Great comfy little hotel to do work or stay the night. Amenities are great and breakfast is always hot.

Great stay. Clean rooms, friendly and prompt service. Nice hot free breakfast. Really enjoyed talking to the GM Cathy, she is very kind and is willing to go above and beyond for her customers. Thanks again for a great stay!

This is conveniently located in the Deerfield business area right in front of Discover corporate. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Check-in process has always been smooth. Breakfast in the morning is provided free of charge. This last time I actually had a Kit Kat bar waiting for me in my room with my name on it upon arrival. A very nice touch in my opinion.

My room was quite stuffy. Couldn't sleep well during my stay. Brian was a really nice and helpful at the front desk. Also there is nothing around this hotel. You must rely on their shuttle service (only one driver) or car share everywhere. Wi-Fi was good and fast.

My parents had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Riverwoods. Lucretia Johnson was very accommodating and personable. When making the reservation, Lucretia, was very helpful and awesome!

Brian was a great employee and he made my stay great. Very helpful and goes above and beyond. With a manager like him, I'm sure this hotel does very well. Thanks again.

Beautiful hotel. Concierge front desk was super nice and amenities they even had lemonade or water iced drink in front and cookies! How nice.

Great stay. Nice and Comfortable beds and has working TV. But when they come for housekeeping sometimes they interfere into your private business. For Ex: open the door without knocking or asking permission.

Lucerita is who helped check me in she did an amazing job made sure I was comfortable answered all my questions and when it was time for me to check out she went ahead and ordered me a cab since my phone battery died the lobby was very clean and the pool area was the same I will be coming here again very quiet comfortable stay.

Good business hotel, my room was very quiet. Breakfast is just American, for those who like it, it's good, it didn't taste me.

How this is just a "two-star" hotel, or 4.3 on Google, is beyond me. I stay at a LOT of hotels, and this was such a good experience. We stayed here for our wedding, and Shannon took care of us like I would envision my sister or my best friend. My wife and I were both upgraded to suites. They were accommodating from start to finish, with several of our friends needing early and late check-outs. They were just amazing. They also provided a shuttle for an extremely reasonable price, and it was perfect. They made our wedding so enjoyable, I couldn't possibly recommend Shannon and this particular Holiday Inn team enough. In fact, I may start staying at IHG properties instead of Hilton.

Good business hotel, my room was very quiet. The breakfast is American, for those who like it, it is good, I did not taste it.

It was a good experience. The staff was responding well and helpful. I had to cut short my stay since there was no kitchen which I realized I would need since it was freezing outside and going out to buy food was not a good idea every day.

Everything was well maintained and the staff was super friendly. I usually go here for work trips. Would recommend.

Good service and hotel, rooms are clean. Staff is polite. They deduct 20$ deposit and refund it back. Not much options in breakfast for strict vegetarian.

Was here for three weeks. The place is very nice. It has pool, ATM, ice machines, washer/dryer, breakfast, ample parking, fitness center and many more amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is vast. Coffee is amazing! Would stay again given the chance.

The room was great. Clean and spacious (rm 340). The hotel property was well cared for and the walking path near by was nice. My one complaint is that the bed is so hard! It didn't matter how many pillows I used to adjust myself I tossed and turned because my hips and shoulders were killing me. I stay all over in Holiday Inns and the beds are usually pretty good but this one, not so much.

While our stay here was short it was nice. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was in a very convenient place right off the highway and easy to get to. We also enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning that was good to grab and go. The coffee in the room was perfect for an early morning wake up and very handy. Overall this was a very nice and cozy place to stay and we would love to stay again and enjoy all the hotel and area have to offer.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's great to have so many amenities (microwave, refrigerator, pool, workout room, conference room and shuttle) for the price. Plus the staff is top notch.

Great accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable and wow there was a tome of space. All of the front desk employees were amazing — they gave recommendations for local lunch joints, checked us in early, even gave us a check out extension as we were in town to attend a mid-morning funeral. The hallways, pool, and elevators were pristine, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and patient. Will stay here again and recommend emphatically thanks to the incredible staff, space and cleanliness, and reasonable rate.

The hotel provided ample accommodations for our party. All of our needs were met in a gracious manner.

Average American suburbs traditional hotel. The rooms are spacious and always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast is though below average and when the hotel is compared to other nearby ones it is definitely not value for money. There are better deals in the surrounding area.

Very good job by the folks who run this inn. Extremely clean. Pool open till midnight and good breakfast were a huge plus. I will look to holiday in on my future travels.

Fantastic stay. Excellent front desk and support services. Places like Walmart, BOA, India house (restaurant), Lake cook road train station, Regal cinemas are all within 5 miles and the hotel provides shuttle to all these places. Definitely a place worth your stay.
