The property still feels pretty new after several months. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. I do wish they'd used better materials for the baths though, feels a little flimsy. My check in experience wasn't the best as my complimentary night wasn't entered in the system even though a manager sent it forward. All in all still a good place to stay.

My name was on a chalkboard when I walked in welcoming me! Great room. Awesome service. Drinks complimentary one day when I came in from work in the lobby. Dining in the lobby was nice. Room service was even better!

Looks like this place is recently renovated. Pretty much they put lipstick on a pig. Sweet smells I'm the bathroom, shower water doesn't drain, noisy roadside rooms.

Great room great service they pick me up from the airport even though it's kind of far away the service the amenities were really great the only issue I had there was no door for the bathroom. No sliding door no swinging door just the open door. So if you're there with your loved one and you're using the bathroom they're going to see everything.

Disappointed! I was looking forward to get away for our starvation this place looked nice and with the Hotel name I was expecting a great experience. The night of our stay there was a power outage that is not their fault I understand; I asked for a late check out but was put on hold and after 5 min I hung up. I was understanding I expected some politeness in return. I didn't expect it but don't put me on hold for 5 min so I can go away. I can spend my money somewhere else.

Best hotel with very modern feel. Close to shops and restaurants. Good service. Easy access to major highways. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I would visit again.

I stay at this hotel on a monthly basis. The bar and grill has great food great drinks and a funny Bartender. The service is great and they fix any problems immediately.

Everything from the point I entered the hotel to my overall stay was exceptioal! I'm a frequent business Traveller and this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Chicago area. Everything is new and very well designed/decorated!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was great. But there were several things wrong with the room. One of the most troubling was black mold in the shower stall. Some worker did a poor quality job caulking the corners with clear caulking, which left space for moisture to be trapped and turn to mold. There were other issues in the room that demonstrated poor quality of maintenance and workmanship. I have included four shots. I let the front desk know and she was very sorry and I gave them the pictures I have posted here as well as several others. No one has contacted me about any consideration for the problems with the room.

Conveniently located, close to the highways — newly remodeled, great restaurant/bar in the lobby Phenomenal and super friendly staff.

I stay here weekly, and I love it. The staff is wonderful and understanding. The rooms are great. Beds are comfortable, room service is delicious!

Recently renovated. The food was good as were the drinks. Nice and quiet.

Definitely staying here again. Super nice renovation. The room darkened actually overlap and keep the room dark. Bed was very comfortable. In room Keurig is fantastic! Really nice pool the kids loved!

Nice new building. My biggest complaint is the internet never seems to work. Stayed on two occasions and same issue.

Looked at this hotel for a banquet facility to host a holiday party. It was recently remodeled and looks great. Highly recommend to anybody looking to have a corporate function or wedding here. Worked with Susan in sales and she was very helpful. Keep up the good work.

Nicest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered! Beth at the front desk and Thel in the bar were the prime example of outstanding customer service. So friendly and attentive. Would recommend to anyone and hope to stay here again soon.

Pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant/bar staff did a great job waiting on me.

Nice hotel and clean. Staff is friendly. Wireless signal was not good — could barely keep connected. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.

The appearance outside is underwhelming, but inside it's actually quite nice. The pool was the best feature, completely saltwater. Sadly, no pets are allowed.

So I decided to stay at this hotel since its newer. So just because it's newer doesn't mean it's better. Checked in at the front desk kind of in disarray boxes everywhere. Front desk is extremely tiny not even big enough to fill your sheet of paper out on the edge. Woman working front desk was nice however not extremely at the Crown level experience you would expect. Asked about breakfast days it was not part of my rate. However they wanted over $14 90 So I decided not to Breakfast. Women's nice air conditioner works well makes a slight vibration consistently. TV seems to work OK however its satellite so it started going out and then back on and then out again back on. Decided to use the sink wash up however and noticed when you leave the faucet running water splatters all around the edge of the sink due to the design the water coming out of the faucet it's the plunger down at the bottom and sprays up extremely upsetting as Your clothes get wet. So then decided to hop in the shower and unfortunately you can't turn the water on until you completely get into the shower as only one side of the shower door opens. During the shower water escapes between the glass answers over an inch of space between and it's assembled backwards so water goes right into it and then on the floor and got the carpet soaking wet which I can tell it's been wet many times as it smells moldy already. The faucet seem very cheaply made not the quality of the Crown plaza.

We recently enjoyed an exceptional dinner at what is surely destined to become the premier dinning facility in Burr Ridge on I-55. It is the new and completely-renovated Crowne Plaza. To say it is impressive would be an understatement, because the new ownership has created a well-above-average facility, in every way. The staff were very attentive including their head bartender, Benny, a true professional. He and the decor are so outstanding that they each merit a visit themselves. ' Following an excellent selection of wines, our unforgettable dinner began with two addictive appetizers: their " Loaded Tater Tots" and their colorful "Skillet Brussels Sprouts". Each a very special and unique taste experience, rarely found elsewhere. The delightful entrees added to a seamless evening and were more than we expected, with generous portions of a variety of attractively presented cuisines. Finally, the cheesecake desserts were presented, a light and tasty treat. Truly a delightful way to end a superb evening of exceptional dining. New hotel that is still getting things together. Rooms were hard to come by and we're still partially built. First room we were given had two large boxes and the AC unit was not working. Second room was much better but the bathroom vent was not working. Pool was nice, the room felt acceptable for the price and is relatively close to Chicago if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and don't mind a short commute to things.

Rooms nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Premisis well kept. Restaurants within 2 miles or less. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant at the hotel I went in for the breakfast buffet no buffet so I just ordered the kids some breakfast french toast dippers was supposed to be cut into strips for dipping ordered this for my 3 year old they came out cut into triangles and cold after waiting for 20 minutes for 2 pieces of cold french toast. My niece ordered the pancakes no pancakes they cane out with 2 cut up pieces of cold french toast for her as well. Waitress was very nice and asked if she wanted something else she said no and ate the french toast because she was hungry. I recommend you go to a nearby restaurant to eat. Other than that it is a nice place to stop over for a good nights sleep.

WORST HOTEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They will promise you whatever u want and then never follow thru. We had a wedding block the messed up and then we got a "misunderstanding" with a big fu from management. We will not be paying! Stay anywhere else. The elevator is a death trap and the rooms are full of drug addicts. Do your self a favor and stay somewhere for a couple bucks more its not worth the trouble!

Nothing! The building looks awful! It has changed names so many times polytonal you because of the awful service. I booked this hotel on 8/15/15 from a block of rooms for a wedding. The rate was $119 I received a confirmation via email confirming the $119. When we checked in the reservation said $159 I questioned it and was told it would be corrected on the morning. In the morning we were told nothing could be done and we'd have to contact the GM. I forwarded him the original confirmation and he pretty much said that's wrong. I have it in writing. Instead of saying I'm sorry well correct it he told me too bad. He would do nothing to work with me. His email replies were pretty condescending and made to make me look ignorant. He refused to credit me the $44. When I told him is be contacting the BBB and all travel websites he thanked me for the feedback. Awful customer service. This is no longer a Quality Inn it's the Oaks Hotel and isn't in the Choice Hotel program. I now know why. It would never meet the standards. They robbed us!

Laura was a pleasure to work with, other than that this hotel is a sham. My husband spoke with Russell a couple days after our wedding because the bar was closed during our afterparty. Half of the people staying at the hotel with us saw the bar was closed and went upstairs to sleep. We ended up throwing away over $100 worth of pizza. When my husband explained this to Russell (the "general manager") he didn't seem to care. Russell acted as though the reason we booked with the hotel was to get a shuttle to and from the reception hall. When my husband explained that we booked there so people could get beer/drinks at the bar he said that that "wasn't his problem". I will never stay here again and I will tell all my family and friends not to bother booking here either. It's a shame that this hotel didn't do a better job at putting their customers first.

Save your money. They are in ownership change. Pool was closed and the breakfast consisted of a roll and coffee. They charge $25 for the upgraded room and the internet did not work. Serious tripping hazard on the side entrance. Room key did not work. New door was falling apart and the drink vending machine was empty. The help desk was good, but this old retired Ramada Inn is wore out. Keep driving. My wife and I left with a sore throat — could have some mold problems.

I have never been so disgusted in all my life! I only gave one star because I had to rate something! When you enter the hotel it's a facade. When you begin toward your room the smell and quality changes instantly. We had wallpaper peeling off our walls cobwebs by our AC unit and musty damp carpet to walk on. It smelled terrible. I would have immediately left if I had not been placed here due to a problem with an Amtrak train connection and a shuttle bus. Amtrak will also hear about this hotel in hopes they will never use it again unless it is completely remodeled. The breakfast provided may be enough to warrant this 1 star but otherwise it's not good enough to even rate. On top of all of this, my son who also left a review, fell on a freshly mopped floor in the lobby with only 1 wet floor sign that was over by the front door (he was coming from his room) so it was not visible because it was behind a couch. Thankfully he is young but an elderly person would probably need a new hip right now! Why even mop during check out hours? As I look at some of the other reviews it appears there might 1-10 rooms that have been remodeled and are nice enough to sleep in. : (
