Rooms were dirty, small black hairs on the bed sheets and the staff was rude. I still haven't gotten a call from management as requested weeks ago.

Staff was nice and the pool was great, be thankful for the overwhelming smell of chlorine on the 1st floor! The 2&3 floor smell horrible! Its a smell of cigarettes mold and stale beer. I was hoping it was just the hall but the room was worse. Black mold all over the ac. Even the smell of the pizza couldnt cover the odor. We left in the middle of the night it was so bad I was getting headaches.

Didn't have a microwave in room do they lete use the one in the breakfast room. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were clean and spacious. The night time desk attendant was a great guy and made checking in fun and enjoyable. Two thumbs up.

Ideal room to catch some shut-eye and start your morning right. Comfy clean room and restroom. Breakfast was fulfilling; there were healthy and more hearty options. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Room appeared clean but behind bathroom door was filthy and toilet had ring. I took a wash cloth and cleaned bathroom floor. Breakfast room was unkempt, tables not cleaned, chairs askew, cereal stale, yogurt out of date and spoiled, laundry room filthy, floors need to be disinfected in thete, dryer has bearing getting ready to go as dryer noise could be heard in entire hallway, beds were comfy but spreads were old and stained. Front desk gentleman was dressed for yard work, not to greet guests, he was amenable. I would recommend corporate make an unannounced visit. This is not up to Choice Hotels standards.

Horrible. Don't bring your kids here. Cause they've been nothing but rude and bitchy towards us the whole time we been here. The front desk lady (Owner) and her husband were in the parking lot fist fighting. They bitched about the kids making the floor wet after they got out the POOL that they offer to guests. All in all. I will NEVER be back to this ghetto motel.

I've stayed here a couple of times before but this will be our last stay here as the service has lowered. The bath tub in our bathroom has a ring around the tub like it's been half cleaned I also noticed that we have ants in our room lucky we stayed next to a Walmart so we could spray. We stayed 5 days you would think that the sheets on the bed would be changed. We had one trash can in our room and it never had a liner inside the can. Im I glad our stay is over and we will find another hotel to stay at the next time we come to visit.

Nice place, kept clean, efficiently staffed and managed, friendly. Continental breakfast, hot tub suites, the only thing I don't like is that the water smells like it comes from the river, not as bad in the winter.

Noisy. Some kind of beatles____yes bugs in the room. Pretty good complementary breakfast. I wouldn't stay there again.

For being a Comfort Inn, I was pleasantly surprised. My fiance had gotten us a suite there, without my knowledge because that was the night he proposed after dinner with family. The room was very clean. The jacuzzi was amazingly comfortable. The bed had the perfect amount of pillows and was also way comfortable. The continental breakfast was pretty decent. Way better than most hotels I have been to. So overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

We stay here every time we come to the Quad Cities in the winter 3 to 5 times a year. Would give a 5 except for erratic service probably because of high employee turnover.

Not at all happy with our stay here. As we were checking in the clerk had a hard time finding our reservation. Once she found it she checked us into our room. We were given a room that had a broken toilet seat… The garbage had not been cleaned out or a bag put back in it. We left our suitcase in the room and went to dinner in Davenport. Came back to room around 9 pm showered and went to bed. Before we left the room we pulled the blankets in the middle of the bed. Not noticing the bed cover had been urinated on before us checking in and it was a dried set in stain! Checked out of room around 1030 the next morning. The morning desk clerk said that the computer was down when we asked for our receipt. She asked for an email address so she could send it to us. My husband gave his and we left. We had decided to go see some sights and then get lunch before heading home. While at the restaurant my husband got a message saying we were being charged an additional $150 from the hotel. My husband called back to ask why he was told by the desk clerk we were charged for wetting the bed. My husband told the lady we were coming back to see this supposedly soaking wet (urinated) bed. We got back and asked to see the sheets first. They had already been washed but they brought out a stained mattress pad which in fact had been urinated on at one point in time but was clearly dry and set in. We spoke with the housekeeping who claimed the bed was wet.

The room was very basic and small. No mini fridge or microwave. Sink was outside of the bathroom. Crib was not in the room like we asked, but an hour or so later they did bring us one. Pool is very small. Fitness room had 3 pieces of equipment, the main one was a treadmill and it was out of service. On a positive note the breakfast was decent. My son loved the pancake machine!

Really nice place. Soft beds and quiet from the road. Only issue was I could hear everything going on next door.

Very nice. Beds were like sleeping on clouds. Best thing was I put a pillow over my head and I couldn't hear my teenagers. They were almost sound proof lol.

Everyone was very helpful and sweet! We stayed here before and will stay here again! LOVE the breakfast bar! Waffles are AWESOME!

Our home burned down so we requested this hotel as it was close to our house. Julie, second shift front desk clerk took the power that comes with her position very seriously. I wish management would have taken the needs of their guests equally as serious. The room amenities were minimal and condition of the current furniture was that of being purchased at Goodwill. Kathi, night manager appeared to get her orders from Julie. When there was an issue (or two) Julie was unable to communicate on any level that required conflict management skills so she woke Kathi up at home to communicate for her. Although Kathi decided Julie was inappropriate in her decision making I must give a HUGE thank you to Julie for making us feel completely vulnerable (in an already insecure moment for our family). Without the most uncomfortable encounter with any hotel staff ever, we would not have phoned our insurance company who upgraded us, for ten dollars less a night, to a competitors hotel where we are now having to live in a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and many more amenities. I asked staff at this location how to file a complaint about an employee to which they replied, let me guess, Julie? Followed by, you don't have to tell us anything, we already know how rude to guests she is. Nonetheless, Ian, first shift desk clerk was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.

Very clean. Excellent customer service. Great breakfast. Wonderful experience.

The breakfast is above an beyond! an the lady that prepares all the food is amazing highly recommend this place… very clean!

The landscaping hasn't been maintained in a long time. It looks trashy from the outside. The swimming pool was ice cold. My son was nearly blue after swimming for 30 minutes. Attendant at breakfast was rude. Her customer service skills need work. Our room was clean except the cushions on the pull out couch. One had toothpaste smeared all over it. Another was torn. Not sure we will return although it is a convenient place or stay when we visit family.

Staff was very nice. My girlfriend left a valuable necklace behind and we were called within an hour after checking to notify us that they were holding it for us at the front desk! Very my check appreciated!

There is no way that the people leaving reviews that the rooms are clean can NOT be legit! We had a spider infested room! It was midnight and to tired to go somewhere else. Went to the desk and he gave me a broom to fight off spiders! He did give us another room. Yes, spider in new room as well! What a nightmare! Of course then we couldn't sleep! After getting home from our trip, I tried several times to talk to the manager. She would NEVER return my call. I had to call Corporate. I later then received a refund of only $33.00! I left several messages after that and not one call back! Not surprised! Rooms are dirty and smell very musty. I've stayed in so many hotels from West coast to East. Humid areas such as Texas in the summer — Not ONE BUG!

No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms and the microwave in the dinning area did not work. Other than that it was ok I guess.

Nice clean rooms. Great pillows and comfy bed. Dart tournament had me up until about 4am with loud drunks though.

Rooms and staff were nice. Nothing fancy but for the money I would stay there again.

Stayed there only a few hours to sleep the night over. Was out before 11:00 am check out time, got charged for a extra night, went back to hotel to fix it and they called me a liar and told me that I had to have proof. Thankfully after 2 weeks (and calling to remind them) they finally credit my account back only after I proved to them I was at another hotel. Worst customer service ever. Manager Kathy was rude and really unprofessional.

This place is so unprofessional the front desk Katy was extremely rude and there manager Kathy was so ignorent came out of town and they didnt have our room ready after a long drive and traveled for work 5 mnths pregnant terrible customer service.
