very good restaurant next door.

The Lady at the front desk was outstanding, the room was very warm and comfortable. Iit is what u would expect from a best western. Everything was perfect, I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff were very pleasant to interact with. Needed a halfway travel stop along my drive and this hotel was perfect. It is close to the highway and easy to access. Great location for travelers!

Bed was very comfortable. I had the best nights sleep. Room was nice. We would stay there again.

Desk staff was excellent and the rooms were nice. The halls smelled a little sulfurous and the continental breakfast was underwhelming. Great for a quick stay. The hotel itself was a two story with about 40 rooms and plenty of parking. The entrance was a bit weird, as you have to go through the driveway for the restaurant to the left. It's location is fantastic for anyone traveling I-64.

Room and Continental breakfast we're great. I'd definitely stay there again. Only complaint is they only give you soap bars and a "conditioning shampoo". I much prefer to have a regular conditioner and shampoo separate.

This was a great place. Clean quiet and a friendly staff. We arrived with a group of 9 and asked when the pool closed. They said it was due to close soon but they immediately told us they would keep it open an extra hour for us. That's great customer service.

BED BUGS! On the walls and headboards! Do not stay here! The beds were unchanged and covered in HAIR! It looked like a pet shed all over the room and no one bothered to vacuum, the curtains were even covered! It was obvious the bathroom was uncleaned because there was a puddle of dry urine on the floor and hair throughout the shower! Worst experience ever! I will definitely drive the extra few miles to stay ANYWHERE ELSE!

Great hotel, very friendly staff, breakfast was hot and filling, great biscuits and gravy. The pool was nice and clean. Also enjoyed the cafe next door Little Nashville. Had excellent apple pie ala mode and the peanut butter chocolate pie was the best I ever had.

The staff is friendly, beds comfy and I was very impressed with the fact there was a fridge there in the room with me.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was the best we had during our 6 days of traveling. Restaurant next door was also very good and reasonably priced. I would definately stay again at BW. Thank you for the comfy bed and pillows after a long day of driving. Also had the best shower during our trip.

Horrible experience. You can pay half the price for a nicer room (AND STAFF) at the next exit. Saw a great stop a few miles ahead with plenty other hotels and wished I had waited and saved my money.

The people working there were terrible, paid over 100$ for the worst night ever, do yourself a favor and drive another 15 miles and stay at super 8. I'd love to have a refund but was too irritated to deal with it.

Best breakfast ever, when checking in at 9 pm they had fruits, cookies, cake all fresh, with coffee, a great vending machine area not to expensive, the room was new, clean with a microwave, and fridge.

Rooms were clean and neat. Refrigerator and microwave were nice to have in room. We were there for a wedding. The staff was very accommodating! Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

A decent price for a comfortable bed. Some signs of age, but nothing serious. Free breakfast was ok.

I will return if I need to rest east of St. Louis again. Neat clean place with minor room imperfections. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Close to freeway, gas, and a restaurant.

Hotel manager is rude and discourteous and originally agreed to refund a fraudulent charge made with this hotel then turned around and replaced it with a different charge. Also accused me of lying by stating that I had made a reservation I never made. Their corporate office is no better. They are attempting to rob me of money and refuse to refund it. Will never do any business with this company ever. My advice to anyone would be to stay at any other hotel than Worst Western. A truly arrogant company.

Staff is very rude. Bathroom appliances (commode and tub) are about 10 inches tall and sink is in the same room as beds.

They put us in a room that was shampoo still wet carpet and smelled of wet meldew and stall cigarette.

There is currently some renovations being done to the outside, but otherwise a nice property. There is a slight odor in the hallway, but that could probably be fixed with a good deep clean. Very friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. And recently updated too :) The free breakfast was far more than I would expect from an interstate hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. There's a nice view of the lake behind the hotel that you get to enjoy while having your breakfast. I think the price was a bit high for being the only place around, but I'm cheap so. Lol. Overall a very good value.

High price for what you get. Small rooms, 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner, nonsmoking room still smelled like cigarettes, as did the hallways. In room coffee pot was dusty on the inside. Breakfast items were ok, decent selection. Offer military discount.

I travel frequently and I find this hotel to be very nice. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and nicely decorated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Service has a lot to be desired. The worked are not the nicest people in the world.

One of the worst Best Western hotels I had. Horrible decoration, extremely unattractive, unpleasant. Terrible service, Stay away, find another.
