Disgusting… I only have one nice thing to say about this hotel. The staff was very friendly. Everything else about it was a mess and I honestly can't believe it's still open. To start, my rooms door to the hallway literally had a hole a person could see through. I had to roll up toilet paper and wedge it in so people couldn't look through. The room stunk so bad I didn't even want to take my clothes out of my suitcase. The walls looked like they have never been repainted and still had cigarette tar on them from the days when people could smoke. There was also marks all over the walls including big areas of bubbling paint. The lamp shade looks like bugs have been crapping all over it for years. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Don't just take my words for it. Look at the pics.

Over night stay at Rushville, In. I stay at this location often when meeting with friends in the area. They are working on updating rooms in this location. The room I was given was on the second floor there was new carpet and the room appeared clean. When I showed I noticed the tub was not cleaned well. I came down at the tail end of breakfast to find no food or coffee.

Clean room, good price. Definitely a step down from comfort inn. As a matter of fact it used to be a comfort inn.

It is a great place to visit it's very cozy n very welcoming and a very friendly environmental place. The people are very friendly n very delightful.

We had family staying here for our wedding and they had bed bugs in the rooms! I don't recommend!

They have bed bugs & ants. I tried washing clothes & there dryer Is broken.

It's sure not the nicest hotel, but it's about the only game in town here. A very friendly staff makes this a more pleasant experience than it might otherwise be.

The rooms are nice, clean, and well kept. Although not the fanciest they have a comforting feel and comfier beds.

Don't stay here it's a hole in the wall! Never clean your room. Breakfast stinks and front desk manager is useless! Stay in a lot of motels probably one of the worst I have stayed in.

Had a king size suite with Jacuzzi tub. Cigarette burns on bedding. Room could have been cleaner, tub was dirty and water was warm… no hot water.

Nice owner, a work in progress and getting better from previous owner running it into the ground.

Do not stay at the quality inn. At least in Indiana if you are handicapped! I guess in Indiana all places like hotels and Wal-Mart lol are considered private property and anyone can park anywhere! We are from Illinois and if your handicap that is what the handicap parking spots are for… we have two people who are handicap with us … we parked in a handicap spot, a car left that wasn’t handicap so we went ahead and moved closer, to the spot they left … turns out it was an employee of the hotel at quality inn. In Rushville Indiana. Evidently the employee got mad and decided to spit loogie on the car (all over)! I can’t believe someone would do something like that! Sooooooo I guess an employee at the quality inn can park in a handicap spot because they work here … why do people have to go through the whole process to get a handicap sticker if it doesn’t really matter? Well at least in Indiana on private property why do they not have an employee parking spot? I decided to call the police because of the loogie situation and when I was on the phone the girl that was in the car that I’m most positive decided to spit on my handicap sisters car came out and started yelling at her calling her all kinds of name.

At check in the had to wait due to computer system not working. Was able to go to room to place my things and returned 5mins as asked the system still was not working. Wrote down my information. Entering the room there was an overwhelming odor of air fresher. Bathtub was fitly had dirt ring around the tub. The toilet seat had some type of burns. There was what looked to be feces on the the wall. The carpet was stained throughout the room. Chewing gum in one area or the rug. I pulled the bed sheets back to check for bed bugs but found various strands of different hairs all throughout the bed and at the foot of the bed hairs caked up. The comforter was stained as the sheets. The heater vent was cracked. When heat was turned on it smelled of dirt and dust and made loud thump so did not use. The coffee machine water reservoir was caked with crud. I cleaned it out but the water did not dispense instead boiled in the reservoir. The staff were very friendly and came to change my sheets and apologized. The room phone was also very old and dusty. If I had not been so exhausted from the drive I would've slept in my car. Instead slept fully clothed. Overall it was a very bad experience and I reported and showed the pictures to my corporation and advised that they not use the facility for future stays as it was a horrible experience not just for myself but also the co-workers that stayed at the facility. There were also holes in the walls.

Carpets were stain but the suit was clean. Breakfast was free just limited choices. Personnel was courteous.

There were a few minor issues, but ones I was able to live with. The place was clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, the staff was very polite and friendly.

Clean and cheap rooms with friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning is what you would expect. Overall a fine experience.

The first Quality Inn in Rushville, IN was not a good experience. The room smelled musty. There was a sticky substance under the guest amenity tray. I found a hair on the counter and in the corner. The shower curtain was fabric with no liner; it was too long and sat in the water as the drain was slow. The ceiling had water stains. The staff was okay and the breakfast service well done. The second Quality Inn at Hamburg, NY is better. The landscaping is much nicer. The front desk person was very nice and gave us a discounted rate on the room and the pet deposit. The room we were given smelled strongly of smoke so we were promptly given another room. The room is clean with an updated decor. I would give the first QI a 4 and the second one a 7+.

Beautiful place. Near sav a lot and fast food joints. My room a handicapped room. With a walk in shower. Niiiiice. Reminded me of Florida. I do not recommend it for semi's with trailers.

I'm a diamond choice hotel member and typically stay in comfort inns and quality inns & this hotel should not be rated at a Quality Inn, a roadway inn at best. The rooms are in poor condition, peeling paint etc. And not very clean. I paid for the best room they had (101) and paid over $100 for it and checked in late, went straight to bed, but woke up the next morning to find over 30 dead roaches all over the floor in my room! I brought this to managements attention and they said that "it just happens" and said they spray once a month but have bugs in all the rooms all summer and can't do anything about it. Didn't even apologize! It was gross! If your planning on staying here please reconsider. This is not what I've come to expect from Choice Hotels. Hopefully they downgrade this hotel or force the owners to fix the problem.

It was value priced for a community with limited options. Typical Quality Inn experience. Room was clean, linens were new, and the bedding was not work out. I will stay again. No elevator to second floor.

This hotel was just ok. Looks as if this was recently a Comfort Inn but downgraded to a Quality Inn and will most likely be a Knights Inn before too long. Good place to crash for road warriors.

Clean rooms. Nice TV. Most have fridge and microwave in them. Not a big selection for breakfast. No newspapers. Polite staff.

Attended a professional workshop seminar where I was pleased with the overall kindness of the employees. The decor is very outdated and lacking. Every overhead light fixture in hallway was full of dead bugs.

Wife and I stayed here April 2 an April 3, 2016 the check in was great, the clerk was very helpful and always had a smile. The stay itself was great, rooms were clean we had plenty of towels. Was not real busy so it was quiet an peaceful feeling, breakfast buffet was good. On check out we were told that this hotel was under new management. Our stay overall was great and relaxing. Would we stay here again yes we would. And would recommend this hotel to our friends. Thank you comfort Inn (Rushville) we really enjoyed our stay.

Room is nice. Had issues at time of check-in that should not have happened.

Staff friendly, room clean, sheets had holes, decorative cover (that goes on top of bed) had burn hole in it as did the carpet. Hotel seems rather outdated but served its purpose overall.

Overall not a bad experience, but the the front desk had trouble signing me in though I had a reservation.

I had a great stay at this hotel staff is very help ful and room and hotel it self is very very clean. it was a greatstay.
