The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Room was very clean a bathroom very spacious and also very clean.

This is by far the nicest Country Inn & Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Friendly staff give me a second I’m on my way to try the breakfast.

I stay here while on business trips. Huge shout out to Amy at the front desk she is awesome and friendly and always reaching out to see if anything is needed. Throughout my stay.

Stayed overnight for a work trip. The room was spacious and had a nice, big bathroom. Overall, it felt clean and had a nice, modern decor. The free breakfast had a great variety and tasted great!

Very comfy beds, good room. Good small breakfast, and service room. They have lunch and dinner as a room service and its very good. Nice heated pool.

The room doesnt look the same as the pictures, Very out dated. The swimming pool and hot tub has a massive amount of chlorine, my eyes were burning the moment I walked into the swimming area. Having a pool was the reason I went here. Worth about 90 a night.

Very Clean! Great Service! Stayed 5 nights for work. Morning breakfast good. Cookies and coffee 24hrs. Put employee in a studio if more than a couple nights.

Having been stranded in Chicago airport overnight we booked a room at the last minute. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially as we had no luggage. The room was very comfortable and breakfast in the morning was an added bonus.

Great staff, great beds. We had a suite and everyone was comfortable. Parking is a bit difficult. Pool was down. But it was a good stay.

My boyfriend & I checked into the “Whirlpool Suite” at noon on Saturday and checked out on Sunday. They waived the early check in fee for us, which was much appreciated! The room was beautiful & the whirlpool was amazing! I highly would suggest paying a little extra for this suite! All of the staff was very friendly & inviting. The complementary breakfast was wonderful as well! They offered delicious biscuits & gravy, FRESH fruit, along with many other food choices & a number of beverages! Overall, our stay here was GREAT! A couple of things that we were slightly upset with were, at the time of check in, we were asked to give a debit card for the “$25 incidental fee”. However, we only pay with cash. When we let the staff person know that we did not have a card to use for this & that we only had cash, she said that we would then have to pay $100 cash for incidentals upfront, which would then be returned upon checkout. As this made no sense, we stated we would give $25 cash, as we would be doing if we had a card, but no more than that. After talking with her and explaining our reasoning behind this, she then allowed us to do just that. The other issue we had, which was not a huge concern, was the hot tub, in the pool area, was not working & the pool was ice cold! A heated pool, would’ve made our stay. PERFECT! All in all, we both had a wonderful time! We will recommend to friends & we will be back to stay again!

One of the reasons why we picked the hotel was of the nice pool. Wasn't long after we realize the heaters are not working. No pool after booking for 3 days. Not happy.

Cozy place with excellent service for entire staff. Spacious rooms and decent breakfast. Surrounded by good restaurants at just walking distance. They provide free shuttle service up to 5 miles. Recommended for business travellers.

This hotel was great! Not all 5 star reviews so I was alittle nervous but we don't have any complaints at all! Multiple options at breakfast (biggest free breakfast I've seen in a while). Each day there were different options. The pool and hot tub were great! Our room had a microwave and fridge. They always have coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cookies out! Very clean hotel. Plenty of parking. We never had an issue. Lots of restaurants close by. Check in was very fast and easy. I am pretty picky when it comes to hotel rooms but this one is great! Every worker you passed said good morning and always had a smile! We'll be coming back next time we are in the area!

It was nothing special. It's not modern, but it wasn't dirty either.

Beautiful clean room, pool and whirlpool area was clean. Breakfast was wonderful scrambled eggs were fluffy not rubbery sausage was good the potatoes were delicious. Dining room was well appointed and also clean. (clean is a big this g for me) It was a lovely overnight stay and may change my preferred hotel to this one. I wasn't super happy about my room being right next to a sports bar, but I didn't even hear them. Enjoy your stay!

Soft beds, very clean, nice, comfortable stay. Cautious staff. Pool was closed for maintenance, but they did call to notify, 2 days in advance. I would stay there again.

Me and my very dark boyfriend walked in to inquire about the rooms and amenities. The desk girl asked were we here for a wedding, no idea what that mattered. I wanted to see the pool and she said sorry that's for guests only. So my eye balls can't look at the pool and gym without paying for a room? There's cameras and you could have escorted us. We weren't robbing you. I'm a broker and a paralegal. You're a desk clerk. No one was doing anything wrong. If I can tour a prison you can let me see your pool. She was snotty for no reason so we walked out. It's a country inn and suites. Not a private home. Get a grip. Very disappointed.

Clean and decent rooms, very conveniently located next to a party space, very useful for post event sleeping.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, hot tub was smaller than I would have liked, but was otherwise fine. The suite was open and spacious. My only real complaint was that the staff started putting breakfast away before the time listed on our check-in card.

A very comforting hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was extremely attentive and pleasant. Veronica was especially awesome. The one thing I enjoy the most when I visit Chicago is Lou Malnatis. She made that happen with a smile.

Nice cozy hotel. Rooms aren't that big but offer what you need. Very comfy beds.

Rooms were nicely equipped, with a mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast bar area was nice. The keycard door entry was wonky, requiring multiple reprogramming done to get back in the room. Staff was excellent.

Probably an impulsive previous review, Hotel was clean and convenient to the wedding reception venue room was pretty nice especially for the price. Hotel staff could have been friendly upon arrival but they probably had seen a lot of check ins due to the wedding. Helpful staff in trying to find a lost item called me multiple times to assist which I am thankful for.

Very nice place, helpful staff. We stayed there due to a united airlines flight delay and subsequent missed connection. We were given a rate of 65/night. They offer a flexible free shuttle service to and from the airport betwen 0900 and 2100. Breakfast was decent, and there is a nice pool facility/hot tub. I jusy enjoyed sitting in the 3rd floor hallway chair and watching youtube videos on my phone. Actually had reliable Wi-Fi of everywhere I've been on this trip so far!

Friendly and helpful staff, located near a few restaurants with east access to highways. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub are a nice plus. There's even a shuttle to take us back and forth to our training facility.

The rooms were nice, but the air wasn't working properly on the first night, so management did upgrade us to a suite room. Breakfast was good, but there should have been more help for the amount of people who were there.

Location is great, near a bunch of restaurants and places to shop. Not too far from Ohare either. Staff was wonderful, free cookies in the lobby, nice coffee. Rooms were clean and large, has a pool and breakfast. Pool was indoors and a little too stuffy in there for me though. Breakfast was decent.

Was a nice place. The breakfast was OK but have had nicer ones. The only two issues I had was, one with our shower head which sprayed about all different directions, and extremely hard to find towels at the pool. Otherwise the room itself was great.

It was clean and easy to check in and out. They make fresh cookies and the lobby smells really good when they do. The hot was was really hot and the water pressure was great which is a huge plus. But I swear I could hear everyone walking around and closing doors at all hours of the night. Not enough for me to complain but enough for me to notice it.

Hotel seems like it's getting some remodeling done. Beds are ok but the pillows suck! Woke up with constant neck aches all week. Tried all the pillows and none help or felt just right. Breakfast is fine if you're in a hurry. Did not try the pool or fitness center so I can't comment on that. Did not have a mini fridge in my room and my co-worker did. I am a member of the Country inn suites and I thought they were gonna treat me better this time around. Overall is decent for the price. Probably gonna try another hotel next time I'm in Chicago for training.

Nice Hotel Good location, 30 minutes from the airport. A restaurant/pub right next door. Ideal to spend a night!

Well there's no microwave refrigerator in the room and kind of says it in the review. It says its a 3 1/2 star hotel and I've been in many other hotels that was 2 stars and was better than this hotel, and way less $$$. Should've did more research! And the beds are lumpy! But I will say the bathrooms are nice and big.

I forgot a brand new dress in my room and called the next day. The cleaning crew did not turn it in and the clerk and manager didn't even return my call. I will NEVER stay here again. We had lots of out of town family staying there and the hotel was filled and they only had one staff member to handle the entire hotel. Bad business and they hire and protect theives.

Two years in a row now, we stayed here for our softball tournament (for 10U and 12U girls) located in Elk Grove Village. This hotel is outstanding and extremely accomodating! The location is perfect, but with the rain delays, cancelations, and early games, this hotel has been great. They starting serving a fabulous breakfast early for us to be prepared for our games. The pool is great for the kids, our overall experience both years has been nothing but wonderful. We look forward to coming back every year! Thank you Country Inn and Suites for making us feel at home! Your staff is the best around.
