Very nice room. Bed comfortable. Very clean and I am really picky. Kitchen was useful.

Most spaces and like living in ur own home.

My stay at Candlewood was amazing! The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We will be staying at this hotel from now on when we come back to the area!

This is the 2nd time that I used this Hotel and I really like staying here. The Rooms are nice, The channels are good, the self serve food store is even better. I can't find a single thing wrong with this place. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful facilities and very energetic receptionist. The rooms are setup like small apartments with a stovetop, dishwasher and full sized fridge, you get to really feel like you're at home. The downside to Candlewood Suites is something I've taken for granted, "free" breakfast. They do mention having muffins, free coffee and tea, the important part of that statement is where the free starts because those muffins are not free. As far as I could tell the laundry is free as long as you have detergent but a Kit Kat would cost you $1.50 and a pint of milk would cost $2.38. So if you are planning on staying at Candlewood Suites expect to feel like you are at home where one has to feed themselves.

Great hotel. Inexpensive and really nice rooms. Staff was really friendly as well. I definitely would use this hotel again when I come back for my next work conference.

I'd give it a 10 is I could. Love this place it's like a small mini apartment with everything a business travelers needs you just need to bring your own food. I had a great stay and will be back again next time I have a show in the area. Was able to design my Christmas line while laying in bed as it was so comfy. Felt like I got a lit down while I was there.

Overall the room and hotel was great for the price. No issues keeping my cats there (with the fees of course). Staff were great in helping me with some issues.

Great experience for my 4 day stay. They really accommodate you as much as possible. Just had a few problems with a particular room but it was handled.

The place was clean, the staff was nice, and the room was spacious. While we only stated for two nights, we enjoyed having the chance to cook our own breakfast right in the room. There was just the right amount of kitchenware provided, complete with a full size fridge and a two burner stove top. It stayed quiet at night, the bathroom was big with lots of counter space, and our only complaint was that the mattress had too much give and the bed was creaky. We still got a good night's sleep, though!

Was there for three weeks for work. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. To be in a hotel for three weeks it was nice to be able to make your own food because of a kitchen in each room. Also grilling outside on the grills was really nice. Did not hear anybody above me nor next to me on either side nor their TV volumes. Overall a very nice hotel with living essentials all in one stay.

Hotel is simple but clean. No funny smells or mold. Only downside is the toilets are a little outdated but they do work properly. Overall good experience and a nice hotel. Great guest service. Good Wi-Fi.

Great staff poor on explanations of type of rooms and payment options. Poor in fulfilling my request for first floor or by a door.

Last minute issue with my reservation was handled beautifully and graciously by Cameron. I am so blessed by his kindness and understanding!

Room was fine. I would stay again. The reason for a 3 Star was there was trash bag in the hall by door as though staff or someone was going to take it out but left it. Just did not give a good first impression.

The lobby was clean and well staffed with friendly members. The business center provided a computer and printer to copy some paperwork I needed and the desk kindly provided me with a folder. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very nice place. Cheap rooms for long term stays. Small kitchen for people with long term stays. Quiet. Customer service is really good, the girl at the front desk was really nice. I feel pretty cozy.

Great value for the money! Don't come in here expecting luxurious accompaniments as you'd get in a high end hotel. What you will get is a hotel that provides you with a number of basic essentials, making it perfect for those trying to avoid excessive dining out and spending. The gym is actually surprisingly good… the best I've seen so far in a hotel. There are free weights (dumbbells up to 50 lbs), multiple treadmills, a bench and a fantastic cable machine with a number of attachments. The cleaning staff is absolutely wonderful and the front desk is helpful. My only minor qualm is that the location isn't necessarily the greatest in terms of access to local shopping.

We were not in our room very long, but it was very nice. We stayed in the extended stay so we had a nice kitchenette. The rooms were clean and cozy. I loved that they had things to rent, like crock pots, board games, and blenders. I would stay there again.

Nice and clean with adequately sized rooms. The stove top cooking was a nice, unexpected touch.

Excellent staff, affordable, very clean. What more could you ask for? I had never heard of the Candlewood brand prior to my stay and I was very impressed. Next time I'm traveling I will look for the nearest Candlewood.

Awesome! Amazing staff! Jasmine welcomed us & our pup after our crazy across country drive to our new home state (California to Illinois). We were able to check in early with ease into a great room. Love the cupboard & convenient laundry. Few lil challenges all overcome with a smile. Jasmine & Cameron have been refreshing & wonderful. Entire staff is always cheerful prompt efficient & attentive. We've decided to stay here until we find a home. Looking forward to the rest of our stay. Overall terrific place affordable clean convenient safe & pleasant.

The staff was great I would say above average actually. The rooms were exactly what you could expect from an extended stay hotel. Everything was in working order and there was really nothing to complain about.

I believe the kids name was Cam who was unprofessional to my Mother and Father. Hallways are filthy and so are the stairs. Not to mention they screwed up with booking our rooms and time frames in which we had the rooms. We had to check out and check back in and they told us we would be charged extra for last minute check in even tho we booked for the certain dates and had emails to prove it. Haley was a sweetheart though and tried to accommodate us as best as she could. Thank you Haley! Because of her we decided to stay. And for that you guys get 2 stars instead of 1. Other than that I will not be coming here again. I suggest you pay extra and stay elsewhere.

Ideal for long stay of a week or longer. Quiet and great neighborhood. Powerful Wi-Fi and many convenient facilities. Priced fairly reasonable.

This is an amazing hotel! The room was big and comes with everything. A kitchen with nothing you will miss. Great bed. Tables to eat and work. A great recliner to watch some tv, office chair to work and even a chair to eat. Bathroom is nice too. And all for 65$? Can you ask for more? They have free laundry and dryers downstairs. Free gym and a small shop as well. You need boardgames or a blender or a rice cooker? They have it downstairs for you as well. There is even a small office room with a computer and printer for you to use. Never had a better room in the US! And only a quick drive to the airport as well!

We were pleasantly surprised with the cheerful attitude of the staff and the overall cleanliness and value of our room. For $85, we got a queen sized bed with a kitchenette and spacious bathroom, a really great deal (although overkill for us since we were only staying one night). We were very impressed with this hotel, 10/10 would stay again!

I only stayed for two nights, but I really enjoyed my stay. The woman I spoke with at the reception desk was genuinely nice. The room was a good size, the bed, desk chair, and arm chair were all comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials (minus a toaster but you can't have it all). I especially appreciated the large L-shaped desk since I needed to get a bit of work done during my stay. The woman at reception gave me a complimentary set of doggy bags since I came with two dogs. There is a pond and plenty of grassy space off to the side of the hotel where you can walk your dog (s). They even have a doggy bag dispenser and a trash can available for you. Definitely worth the price.

This place is very clean and the employees are all very nice and willing to go out of their way to make your stay good.

It is a wonderful stay. Staff is great wash room and gym is excellent the rooms are prefect it's like a home away from home you have your office kitchen bedroom bathroom closet space available Wright in your reach I would tell any and every one I know to come and stay at candlewood suits any time I would like to thank them for a wonderful stay. It was very clean and very inexpensive. We were very happy with everything. The room and everything inside it looked like it was brand new. The staff was also helpful. In securing transportation.

Love this hotel. Came in for a dog show. Stayed in a deluxe suite. 3 min from show. Stayed in and made supper and just relaxed with friends. Very clean and friendly.

Really an incredible place to stay. You can bring all your own food and more and cook it on the appliances provided in your room. Great fitness center, too.

I made a reservation over the phone for a standard suite, drove 6 hours, arrived to the hotel around 4:AM, and was surprised to find that the room was everything it claimed to be on their website and more. The pictures of the rooms are exactly what the rooms look like, no bait and switch pics of a dolled up room for show. The bed was super comfortable and super clean, in fact the whole room was really nice, clean, and modern, including the kitchen area and bathroom. I felt at home instantly, and wish I could have stayed longer. Other hotels around the same price range do not even begin to compete with Candlewood Suites, I highly recommend this hotel.
