This place has amazing service. When we first walked in it was easy to check in and get up to our room. When we arrived in our room the front desk called to make sure our room was to our liking and it was. Having a family of five it is hard to find hotels that have enough room for us but this hotel had rooms with three beds so we could fit and have a comfortable experience.

I haven't stayed in a lot of Quality Inns so this one may be an outlier. Everything was clean, fairly well kept with an indoor pool. The two star rating relates to two main drawbacks. 1. The carpet in the room was greasy. 2. Bed was uncomfortable. As someone who typically buys a room just for sleeping and washing up not being able to go barefoot in the room and waking up too many times didn't sit well with me. Not bad for a cheap hotel but not good either.

Was a decent room, kinda pricey. Maybe it's the week. Not a comfy bed, need updating. Clean.

Nice, clean and comfortable in the middle of no where so it's very quiet there! Easy on/off access from highway. Only con was the high pet fee ($25).

My co-workers and I have been here for a little over a month. While there is not much around the area to do, the stay has been Great. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

Very clean and well-maintained, and a reasonable price! Friendly desk staff. I was not planning on needing a hotel but needed to stop driving a couple hours earlier than planned due to fatigue and weather. This was one of two options at this exit and it looked like there wouldn’t be much else for another 20-30 minutes. This hotel far exceeded my expectations for what I usually would find in a chain hotel right off the interstate!

This hotel was nice and clean. Our shower head leaked but nothing major. The pool is ridiculously small. Only 1m long and 4ft deep at deepest. Very cold inside the pool room but water is heated.

The place was clean, convenient and economical. The only complaint was the breakfast. Cheapest possible sausage and watery scrambled eggs (watery not runny).

The room was nice and large and had a nice sized bathroom with good water pressure. The beds were soft and comfortable after a day of curling at Waltham. The breakfast was nicely displayed and the pool was a nice temp. It is located just off the interstate and next to two truck stops and a 15 minite drive from the curling club.

Friendly staff that made you feel welcome! Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Would stay here again. And would highly recommend this hotel to others!

This is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at! Everything is great, like the price and quality of the room, the most friendliest staff, and the breakfast was great! I will definitely return to this property! I absolutely recommended this hotel to everyone!

This place is awesome… Kim and Sarah were amazing … my daughter and I were stranded and they were so nice to us… for a city that I have never been to I would come back and stay here at this hotel due to them… Great customer service!

Spacious room. Sad there was no hot tub and hot breakfast was mediocre.

Nothing to complain about, nice rooms, got one with 3 Queen beds which was great. Nice breakfast provided, sausage and scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, make your own waffles. Would stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located off the freeway. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay there again.

Pillows were small and there was a dog show or something in town and the dogs barking woke us up at 5 a. M. And again at 7a. M. I was none to gappy about that. Attendants were great room was clean, breakfast was good.

Nice place to eat after a long ride and choose your seat. Food is pretty good.

The lady at the front desk, Dawn, was friendly and very helpful, and accommodated our special request. It was very convenient for our one night stopover. I didn't use the pool, but my employee did. Beds were just a little on the hard side. Breakfast was a little better than the typical one of a Comfort Inn. Overall, a good experience. I travel that stretch of road several times a year. I will stop here again.

The location was perfect because it was a late night and we needed a good hotel with a good price quick. The check in was super quick and the rooms were very clean and large. There was a very good hot breakfast in the morning that made the morning even better.

The rooms were very clean, reasonably priced, discount for my veteran dad, and they were pet-friendly which sold me.

Everything was awesome! From the beds to the breakfast and staff! There was just one concern? Why does the pool room stink like sewer?

The bed wasn't very comfortable but the room was nice overall and breakfast was good.

I travel for work and stay out of town alot. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. The hotel itself is fine. But the front desk staff are very unprofessional and unfriendly. They have a lot to learn on how to take care of their guests, and their personal needs. My needs were not taken care of. I checked out early and went to another hotel.

Got in late hotel clerk friendly and helpful room was clean and ac already on bed was comfy and they have firm and soft pillows. Got a good nights sleep and breakfast. Would stay there again…
