Nice place, new rooms and great Service.
We stayed for 2 nights. The first night we got to our room. It had a real heavy smell. We were getting settled and went to wash my hands there was a huge spider (wolf spider). After killing 3 my husband went to the front desk and asked if we could get a different room. We were told they were all booked up. So my husband asked if they could spray. The guy said he didn't have anything. He said they were out in the counrty, so we should expect spiders. Needless to say we didnt sleep well. The next morning my husband went to the front desk to complain. He was told they spray every couple weeks and they would spray our room while we were gone. Later that night we returned and still had bugs (beatles, spiders etc) Woke up this morning to another huge wolf spider in the sink and another crawling up the wall. This has been the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. On top of the bugs, the room was dirty and smelled bad. There was still dog food on the floor from previous people. Spider webs throughout the room. So they definitely dont dust. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, was far from that…

First everyone was so kind. I stayed o e night. Didn't know how much I was charged till morning when I got my check out paper. The room was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. I have been faithful to comfort in and stayed in a few locations and have never had a dirty room like this. Food under night stand and bathroom stunk so bad and was so dirty. I didn't use bathroom till morning. Or I would have asked to be moved it was that bad. I appreciate the room… and kind staff, and would stay again for sure, but please dont charge 128.00 a night for such a dirty room. Was very disappointed.
