I booked a room after reading the good reviews about this place. Very pleased. The room was clean and smelled very good. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. Good housekeeping. The breakfast is modest but who cares! When you see the price of the rooms it's really nice to have a breakfast included. The coffee is good. By the way, the lady and the man at the front desk were polite and kind. I'll definitely come back.

Friendly staff and quiet rooms. It's not the absolute cleanest place I've ever stayed but it's still not bad by any means.

Nice rooms, generic breakfast. Would have got 4 star but spent 30 minutes checking in because clerk wasn't sure how to operate computer that well.

Everythjng went smooth from checkout to room in 5 mins. Area wasn't sketcky and felt safer than I presumed. Manager/staff were very friendly, informed me that breakfast is 6-9 am! Coffee, bagels, toast, x2 diff kinds of cereal, cool coffee machine w espresso, milk, butter, cream cheese that's about the whole breakfast. Room was very big, we picked the king smoking room Very big bed, VERY clean and pretty big t. V as well. Bed isn't the most comfortable, will be harder on your back if your heavier and need more support tbh. Other than that if your looking for cheap and clean this is your place! Will be back!

Very clean. Staff is very nice. Great for pets to stay with a back yard. I will be staying again in the future. The manager is very nice he made sure we needed everything in the rooms.

"UPDATE" arrived at night the place was bright and plenty of security cameras. It felt safe to walk from car to room. Management was very courteous and proffesional. It has been a year since my last stay here. The rooms have been remodeled since my last visit. They offer a light continental breakfast. Plenty of security cameras throughtout the property. Price is reasonable for the area. Quick access to I55 highway.

The service was great, and the staff friendly. Room was clean, no bugs at all. Warm and cozy.

They let me park my semi. The night person was very helpful. The room was alright. I slipped on some black ice by the stairs at the top near the office end of the building in the morning and was hurt pretty bad. It's been three days and my knee is still swollen. The desk agent in the morning was indifferent to my accident and did nothing to mitigate the hazard after I brought it to his attention.

Great place to stay! Fast check in, family friendly, good neighborhood, pet friendly, clean smelling rooms, and the manager was kind, chill and easy going. No truck parking lot, however if you get here before nightfall fall there's enough empty spaces near the entrance with enough maneuvering room to swing around your rig and back in. Very affordable room rates that'll save you some change to get a nice dinner nearby. This establishment is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. Definitely worth 5 stars! Coming from a trucker that has stayed in just about every hotel across America.

Hands down the best pet friendly hotel I've ever stayed at. Nice linoleum floors keep the pet smell out. Everything was clean, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Convenient to get to Chicago from this hotel without staying in Chicago; just off I-55. Clean and reasonable price. Breakfast available but not a very large selection.

Racist! It was the 4th of July holiday and people were setting off loud fireworks all around the hotel and people were barbecuing all around. Me and my wife were playing low volume music from our small speaker A mean lady from the front desk yelled racial slurs at us and demanded that we turn off the music or leave the hotel. She also made up this lie about other guests complaining and a noise ordinances in the neighborhood. We were the only black couple staying at the hotel, not one guest complained to us directly about the music.

We stayed here because our son was getting married. It was clean and our bed was very comfotable. The staff were very kind and accommodating to my ill husband. Quiet even being near highway.

Well… I called ahead for room availability and price as it was 10:30 on Father's Day. I was quoted $50.00. When we arrive 15 minutes later I was told $60.00 plus tax. She said I misunderstood. Whatever we were tired. Our door would not lock no matter what I tried. The breakfast was less than stellar. Killer was the smoke detector low battery beep started going off at 4:45 am. Uhhh. That morning when we left nobody was in the office to tell. I waited 6 minutes and left. The room was clean and bedding.

Very clean and well kept. You can tell that by the lack of trash or cigarette butts in the parking lot. The rooms are very spacious and modern with vinyl floors and tiled sink/kitchen area. They provide an above average mini fridge with microwave and a marble like sink with a large mirror before going into the bathroom. Which has a vent, toilet and a bath tub with a shower head. If you are fortunate enough to stay on the second floor, there is a cool breeze that goes through the hall between each side of rooms and a very beautiful nature scene in the back with grills to accommodate. By far one of the best places I've stayed at with great views, good people and very clean stay.

One of the best hotels that I've ever stayed at! Ive been there twice with my boyfriend and the rooms include a large tv, clean bedding, and my favorite part is the air condition. Management was very polite and helpful. Not only that, but its literally affordable which saves my a few dollars where my and my boyfriend can enjoy a nice restaurant! I wish they made more hotels like this! Trust me y'all would have money well spent.

I drove down from Ottawa Canada for the Chicago Open Air festival and picked this place due to the cheap price and was only a 40min drive to the festival. I was pleasantly surprised, my room was very clean and smelled good. The Wi-Fi connection was very good also, pretty fast. My only complaint was the continental breakfast, very poor choice, only had 2 types of cereal, a few danishes and plain white sliced bread, but I guess thats expected with the price I paid. Overall it's a very good motel to stay at.

Reasonably priced. A bar across the street. Close to Joliet activities. Security cameras.

The room was excellent for the price. I was very surprised. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet. My complaints are: the shower head was awful. The heat clicked loudly the entire time it was running (yes we used the heat. We are from florida and we're cold). And the breakfast was a joke. Bananas, some old looking danishes, bagels, and cheerios.

A good hotel experience, room smelled good and was clean, also the shower head was nice. A simple breakfast was included with our stay.

Ive been goin there for awhile till the manager called me and said sorry hes booked up due to the races well you lost a verry good customer cause this is no way to run a. Hotel.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! BEDBUGS ROOM 205! We HAD to stay there because all rooms in area were booked when we came to town for work. Checked bed as soon as we arrived to find BEDBUGS! When we went to front office to get another room or refund they were unable to help or provide a refund at that time ALSO DID NOT SEEM SURPISED OR EVEN BOTHERED BY THIS! The room was also dirty, smelly, and half the lights did not work! NEVER EVER GO HERE!

I stayed here last weekend while attending a driving event at the local race track. This place had decent reviews on other sites so I considered it. There are a few motels around this area but I went with this place because other places charged extra for the basic microwave and mini-fridge. My friend and I booked a room with two twin beds. The room was quite spacious — it looked like it was once two separate rooms. It was fairly clean, didn't smell funny or anything. The basic necessities were there: microwave, fridge, working sinks and bathroom, air conditioning, etc. There was also a jacuzzi tub in one of the rooms which we did not end up using. The decor was outdated but we didn't really care. Continental breakfast was provided in the morning with the basic bagel, bread, sweets, coffee, juice, milk, cereal, etc. They also had an expresso machine which was kinda nice. The location is right next to the highway but we didn't hear much traffic at night. The neighboring business was a car dealership with nice bright lights. It felt pretty safe to leave our trucks and trailers out overnight. Overall, the place really exceeded my expectations and was dirt cheap so absolutely no complaints.

This is the worst hotel ever! I lived here for over a month and then out of nowhere one day when I went to pay rent he wouldnt accpect it! I had frozen meet that went bad looking for a new place to live. P. S. The rooms have a bad smell! oh and the "breakfast" that is offered consist of a stale bagel and unsweetened orange juice.
