This Extended stay should be the model for all the Extended Stays. The management team of James & Mark define fantastic customer service. From the house keeping team to maintenance every one cares and makes sure your stay is above average!

Good location, quick check-in. You get what you pay for. The rooms are quite old and parking not adequate. This place probably is understaffed. I checking by 10 p. M and the next day I saw the same guy in the front desk till 12 noon, and I saw no one else. Don't miss nearby eateries.

It was really good! The only extended stay where they refill peanut butter crunchy.

Great accomodations, with kitchenette, for any extended stay trip to the area. Free breakfast, helpful staff, and clean rooms. No smoking is allowed in building, so rooms smell fresh and clean.

Basic lodging needs met. Could be cleaner but not bad. Great location.

This is my second stay at this property and all I can say is this is one of the most welcoming ext. Stays I have experienced in 20 years of business travel. James, Mark, Nicole and Jasmine are GREAT and keep this hotel clean and safe. Manager Mark is always willing to go that extra step to make his guests comfortable and is a true professional. I also want to mention Jose who keeps the hotel maintained in top shape. I would highly recommend this property when staying in Mishawaka, Indiana.

The room is nice overall, some little things wrong like broken door handle, and major smoke smell in the first room which was fixed by getting a different room. The Wi-Fi is terribly slow, and nothing can really be done on it unless you have a lot of time to let it load everything up. Honestly dial up might be faster. Kitchen items are available in the lobby. Overall pretty average, nothing fancy, and also not bad.

I happen to work here for 6 years and it is a great place to stay and work.

We stay here Everytime we are in town and this is the best hotel they are the most friendly and respectful people they make u feel welcome which is awesome they are very clean… The 3rd floor house keeper is the best she's so sweet. The manager James is the greatest always making sure his employees are treating the guest right and that if you need anything he makes sure you got it I would recommend this place to everyone I know THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH WE APPRECIATE IT 100%

Comfy an cozy home away from home with a small kitchen. The staff is friendly and offer pots an pans to use during your stay.

Typical ESA! Seems someone smoked in the room I was in, smelled like old cheap cigarette and made it difficult to breath for me at night. Unfortunately the area was sold out and this was the best I could find. The lady checked me in seems she was on her break and was still chewing her food when she walked to front desk to check me in, and in rush to get back to her food and walked away as soon as she handed me the key.

Not Pleased. My boyfriend got bit by something in the middle of the night and his hand is swollen. Hair was in refrigerator and not clean at all. The 3rd day while getting ready to check out I was grabbing something from the bed and I stuck my hand in something sticky and it was a mouse trap box. Never again!

Mark at the Front Desk is just GREAT. Also I made my reservation over the cell, and the reason why is that I had reserved a room for the Comfort Inn and Suites earlier thru Expedia, and when I showed up after paying online for our room, they were going to charge my card $100.00 "Just in case " the woman at the Front Desk told me. Well I have been thru that before and 30 days later I might get it back. So I cancelled there and called Extended Stay America. I got a room with a kitchen for $20 cheaper. thank you extended stay america.

I stayed here one night for a wedding and it was a terrible experience. We got there around 3 am and were really tired from traveling. The person at the desk almost couldn’t find our reservation even though we booked it online. Our room smelled strongly of smoke and the window wouldn’t open much. It wasn’t very clean. The manager was friendly and fully refunded us, so I do appreciate that.

They have bed bugs! I tried to get my money back and they blamed me for the issue. They told me that I couldn't prove it came from that room, even though I found bugs under our pillows and put them in a plastic bag to show management! We had to put all our clothes in plastics bags and throw away blankets etc… this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We were in the area to surprise our family that we were expecting our first child. This was quite the damper on the weekend. : (Go stay at the Varsity Club! FYI — I called their customer support line after the event and the lady fought with me and hung up! What a horrible service!

Had to stay here between moves for about a month with my boyfriend. Fantastic experience. Rooms were large and had a small kitchen. Pots, pans, etc all provided free upon request. Strong Wi-Fi signal, close parking to room, always quiet, and the staff was awesome! one employee helped me to jump my car early one raining morning and he provided the cables! awesome stay. Would highly recommend. also:crazy good Pokemon were spawning here continuously in late october/early November 2016.

I stayed here last weekend. The reservation for a room with a single queen-sized bed had been changed to a room with two barely full-sized beds without notification. Our room keys needed to be reprogrammed more than once because they stopped opening both the outside and room doors. There was a wet cleaning rag left in the kitchenette seemingly from when the room was cleaned. There were suspicious trucks and other vehicles running all night in the parking lot, which also doubled as a hangout. The hotel needs more staff than the one person in charge of the entire operation, who can barely manage it all. If you don't mind a dive motel-like atmosphere with the shape of a hotel, then definitely book this one. It just might be better to pay an extra $20/night for a better environment.

Good location, clean rooms, nice people. Nothing special but also not a trashy hotel. I got a good deal but I don't think I would pay more than 70 a night for it.

Hotel was fine for the cost. Workers were very nice. Room had a bit of a smell to it and the bed wasn't real comfortable. No hot breakfast. Still, not bad for a quick nights sleep.

It was a pleasant & easy stay. Clean room, friendly service, and reasonable prices. Loved the little kitchen, though you will have to request cups, pots/pans, etc. No blow dryer in the bathroom, just a heads up. No coffee pot, unless requested. Would stay again!

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, though maybe a bit hard for some. Wasn't there long enough to take advantage of many of the hotel's services.

This is a great place to stay! Megan, Mark and all the hotel staff are very friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Rates are reasonable. Very clean rooms as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. If there were a rating higher than 5, I would have given more.

The staff are all great and the rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything except for an oven. I would recommend it to all of my friends and family that are in need of a place to stay even if for one night.

Large clean rooms prove easy for family's with children.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here and it was a horrible experience! Horrible (i cannot stress this enough). The office staff are pretty nice but thats the only good thing I have to say. I requested no housekeeping cause they are annoying and I still had housekeeping knocking at my door saying "housekeeping", our neighbors were loud and obnoxious. Almost sounding as if there are bags and suit cases being thrown against the walls, so I called the front office and complained cause that is ridiculous. This is supposed to be a quiet atmosphere. I hate how you can hear people turn on the shower or flush the toilet, that is soooo annoying. I think the construction could be better and make the walls thicker cause there is no privacy. When I turn on the shower, I dont want my neighbors to hear. Geez thats private! I have pulled in the parking lot and seen mcdonalds bags and trash, so this place is dirty! They need to take better care of this place. I heard on the news that The extended stay corporation is filing bankruptcy, yeah gee I wonder why. Also, they charge $500-$600 a month for a room. OH WOW! For that, you can get an apartment. All you get is a sleeping area, TINY kitchen space and a bathroom. They dont need to be charging any more than $200 a month for the little space you get, so yeah I see why they filed bankruptcy! This place is downright bullshit.
