Three stars because of nice people the hotel had and taking away 2 stars because they leave much to desire on their breakfast menu. The front desk guy was super welcoming and that’s tells us we were appreciated as guests. The food lady was nice and helpful. But the food could be improved. Now I am not saying it’s bad but it’s just not meeting the standards of other nice places.

Bad breakfast (International comparison). So much plastic… The rooms are big and nice. Very loud air conditioning. No shower. A little bit to dark to work in the room.

The guy who welcome welcomed me Saturday evening was very friendly and provided some good places to eat. A little out of the way from holiday world and not too many food options to choose from. If you want anything decent you will need to travel 5 miles north to get truly decent food. The rooms were ok, but I found a tick in my room which was pretty disturbing, which contributes to the rating. On top of that the breakfast that they provide in the morning is hot, but the waffles were horrible and pastries tasted very old. Will I stay here again… probably not.

I go to Comfort Inn & Suites on all my business trips. Makes me feel at home when away from home and absolutely love the huge continental breakfast. Very pleased with the reward incentives as well.

Clean rooms, nice staff, big suits, decent pool, filling breakfast, and nice environment. 1negative aspect is it's location next to the airport and when the jets take off it can be loud.

Working a shutdown in town. Theyve been courteous and respective of my privacy. Nice pool and hot tub. Great price. Recommend.

Room was clean. Close to the highway both a good and a bad thing. Easy to get to but you get some noise. Staff was pleasant to talk to.

Not worth the money. It is clean and the service is good. There are no microwaves in the room. Super inconvenient for an out of town contractor who just wants to eat in his room after a days work. Not much to choose from food wise locally either. There is 1 microwave only on the 1st floor that everyone shares. There are very horrible dirty nasty hotels out there but I bet they have microwaves in thier rooms!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was impressive, including all the standard foods as well as biscuits and gravy, a nice addition. Everything was well made and delicious.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean (as clean or cleaner than home), safe and comfortable with friendly helpful staff that know the area. Get off the interstate and drive 20 minutes. You can also take in a movie at the nearby family-friendly drive in while you're there. Worth the drive.

Don't even want to give it one star. STINKY rooms smell like hamster cage, wet dog, or dog piss. Stains all over carpets in my room. The rooms are either stuffy and hot or freezing. Staff is incompetent. They would not fix the rate on our room cause they did not know how to do math of 10%. Will not be back here. Do not waste your money. This place is not worth even half what I payed. The breakfast is DISGUSTING!

Great location for going to Holiday World. Fantastic discount for military/government employees. The breakfast has everything one might want for a hearty breakfast except bacon. Beware of noise traveling from hallways and adjacent rooms and devoid your bed of personal items if you would like it to be made during the day.

Front desk was very nice, pleasant and didn't hey frazzled with several phone lines ringing, and our waiting. She was knowledgeable about the area and called a restaurant to check if they were open. Room was clean & cool.

Great customer service and modern, clean rooms. Breakfast and the pool were added bonuses!

Very nice and clean, staff was very friendly. When the kids and I wanted to know where we could get some food the lady at the front desk gave me a map (which was very helpful & accurate) on the places to eat. Even though there's not many it was still helpful. I would most definitely stay here again.
