Took my kids to a red roof as we travelled across the country and one of the beds was soaked with urine. Sheets hadn’t been changed, the bedcover was still wet with it. I had to go find someone to help us and they wouldn’t even change the sheets. I had to do it! I would’ve left if I hadn’t just driven 11 hours straight and literally couldn’t drive any more. The mattress was stained and soaked with urine. I was so angry. I couldn’t find anyone to talk to about it until the next morning as the person who gave me the sheets the night before didn’t speak English. The manager apologized and gave me a 10% discount… I will NEVER stay at red roof again. 10% discount for being exposed to someone’s bodily fluids. Nice.

Everything about this place was perfect. We pulled in late and the sweetheart check in girl was so sweet and friendly, she got us checked in and we went to the room. The room was CLEAN bed soft bathroom clean and the shower pressure was good. Fridge and microwave in room. Our dog stays for free and they have truck parking. Seriously I wish every hotel we go to was as good as this one. I can't say enough about the staff the morning check out lady was so friendly and nice too as well as the housekeeping staff. It was so nice to see friendly smiling faces everywhere we went here. We will be back as we pass through here often! Thank you and keep up the great work!

A/C works very well. Quiet and peaceful place. Parking good and have a small outdoor pool. No lifeguard on duty. Coffee in the office with s small grab breakfast. Great for travelers passing thru and 2 minutes from Edinburgh Outlet Mall. Plenty of restaurants and J and C grocery store within 3 miles.

Very clean rooms. Nice staff. If your truck driver they have actual semi truck parking about 15 spots. They also give truck drivers discounts. They are pet friendly. They have a small continental breakfast.

We're stayed here primarily based on price. We were at an event and just needed a clean, comfortable safe place to sleep. The rooms were a good size and clean. The bathroom was clean. The room had a working fridge and microwave. They have a basic breakfast (bagels, cream cheese, pastries, fruit, juice, coffee). I would certainly stay here again.

The rooms were very nice, also clean and the staff were very polite.

This is where we stay when we come off the road. It normally has good rates for CDL drivers. The staff is friendly especially Nancy. The rooms are clean and they offer continental breakfast. It's a great value and we are always pleased with our stay which is why we always come back.

Many if the rooms I've stayed in have a particular smell to them. Staff is usually friendly, approachable and helpful.

Stayed 4/1/2018 Room was filthy. The heater was dated — disgustingly dirty and difficult to set. Noisy people banging on doors. Very small selection of breakfast items. Staff was friendly tho…

Very nice employees​ room was clean smelled nice I could probably nitpick the room apart and find something to complain about but it looks like enough​ people has done that already. Give me a break the ac was to noisey give me one that isn't smh … I would stay here again.

Decent room for the $70 price. Clean except for a couple stray hairs in sink and tub. Friendly staff and hot coffee. Heater did kick on and off frequently, loud enough to be an annoyance. Pet friendly.

Rooms clean. No coffee pot Otherwise would been more ratings. Not bad for the money.

Lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. Room was okay till I used the nasty microwave. Or until I found black spots on a towel. Or lipstick on another towel. Hot water went cold in shower. Found hair in my bed. & found long Hairs on the shower walls. Hurl. This place was gross and even had flys in the room. For 84$… never again. For 30$? Yes I would. Otherwise. Absolutely never again.

I'm not the biggest fan of Red Roof but it was the cheapest option for my quick passing in Indiana. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was clean and so comfortable! I was highly surprised at how great my experience was.

Budget hotel but very clean and a comfortable bed. Easy on and off. Pets allowed.

Nice and clean with friendly staff. Breakfast mostly pastries, but was okay. High point for us, cleaning staff displayed our 8 month olds cuddly toy on the pillow, and it was a caring gesture. Thank you for putting care into what you do.

The front desk girl Missy super helpful. She was so pleasant she loves having guests that are feeling chatty to visit any time she's there day or night.

Beg bugs and fleas. Biting me so I gave up on sleep covered in little red spots and scratch marks. This is hell. 345am waiting on daylight to show them. They not goin to like me either. Dont stay there and not in room 111. Jeff & jan redmer.

Friendly staff and a clean room with mini-fridge and microwave. The room doors face outside, motel style, but it looked like the floor and a few other things in my room had been recently renovated. Parking lot has ample space for trucks and trailers. My room wasn't very large, but it was also a one-bed room. They are pet friendly, which is hard to find in this area. The continental breakfast is mostly packaged pastries.

Nice room. A little pricey for there not being much in the area, but it was clean and comfy. Water pressure left much to be desired, but I got clean! The Exit 76 antique store is a must-visit!

We happened to get a room with a memory foam mattress for our free night, and had a great night's sleep. The room had a large workdesk and everything else in the room was perfect. I forgot my jacket in the room and the called to let me know within 10 minutes after we left. Wonderful, helpful staff answered all our questions!

We stayed 1 night just to sleep while driving a long distance. The room was clean enough and the staff was friendly. The bathroom was clean but smelled like a sewer only after running the exhaust fan. Unfortunately I found this after we were ready for bed. It was around midnight and we were ready for sleep. I called the front desk but there was no maintenance person on staff to help. They offered to move us to another room but it was in a different building "around back". The problem ended up being the toilet was not properly fastened to the floor. It moved if you sat on it. Disgusting. Room 109. I called and told them and also told them in a survey. They mad no offer to make it right with us. We probably won't stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

My husband and I stopped here on our long journey from South Florida to Chicago and were very impressed! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both EXTREMELY clean and we loved the hardwood floors. And the price was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed the week of Christmas 2015. Great rooms, very clean, hardwood floors, comfy bed, and rooms are set up nicely. They have a nice selection for breakfast and friendly staff. I don't understand the bad reviews. The price is great and they even allow pets without stipulations. There is an area you can walk your dogs. There is plenty of restaurants and a grocery store all near by. I would stay here again.

It's not close to Indianapolis and there's not really much to do around but there's a waffle house next door open 24hrs. There aren't many amenities but the Wi-Fi was great. The rooms were clean and decent for the price, and the price was really good. Everyone I did talk to was quite friendly. Nothing to complain about but it wasn't an amazing experience. 3/5 stars.

Love the hardwood floors. Woke up clear headed! Clean comfortable and reasonably priced.

I've travelled around the world some, enough to be able to discern between establishments that have it together on some higher human level, and those who will never be able to bring something meaningful into a large hotel conglomerate, rather apt, instead to satisfy the minimum requirements to catch a paycheck. It takes a special, concerted care and concern for other humans that can only exist in a business system if the people that work there are so skilled and naturally inclined at their jobs that they have excess care and nurture to apply where precious. I certainly noticed it here, and add this lodging to my personal short list. Try this one first.

Stayed here during Final Four. Very nice modern rooms that are definitely worth the price for a couple nights. Breakfast ends very early but not a huge issue. Would easily consider coming back.

As I was trying to find a place for my daughter and niece to stay between Michigan and Nashville, I came across your motel and read the reviews before making the reservation. Although the reviews were mostly positive (and folks more often express complaints than thanks), I was still hoping that my 2 young ladies would enjoy their stay. When I spoke with them in the morning, they had enjoyed a great night sleep on 2 comfy beds in a clean room AND they expressed that the breakfast exceeded their expectations as well. Thank you for taking care of them.

Very nice rooms. With a cdl discount stayed for 2 nights and paid 100 bucks. Room was clean and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Plenty of parking and the parking lot is lit up so I felt safe with leaving my car out there at night. Fridge and microwave in the room were clean and worked. If all red roofs are the same as this one I will be a return guest country wide. Felt really good about spending my money here and I would recommend it to anyone that needs a good room at a good price. I've staying across the street in the past and feel as though I over paid just so the Hilton and Hampton could have a fancy check in area. Rooms may be smaller at red roof but you can get two rooms a night for what area competition hotels are charging. Only complaint I would have is that there isn't a coffee machine in the rooms but they have coffee in lobby and will make you more if you ask. 5 stars all day.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! We had a coupon u get at rest area and when we got there they would not honor it the rate they gave us was as good as holiday inn up the road we tried their room because we were there the room smelled and had. Ants bass the room next door had dogs so we got our money back after arguing with the clerk 10. More went to holiday inn and got a 2 PMT check. Out thanks holiday inn your the best. Spend the extra 10 and enjoy southern. Hospitality — 10red roof inn.

It isn't to bad. For the price you pay and easy access to interstate and camp attebury it is a good enough hotel.
