Nice hotel it has a wonderful swimming pool. The room are clean and updated. I would stay there again.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked well the first night, but struggled a bit the next day. Continental breakfast was an assortment of carb options (breads, Pre made waffles, cereal options), fruit, and yogurt. Nothing hot. Overall a nice, convenient, affordable place.

Best service we came back another night because of the clean room I will stay here again only 20 mins away from Chicago well worth the drive.

Great service and good place to crash for a night or two. There is a good amount of smoke smells, usually just in the hallways but that is only because some of the rooms are smoker friendly. If you're in a smoke free room it is very hard to notice at all. I do not smoke but stayed in a smoker room and it was barely noticeable. Good place to stay for good price.

Worker's were great but the mattress and pillows were terrible. Could not get the channels to change with the remote.

Crooks. Lyed about taking a Corporate Lodging card and ran credit card that was to be paid by CLC card. Hate dishonesty. Would never stay here again.

My fiancé and I made a reservation here after driving into town from Scottsdale, AZ. We have always traveled with our service dog and have stayed at countless hotels with her. We know the laws about service dogs and what a hotel receptionist can and cannot ask about them. Needless to say, the man at the front desk refused to let us spend the night there with her because he wanted to see a certificate that stated she was in fact a service dog. According to the ADA there are only two questions that they can ask about her and none of them involve her certificate (which was not with me at the moment). Not only that, but according to the ADA he is not legally allowed to ask for such a certificate. Despite all of that I showed the man official documentation that my leasing office recognizes my dog as a service animal, but he refused to let us stayed and told us to go somewhere where pets are accepted. We have been to countless hotels and have never been treated in such a way! I will never enter into this super 8 again and WILL BE FILING AN ADA DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE. I have read your response and want you to know that according the the ADA and department of Justice I am not obligated to carry any sort of certificate that states my disability. You should seriously look into what the actual law says.

The desk person was really rude, he said my credit card was no good, but it was good, I even call my bank to confirm it, I had to use another card, the room was great,

Ok place to spend a night or two. Nothing fancy but for 60 bucks I wasn't expecting that. Carpets are old and stinky. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking.

Five stars is not good enough I literally mean that if you're staying at a five-star hotel and you're paying $5, 000 a night I want you to listen up because you have a contender. There's nothing like family touch onto a hotelperiod when a family puts love and they become a great team they can transform any hotel into the most memorable Room Place anybody can stay.

The room looked great! Updated and very clean. Great room for the price. Staff was very polite and prompt with service.

Went with family and friends for dinner… we ordered veg items and appitizer. Food was tasty. Place is very clean and nice… the prices are little high but food is great… recommend others to try it.

When walking down the hallway to our room, there was a strong odor of marijuana in the hallway. I informed the front lobby but I do not believe anything was done about it; we certainly received no follow-up. Also, our bed sheets were not clean but had stains on them. The lobby gave us new sheets, but I do not remember the words "I'm sorry, " much less anything else to show that we were valuable customers. I do not want to stay at a hotel where people are smoking pot and we don't have clean bed sheets.

This was our 1st time staying at this hotel. It was clean. The staff was very professional & courteous. The continental breakfast was OK The juices were a little watered down and they shouldn't keep the yogurt's by the toaster because my yogurt was a little sour. The king size bed was wonderful & very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. It was about a 20 minute drive to reach upper/ north ern Chicago from the hotel.

Gross smells so bad here. Curry smell. Very out dated. I posted pictures and there is hair everywhere its not clean at all. Walls are thin you can hear everything stay away.

I had a three night stay, the rooms where very comfortable with all modern furnishings. There is on site laundry (for small/medium loads) which is always nice. There was a good breakfast with a variety of oatmeal, cereal, waffles, fruit, bagels and yogurt. The staff was very attentive and just nice people. I would recommend to anyone or family for short stays.

Not very good little place. Affordable little place no doubt about that you get what you pay for. But I'd think it would be something little bit better. I called and reserved 2 bedrooms over the phone and I really wanted 2 bedrooms next to each other so my kids could stay close but when I got there the bedrooms were apart 206, 208 were after each other. I was disappointed for the service. So I asked for a switch but the lady at the front desk said they're were no more rooms available. Rooms smelled smoky even that I was told they were not. so I could not leave the place since it was already dark. Wifi was a joke. Had strong signal strength but no conection The only reason I'm giving it 1 star is for the fair breakfast it had in the morning. Cheapy beds.

Bed very uncomfortable, back ache resulted. Rate quotation for the same room on line was not what I received. Inflexible person checked me in, wouldn't give me the online rate even though I showed it to him. Paid $25 more! I also left early due to back pain from mattress. Had 3 day reservation left after one painful night!

It is an older property. The doors to room and bathroom showed their age but the rest of the room was nicely decorated/updated.

I was surprised, the room was renovated and quite modern, very clean as well. The breakfast was as expected and the front desk accommodated us quite well.

Decent room for the rate. Weird blood stain on one of the chairs and it looked like there might be ants. Overall quiet and serviceable, about what I expected.

Pros — Clean rooms, well kept hotel, good house keepers! They work magic! Close to Chicago and perfect if you are on a budget! The middle ground? — Not all staff are nice (from my experience). Manners could be improved. That's why I only gave four stars. I work in the hotel industry (front desk) so for the hotel staff please note 1) Even if you are having a terrible day try to smile even a little because hey it might make someone's day! 2) If someone is being friendly and trying to have conversation with you do not be a snob and ignore them. You want good karma? well don't be a jerk! No one likes jerks and it does not reflect well on the company! Cons — I do not have much negative things to say but it be nice if the hotel could have a pool! It may even bring in more guests for the hotel so win win :)

We stayed at the Morton Grove Super 8 for 1 night. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. The hotel was a great price compared to staying in nearby Evanston but still close enough.

Modern decor in rooms. Comfy bed, clean and quiet, excellent Wi-Fi, very friendly staff! Love it! I stay there every week.

The room was nice, seemed newly renovated except for some wear and tear on the bathroom and room door. The staff was not tactful. I know different ethnicities have different social definitions of politeness but the man that checked me in had none. Enjoyed my time there nonetheless.

Room 109 Looks like a recent remodel. We were pleased. They seem to be interested in you being happy. Booked online for less than in person. Confirmation number emailed to me.

Room was clean and quiet, if pretty basic. Service was strange. There was no bottle of conditioner in the room, so I asked at the desk if it was available. I was told that Super 8 doesn't require that they carry conditioner, so they don't. It seemed really odd to be told that they're just providing the bare minimum required. Breakfast only runs until 9 am, which seemed early. TV reception was bad. Location is reasonably convenient to both 294 and 94.

The guy working at the front desk is super rude. He showed no efforts towards customer satisfaction. Looks like he doesn't really care since the rooms would be booked anyway regardless of his dorky behaviour but that's like the worst thing that can happen to a business.

"FULL OF BED BUGS" We had online book this motel for two nights (paid in advance). After checking in @11:20pm within 1hour we realized that bed is full of BUGS. There were so many bugs in the room (on Bed, Couch, and Corners of Carpet) and when we complained to the front desk, the person at the desk (Dumb, Illiterate owner) was so extremely rude. He simply gave bedbug spray and told us that “bed bugs are in every room, so it doesn’t make any sense to change room. ” It is almost midnight and we cannot even force ourselves to stay there for another minute! ALL IN ALL I REQUEST YOU NOT TO BOOK THIS MOTEL JUST BY LOOKING AT ITS LOW PRICE.

Made booking over the phone, never got any sort lf confirmation, I called a few days later and they said I had one but the confirmation system is down. I felt uncomfortable about it all so cancelled a few days later and he basy hung up on me.

Stayed there for 2 nights, the first night was good the internet was okay but the next day was sucks we don't have internet the whole entire day. The manager is mean to the customers hope he gets fired. The price rate of the room is unstable it's not worth it to pay $100 per night.

Better than the other super 8 lol. Smells good here, Looks clean overall, didn't get into anything with this "rude" male employee cause it was female this time. (she asked a hundred questions though that were totally unnecessary in booking in a motel) I think the walls should be reinforced with something so that you can't hear you neighbor cause yea. Sex. Lol.

This place is awesome! The man who works the front desk has always been helpful amd pleasant. Nice to see a familiar face and get great service every time! Rooms are clean, and are nice for the price you pay. My first choice on a cheaper hotel.
