Stayed there last night. Great customer service from beginning to end. No disturbance. Bathroom was clean. Had hot water. Both managers were respectful and well mannered.

The general manager Priyang (short and looks Indian/Pakistani) was very rude and unwelcoming from the start. I did not like his hospitality nor (lack of) respect for his customers. The hotel does look like it is in a shady area with barred windows you can't see through and all types of intrusive paranoid rules for protection. Apparently, I just found out there is no hot water. Outside of him, the other staff member, an elderly cleaning man was very nice and helpful. The price is good and the room looks clean for now. I would not recommend this place in terms of service if dealing with Priyang. If service was improved my recommendation would change greatly. He left a very bad first impression from the start (e. G. Impolite, prejudiced, intrusive, paranoid, not present when we first arrived, cold, unhelpful, poor communication, etc. ) and did so repeatedly without apology. One of the worst first impressions I've seen at a motel.

Staff was nice, room was surprisingly decent for being so cheap and it had Wi-Fi, it’s close to downtown but it’s on a pretty shady part of town (someone tried to sell me drugs at the gas station if that gives you an idea of the area) when I stayed here there was very loud domestic violence going on in the room beside mine… I would possibly stay here again if it’s all I could afford at the time.

Sorry, but one word, nasty. The location is a security nightmare. I asked to see a room and the front desk, claiming they were full, despite the parking lot having only a single car visible, refused to left me see a room. I regret that I wasted time driving to this location to check it out.

The place was so peaceful rooms were very neat and clean, I will definitely be returning soon great place to rest for the night.

The stay at DeLux motel was very nice and had everything necessary for an enjoyable experience — a clean room, a spacious bathroom, bug free, and even soundproof walls. The toiletries provided were of high quality compared to other motels, such as normal sized soap and good quality toilet paper. For a place this inexpensive, it really feels that the motel put its money where needed.

ZERO STARS** So I had been traveling ALL day with two children who are one and two. I found this place which looked decent for 1 nights rest up. I called before I got drove there to make sure they had a room. When I arrived and tried to book a room the lady in the office looked at my license then asked me if I was 21 as I responded to with "yes". She tells me she can't rent me a room bc of my age. I glance down to the policies paper posted in the clerk window that CLEARY states "must be 21 or older" so I point this out to the girl and she immediately says that's the old policy. So I ask for a copy of the new one, which she doesn't have for some odd reason. I asked the reason why she couldn't rent to me and she said because her manager said you have to be over 21? I say "I AM over 21, please I've been traveling all day and me and my babies need somewhere to stay as she says "sorry I can't". So now I'm furious and ask to speak with the manager who is "out of town" & "won't answer the phone". So Allington can conclude is the girl didn't want to rent me a room for whatever reason that was never explained to me. This place is unprofessional, do not stay here!

Loved it! Never had a problem the staff was great. They offer snacks at the office for really cheap too. Check in for two weeks and had to leave a few days early. They gave us a refund for the days we didn't stay. It was clean as well. Would totally come back for a stay. It was only like 15 minutes from the Arch as well.

They had a mice in the room. Other than that it was better than the other two motels around here.

Would have liked hot water in the morning. Got a hot shower before bed, though.

Booked the hotel since it is the cheapest. But didnt expect such a customer service. Staffs are really friendly and kind.

Definitely a place you only stay if you're low on funds or just genuinely have no clue about the St. Louis area. I'm the later… I really hadn't no clue where to get a room and I needed it to be cheap. I ended up at this place and it look's like it's fresh out of the 1930's. I'm really doubtful that the rooms are thoroughly but that's my opinion.

I don't know why there's so many bad reviews for this place. The motel has very sweet management, I heard absolutely nothing while I stayed here for a couple nights, not neighbors, not guns, nothing. Quiet as can be. The room is pretty decent, the bed is nice and big and comfortable, the sheets looked new and clean, the water runs hot but the water pressure isn't great, the carpet is even nicer than InTown Suites hotel in St Charles. Stayed in a smoking room even though I don't smoke and the smell wasn't over bearing nor did it linger in my hair or clothes. Overall, very decent stay for $40. Thanks Delux.

Unless you are oblivious to the constant rattles of AK-47s, the loud Booms of roadside bombs and IEDs going off, cars getting blown to pieces and then hauled off for drug money, this place will never be any good at all!

Best you can ask for for $40. Not too happy being woken up by the police, though.

Huge bed! Cama super grande. Super friendly staff! Free peanuts and chips and pretzels. And also a lollipop! Super nice place! Goo.

Budget motel. Get it just to sleep on my way to New Orleans. Nothing fancy. But clean. And extremely friendly and nice owners.

Oh yeah I give this 3 stars because it might be one of the most creepy places you will ever stay, but the price is so low. I didn't care… if you want something nice where you probably won't be shot. Don't stay here bit if your down on your money and need some sleep they take cash and the owner looks lovely. But I think there might have been blood stains on the broken tolet. But 40$is probably the lowest you will ever get.
