This is a decent extended stay hotel. You are in walking distance of a Meijer and Walmart store and strip malls. The rooms are clean. Everything was functional. The rooms have fully furnished kitchenettes with two burner stove a microwave and full-size frigerator. Pots pans dishware utensils glasses toaster everything are available as well. Bathroom was clean. There is a laundry on site. Only drawback is the breakfast sucks. They are only serving coffee with pre-packaged muffins. Otherwise the hotel is a nice and quiet place. The staff is very nice and helpful. The general manager is a very nice lady. Very good people at this location. Except for the breakfast, I would definitely stay again.

There's nothing for kids no fruit juice no milk no cereal. They really should pull the advertisement for breakfast down as it's misleading and I overheard several guests complaining outside with each other. Otherwise the hotel is a nice and quiet place. Be forewarned that if breakfast is an issue that it's nothing special. They are only serving coffee with pre-packaged muffins and granola bars. Upon arriving in our room we discovered hardened toothpaste on the sink counter, there werent the appropriate number if towels, there was no shower mat tiwel and there were hairs in the tub. It was as if the bathroom hadnt even been cleaned. The desk clerk, Crystal, was the only thing that took our rating too 2. She allowed us to change rooms. The bed is HARD. I have a bad back and I didnt sleep well and woke up in extreme pain. My husband who doesn't have a back issue woke up with back pain. We will NOT be staying here again.

Staff super friendly. Very clean. Good coffee. Breakfast is grab in go, oatmeal, muffins which is fine considering rooms have kitchens to cook in. Nice and quiet and close to everything. You'll enjoy!

A good budget hotel for longer stays. The service is quite professional. Room service happens once every Sunday. You can get fresh towels anytime. You get a kitchenette and could always ask for cooking utensils which are free. Laundry costs 2$ for wash and dry each. Rates could be bargained with I believe, I was charged around 70$ while it could go down upto 50$ at times.

The best attribute of this hotel is the quite excellent and extremely friendly staff. When one is staying at an extended stay hotel, the relationships with the front desk staff becomes of primary importance. As a frequent business Traveler, I have the opportunity to stay and a wide variety Hotel types and even compared with other budget-friendly hotels, the staff really goes out of their way to engage with each guest on a daily basis. This is true regardless of whether the gas is staying but a few days or for some quite a few weeks. It's that level of commitment 2 engaging with the gas. Prompted me to extend my stay several times when a change of scenery might have been preferable. As for suggestions for improvement, compared to hotels in this price range it was a bit surprising that the high-speed internet was an additional cost and really could not be considered quote high speed and quotes compared to today's standards. Perhaps a simple solution would be to have a few more options for truly business-level internet, but something that does not become cost prohibitive. I also found that the scheduled room service could sometime be unreliable. For some, it is actually easier on a day-to-day basis to engage and some basic cleaning and it would be helpful if the front desk would make certain things such as a simple broom and dustpan available rather than have a guess cancel a scheduled clean only to sleep in on a weekend.

The counter was a bit damaged in the kitchen area overall good stay.

Very friendly staff, seamless check in and check out. Super comfy beds. Quiet, was able to get work done and cook for myself with the stove. Will definitely stay here again.

It says free breakfast, but is only muffins and carbs. No real breakfast. No utensils or plates in the kitchen. Controller super dirty worst ever for us. Small TV. Should have gone to red roof inn.

Nice room. Most comfortable bed I've slept in so far on my vacation. Breakfast could be better. Only hot food is instant oatmeal, but it's better than nothing.

If you need a hotel for more then a week this place will do ya. Some rooms seem more modern then others in upkeep. Walking distance to Wal-Mart and Mijiers if you need stuff, and a short taxi ride to Woodfield Mall. Other hotels are better for short stay, but these rooms off fridge, stove, and microwave.

Very inexpensive option. Clean and convenient to shopping and entertainment. Recently remodeled.

Surprisingly decent quality housing. They even provide basic items like cooking supplies and silverware.

Excellent for my two week stay. Good beds and serviceable Wi-Fi and the full fridge and kitchenette makes eating economical. When you do feel the urge to eat out then there are plenty of good choices within 5inutea driving distance. Overall I am very pleased with my experience.

Had to wait 10 minutes to check in, front desk was unoccupied (who knows where the front desk associate disappeared to). Room was decent, nothing special. Bed was a tad small and uncomfortable but I managed. Worst part of it was a very loud and unruly guest next door in the middle of the night being extremely inconsiderate and disrupting my sleep! Had a 2 night reservation but didn't even bother to stay for the second night, needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Decent stay there. Breakfast consists of only coffee, tea and simple peanut bars to get you on the go for a busy morning. No warm plate are served. The room was cleaned but ot had an odd old funky smell and throughout the hallways too.

I stayed at this location last night since it's close to my job and the snow finally decided to visit the area to remind us it's winter (for a few more days). Although I was only here for 9 hours, I can't complain as it was a great value especially with the additional Expedia discount of 15% off. Sue was very courteous and helpful while checking me in and let me know if I needed anything to just give her a call. The room was clean, a little dated but well kept. I slept very well and was grateful at how quiet the hotel was. I'll definitely stay here again under similar circumstances.

Avoid avoid avoid! Clean, nice, good price and also haunted. Checked in here recently w/wife and kids coming from the stair well seen a person at the end of the hall to into the window then heard someone talk talking to me but no one's there. Immediately grabbed family and ran out as fast as I can.

Staff is super friendly they have amazing amenities. They are doing a Reno now but they make sure all guests are taken care of with love and care. You can really tell the staff love their jobs.

Basic, budget hotel, but it was clean and in a good location for us to go to Medieval Times. What made this stay exceptional was the staff, so polite and helpful! They made a two star hotel feel like a five star.

I have stayed in different ExtendedStays but this the worst of all. I felt like I was staying in SUPER 6 or Super 8. The carpet stinks and has stains allover the walkway. It looks like extended stay from outside and a SUPER 8 from inside. If you want the feel of a good hotel avoid this place.

I stayed here this spring for a conference about 5 minutes away. Rooms at the conference center hotel were about $179 a night, whereas I booked on Expedia and got my room for $37 a night. Nothing super fancy. The one-bed room was clean, came with a mini kitchen with a full sized fridge, microwave, dishware, TV, desk, etc. The staff was very nice and friendly, and there was coffee, tea, fruit, and oatmeal available in the mornings in the tiny lobby. Definitely worth staying at on the cheap instead of the fancy hotels nearby, since it is super close the other conference centers.

Let me say I have been here for a couple months! I lived in a nice big house, but financial reasons had to move in here! I was nervous about the transition! Let me start off by saying the managment and staff are 4 stars. If I could give them 10 I would! The hotel is clean, the grounds are very nice, and I heard horror stories about staying in these types of places! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a place to stay for personal or business reasons.
