The checkin process went very well. Our room was clean and spacious. However there was a bad smell in the lobby and down the hall.
This was not a great super 8. The blanket was very thin. We couldn't get a one bed room, so wound up paying $11 more than expected, even though it was Monday night. The included breakfast was skimpy, even by Continental breakfast standards: the coffee carafe was empty, only milk, not half and half, two types of mini rolls, two types of bran cereal, toast, toaster waffles, instant oatmeal, bananas, two types of juice. Curtain rod in shower was sagging. The bath towels were small and thin, the washcloths dingy. Not a great experience. Just keep driving.

The rooms themselves were acceptable, but the lobby and hallways weren't air conditioned or ventilated, so a musty smell lingered, along with a sweaty humid feeling.
