A lot of renovations. Hopefully next year they'll improve the premises, inside and out. Landscape looks awful, broken laundry room, hot tub empty and wrapped in caution tape, walk into pool area and chlorine smell is overpowering, carpet needs replacement really bad. Pleasant staff, wonderful continental breakfast, clean rooms (stayed on 1st floor) and maid were wonderful. I like the free coffee, breakfast, parking and a book case in the lobby with 4 shelves of books to pick from, also there's a city bus stop right there. This facility is close to the interstate which was a nice to have.

Dirty, although it was going under refurbishment. Breakfast was stank. All I could eat was the waffles. The shuttle service was poor due to the fact we once waited at O'Hare airport for 20 minutes and no sign. We had to beg a K9 officer for the use of his phone and the manager hung up on us. The driver even drove past us once. Not a very nice place to stay, though after refurbishment it may be halfway bearable.

Room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Within ordering distance of multiple food restaurants. Provided breakfast was good. Hotel was currently under renovation, so some amenities were unavailable.

Airport shuttle was quick to the hotel. The room was very dated, but still very acceptable. The only thing that was not dated was the bathroom. It was incredibly modern and appealing. Biggest negative was the free breakfast didn't open till 7. Not great if you have an 8:30 flight out.

The hotel is conveniently close to OHare, but we didn't hear planes. The room was simple but clean. Good water pressure. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I might stay here again, but I might not. Average.

The front desk lady didn't look very happy to be there, the room smelled musty and carpet felt damp, everything looked frayed and worn. The remote for the TV didn't work at all.

Acuenza Alvarado, the hotel guest service manager is awful. I checked in with a wonderful front desk girl who I wish I had her name though do not. She was so helpful and was the definition of transformative service. After some unfortunate events my sister and I ended up being stranded in Chicago for a few extra days then planned. This girl helped us extend our stay as needed and made quarters for us by swiping my debit card which I needed in order to use the laundry machine. The next morning I go downstairs to swipe my card once more so I can do one more load of laundry and Acuenza Alvarado refused to help me. She first kept talking to the person she was training as I approached the front desk and made me wait. Then she acted as if I was interrupting her. When I asked her for change she gave attitude and just said, " no, we don't give change. " No suggestions on how to get change… Just a, "no". I then reply that I am confused cause just yesterday I swiped my debit at her front desk and received change and she says well we don't do that. So I then asked how I am supposed to get change. She points outside, where it is raining, and says I can go across the street to the atm. I walked across the street and yes there is an atm, a drive up atm that charges a 3.00 withdrawal fee and makes me take out cash in increments of $20.00. I then walk back to the hotel in the rain and ask her if she can make change with my $20.00 and she says yes.

Hotel room was fine, friendly staff. We had a bad park and fly experience though. Waiting almost 2 hours for our shuttle. We typically do the park and fly at another hotel and saw that shuttle come by three times. Tried to save 50 dollars by staying here, mistake for convenience of park and fly.

Crummy hotel. Halls smelled like smoke, rooms were outdated, terrible Wi-Fi, bland food at breakfast, and just an overall low end hotel. Wouldn't stay here again.

This place occasionally. Only care that there are two different locadidades.

Clean / good service / very near to airport, shopping centre and industry.

Horrible park fly sleep experience! The shuttle never showed up when we got back to O'Hare from Cancun. They repeatedly lied to us over the phone saying the transit would show up, so an hour and half later we had to pay a taxi. It doesn't get any more insulting and unprofessional than this. Do not stay here!

Very nice and clean. Front desk staff told us they had adjoining rooms and unfortunately when we got there, they do not have any. Other than this the exerience was great.

Great price, breakfast, room, and overall stay. Worth the extra drive out from the city.

Very clean nice quiet inviting place nice workers and clean place loved the jacuzzi an the TV restaurants open till 3 that's a plus over all nice place will definitely come back.

The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. The water was actually warm. The breakfast was not as good as some other places we have stayed but it was still a good breakfast. We would stay there again.

This is a older location and needs to be renovated. Over all decent for the price.

First off, first time I've EVER submitted an online review for anything. That fact alone should paint a somewhat vivid picture of my distain. Online pictures are deceiving. Very little parking. Shower water smelled. Shower curtain rod fell off. No fridge. Bunk Wi-Fi. BUT, the tv's are nice. And the younger woman working the desk overnight was exceptionally nice and polite and accommodating.
