Beautiful room very clean and very pleasant staff! Have stayed at the best in Chicago and your staff should be congratulated!

Clean, affordable hotel in a quaint midwestern town. Morning breakfast was solid, and the room had a great air conditioner and decent shower. Staff seems to be dedicated to providing excellent service which is never a bad thing. The gym and pool facilities were a little lacking, but they got the job done. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Appears to be recently updated. The hotel is easy to get to from the interstate. It is a little small in total number of rooms and only has one elevator.

Nice hotel. Well maintained and clean. This was a stop on a road trip so didn’t visit the pool due to late arrival. Front desk did a nice job making up for the noise from someone doing wallpaper at 2am. Without that issue this is a five star stay.

The manager Amber and her staff were more than accommodating to my family. We felt right at home. I highly recommend to stay here!

I will give this 5 stars as it was very clean and well staffed. Very quiet hotel and I actually liked the decor throughout the lobby and hallways. The decor in my room was nice, however, carpeting needed replacing or restretching, but that didn't bother me much. Hotel is located just off Interstate 55 and close to various restaurants as well as some stores. Very close to LIncoln College under 2 miles. The complimentary breakfast was standard, but the girl was very kind and kept everything plenty filled. I will definitely stay here again. This hotel has received awards in 2017 for its cleanliness and accomodations. Well deserved.

I called the front desk to return my 15000 points because I accidentally booked a today's stay which is impossible for, by the way the reason I made this mistake is the Hilton mobile app makes the booking to quick that I have no chance to review the information. After all, the assistant cancelled my reservation and charged me $104.34 for late cancellation, which is totally unfair. I did not use any of your facility, cost you no money, and now you charged me about twice the price of your room.

We loved staying here. Very nice and friendly. Near a lot of historic places. The rooms were very nice and the beds awesome. Would stay there again any time I travel close by.

The hotel was extremely nice. Very updated or newer Hampton Inn. The room was extremely clean there were no spots on anything look very nice. The pool area the lobby was very clean as well. When I came in the front door there was a group of probably about 20 people and they were very loud which was kind of not the hotel's fault at all but a little bit bothersome. And then when I checked into the room it was already about 9 p. M. At night and when I checked in went up to my room the room was nice I am disabled and had to go all the way to the opposite end where there was no elevator which could pose a problem if there was a fire. Still just be aware that if you are disabled to make sure that you're near and elevator. Also the noise level was out of control due to several groups of younger children staying there which is not the hotel's fault. I did call to the front desk and let them know that they were running in the hall and screaming and after I called stop very quickly after. And then the actual room I was in the people in the room right next door were screaming and it sounded like jumping on the bed all kinds of extreme noise at 10:30 at night I called the front desk and she dealt with it in a very timely manner and then the noise was silent. That was a good job. There is a number of places to get food if you're hungry you can walk across to the Cracker Barrel.

Clean grounds, nice pool and worked with us on check out. All things we appreciate.

We stayed one night and had a wonderful experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious! We'll be back!

Nice, quiet and clean hotel. It was a great location for a short overnight stay with the family. The free breakfast was not very good, but there's a Cracker Barrell next door.

We visited family that was staying at the Hampton Inn Lincoln in the lobby and their room. The lobby was clean and comfortable despite ongoing renovations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's located conveniently next to the interstate (I-55) and several gas stations, restaurants, and other conveniences.

This place is always a great stay. Rooms comfortable, staff very nice. Will be back.

Best sleep and breakfast in my week long trip after staying at 6 different places!

Staff is polite, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is mediocre, but there have been few things to make the stay unenjoyable. I did not select this hotel, but the biggest problem is location: it really isn't close to anything.

I had a very good experience. The check in process went great. Once I checked in, the Associate valid) called to make sure everything went well. The beds were very comfortable and I definitely see myself visiting again.

I went into my stay at this hotel not expecting much. I have stayed at previous Hampton Inns that were less than stellar. I was happy to say upon walking in, that was not the case here. Newly updated rooms and decor, very friendly and helpful staff provided a top notch experience. I would happily stay here again in the futire.

Came here for a romantic birthday get away and got the jacuzzi suite! Great price! The pool was nice and the hot tub inside! They have a great workout room! Continental breakfast free in the morning! Free Wi-Fi! Cable-HBO and all the channels! Very clean place all around.

The place looks brand new, and the King rooms on the first floor have great high ceilings. Very good Hampton Inn.

I went in and checked out a room and then called to make a reservation and rude both times but also talked to the first associate there and she said "I wouldn't recommend u staying here for ur anniversary its not romantic enough" Then talked to the Manager Denelle who was also rude. So got a reservation in springfield who knocked their price down bc of the rudeness I had experienced with a competetor. I would not recommend anyone to go there. They r rude and just want ur money. Plus they charge more then Sunset Inn which sunset inn even has the fantacy suites for less then Hampton charges.

Needs faster internet, everything else is good.

Very nice hotel, new construction. Very clean. Nice suites. Only downside if you are a business traveler, the room internet speed is capped at 500K which makes it difficult to do higher bandwidth work. Plenty for browsing and email. Now a days 1500K wouldn't be that hard to provide for the few business people who actually need it. That is the only thing that keeps me from rating at 5stars. Otherwise very happy.
