We got in at 1:30am. The lady at the front desk was very kind and got us a room quickly. The room was neat but best of all the comforters on the bed were extremely soft and cozy, as was the bed. The pillows were a better quality then what I'm used to at hotels. The hot breakfast had a good variety of breakfast foods… Overall we had a great experience.

The Quality Inn was nice, friendly staff. The rooms were recently remodeled and were very clean.

Older style rooms but new carpet and paint. Nice but not modern and had steps vs lift. Dirty towel still on back of door and hasn't switched to cheese omelets vs powdered eggs yet.

Beautiful clean Property with So comfortable bed with cool fluffy pillows. Recently remodeled and yummy breakfast. Plenty of Trucks parking. More then 100 Chanel’s to watch. Located between two exits. Staff war courteous and very helpful. I am making my permanent stop over place once a week. Because I drive for living on this rout.

Poorly maintained and decorated. Unreliable internet access. Won't return. Friendly helpful staff earns both stars.

Right off of I-55 so you don't have to go far into the city don't have to worry about getting lost everybody is always friendly and helpful the people at the front desk always smiling I was asking you how you're doing how was your travel how was your trip ask you how your rest was just an overall friendly environment very family-orientated have a nice size pool indoor little exercise area and they also have a nice little if you like to run outside I like to run is nice enough sidewalk where you can run and not be in traffic so five star all the way around very good.

Poor. Badda Bugs Badda Bad. Oh, and the freight train whistle adds a nice touch. Badda No Sleep. Also looked like their vacuum was broken.

After trouble with our original scheduled hotel we chose Quality Inn, the general manager was even willing to accept our 4 legged family member. After checking several rooms we were unable to stay at this location. Due to being under construction recently there was no hot water in the 6 different rooms we checked. But overall cleanliness of the rooms and service from the GM was about 98%. I wish there would have been hot water because I'd definitely stay here if I ever needed a room to stay.

Most rooms are very clean. The breakfast is the best now that they're under new management… I've had one bad experience though… Room 103 the hot water didn't come on. I had to take a bird bath in the sink. I was too tired to ask for a room change plus I had the flu. Good place to stay overall.

This particular establishment Is very rude and definitely have some Bigotry issues going, I was judge by my appearance and also receive the worst customer service ever. I’m not going to say their Racist but I will say the Receptionist and general manager are very unprofessional. While waiting for my company to fax them the documents for an reserved room I was ask to leave the property and threaten I couldn’t wait there of my vehicle would be towed! My God bless them. It’s sad that prejudice still lives with in this country. Thanks Donald Trump for making America Great Again.

Very nice place. Mgr. Jamie is Awesome. Housekeeping is wonderful and the front desk is the Best. Will. Be a guezr pretty often.

Friendly staff, nice and clean room nice sizes room with double beds, but construction is going on can be noise at times. They do have breakfast, but I haven't been able to enjoy that. They don't have a laundry room, was looking forward to washing. Nothing close by to walk to.

Wonderful experience, exceeded my expectations. Huge room, more than we needed, great breakfast. Where else has a complimentary waffle maker?

We were there for 2 nights. The room was run down, had water stains all over the ceiling, the wall paper was cut and repaired in many spots, the Formica on the dresser was peeling and there was blood on one of the shelves also no hangers in the closet and they didn't clean our room between day one and two. The only thing good I can say is the Customer Service Rep Sharon was incredibly nice and understanding. I was told that we would be compensation. As of now we have not heard a thing.

This place is pretty rough around the edges. The room I stayed in had damaged furniture. Every single piece had something that was in some form of disrepair. Different items were worse than others, but pretty much everything needed a lot of looking after. As best I can determine this property is being renovated and changed over from one brand to another. For a business traveler just looking for a place to stay with decent internet this place is okay. If, however, you are looking for something nice, this is not it. At least not now. Give it a few months to see how the renovation is progressing. This is a bit disappointing for a choice hotel.

I work in the Chicagoland area and have been staying here for roughly six months during the week. The staff is friendly and helpful, it's not home but they ensure my stay is comfortable.

Front desk clerk was very rude. Didn't know how to use my CLC card yet wanted to argue with me about how it worked. Very disrespectful! If I wasn't such a nice guy I might have socked him one good time!

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. It is our choice when coworkers are in from out of town.

Stayed here once, only bc my worked paid for it. But I would not stay here again. My room had stained sheets (whether they were clean or not I wouldn't know) Bed had black hairs on them and the room smelled like smoke even tho it said non smoking. The one staff member I did see was nice.

The inside was pretty. Unfortunatly I honestly believe this is were we caught bed bugs. We never had them until we went there and within. 2-3 weeks. I found out I am allergic to bed bug bites. I will not be going there.
