I stayed here 10/15-10/19, my daughter and I used the hot tub, which I guess was “cleared” by the health department. We both now have welts all over out bodies and infected hair follicles from the dirty water in the hot tub. We contacted management last week who said they found my story hard to believe, but the owners would contact me. Still haven’t heard anything. Just wanted to warn others that their hot tub is dirty since they don’t seem to care.

Everything was great, rooms clean, great check-in. However because of your employee Mark and the way he treated other guests as well as myself in public was very unprofessional and therefore will not be back.

I love this hotel! What makes my stay even more pleasant is the front desk clerk name Dawn. She has such great customer service skills which make you feel welcomed and at ease. It may be part of her training but I believe it’s more so her hospitable innate gift. The rooms are spacious and always smelling fresh out the laundry. The whirlpool is soooo relaxing. Just a great place to lodge all around.

We stayed here with our daughter for a nite after her PIR from the Navy. It was a very HUGE room especially for a handicap room. It was so nice and had two beds, which was awesome for our daughter. Def recommend for handicap.

I asked for a quiet room and they put us next to the elevator. I asked for two queen beds and they gave us a king. The ceiling in or room had a cracked ceiling that was about a foot and a half long and 4 inches wide. Of all the Hampton Inn hotels we have stayed in, this one was not so good.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Very clean, I felt like I was at home. They even sent me a text every day to check on my stay. The breakfast was actually delicious. Coffee all day long. Couldn't ask for more!

Nice location, nice rooms but… overpriced rooms. 3 nights costs my out of town family $748 but all other hotels in the area were booked. Breakfast was just okay. My family would of liked more variety for breakfast. One night the pool closed early which was a bummer. Staff was very nice though.

We stayed here while visiting a family member in Community Hospital. This hotel was conveniently located across the street. The hotel was very nice and clean. Liz, the front desk agent was friendly and did everything she could to make our stay as relaxing as possible during a stressful time for our family. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a concert in Chicago. Distance is about 45 minutes into the city. Hotel, even though a chain, was very clean and well managed. Staff was friendly and genuine. Would recommend this location if you need to stay somewhere in the area.

Extremely nice and clean. Perfect spot for lovely get away. Rooms are great and the hotel employees are very nice and helpful. I will stay there everytime I go back home.

This Hotel was great I enjoyed my stay it was in a convenient location and beautiful, the pool and the Jacuzzi was nice and the work out room was amazing I would definitely use this hotel again and the breakfast was nice.

Our house flooded on our anniversary. The hotel we chose to stay at. We absolutely thought it was beautiful and enjoyed the hot tub and pool to its fullest extent. The beds were comfortable and it made our anniversary been better to be able to be alone in such a beautiful place. I highly recommend this hotel to couples who want to be alone with their significant others you won't be sorry. Beautiful hotel.

Hotel chain that the spouse absolutely lovez. We've stayed in a Hampton the last few times we've traveled and I have to agree with her that they are clean, roomy and inexpensive choices for any traveler. Breakfast in the morning is complimentary and well done for my taste. Either omelets or scrambled for eggs plus boiled on the side, some type of meat also (usually turkey sausage/bacon for a little healthier option). Cereal selection along with fruit, bagels, rolls, and kid/adult favorite waffle iron. Fresh coffee and decaf for unleaded people like me. Rooms we have stayed in have comfortable king size bed, pillows are not my favorite (hotel chains listen up — buy My Pillow for all rooms) but overall the sleep experience is good. Have only had to use ear plugs once or twice due to noisy neighbors, rooms are fairly well insulated for sound. Coffee in the lobby 24 hours for guests but this Hampton didn't have jug of flavored water also in the afternoon/evening like other locations so that was missed. The reason for 4.5 instead of 5 (again because this rating doesn't allow half stars) was check-in was a bit off. We arrived early b4 3:00 check in nut our room wasn't ready. Other guests arrived b4 3:00 and their rooms were magically available. Counter clerk did not notify us when room was ready (we waited in lobby) but rather we had to approach and inquire whether room was ready at 3:00.

My visit here was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The managers were also very nice and pleasant. The room Was very clean and quiet. Really enjoyed my stay and will be looking forward to returning.

This is where we spent our 23rd wedding anniversary. We intend to have a wonderful time the amenities are awesome. The pool is beautiful and so is the hot tub. Breakfast is awesome and just the scenery is beautiful absolutely beautiful. Would recommend this place to everybody. So great we decided to stay two days.

Hotel was clean. Bathroom only had a shower. No tub for stocking. Room was clean. Stay was quiet. Hotel staff kept reiterating during check-in that outside guests were not allowed in the pool area. Breakfast selection was very scant. Location is near a lot of restaurants and shopping.

It’s extremely clean, prompt service eager to help any need (including a sharp kitchen knife for a frozen birthday cake! ) They offer shampoo, conditioner, lotion, razor, shaving cream, mouthwash, tooth brush and paste, extra towels, you name it. The pillows and beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is great and the hot tub is even better, and OPEN UNTIL 11! They have a fridge and microwave in the rooms. For the price. It’s a great deal! Highly recommend! Ps — if you’re a smoker, there’s a heated station out front!

2 nights, nice room that looks updated and well cleaned. Good free breakfast and gym facility with free weights.

Hotel was recently remodeled & looks nice. Staff was friendly & helpful. My only complaint is that all 4 of the pillows were fiberfill, 2 of them firm. There were no feather pillows. I'm used to sleeping on feather pillows which are more adjustable, so their fiberfill pillows hurt my neck. If it weren't for that, I would've stayed here again.

I have always had great visits to Hampton Inn and Suites, and this time was no different… friendly staff, great pool and hot tub and an excellent breakfast!

Horrible experience. Staff was so unfriendly. It was our wedding night and they released the room that was promised to us. My wife had worked with 3 different people in the sales department leading up to our wedding day. Super unorganized. The facility it self was nice, but we will absolutely never stay there again.

Hotel was close to event we are attending. Room is average. Security lock on door either broken or disabled. Free breakfast mediocre.

Beautifully renovated. We were impressed with the rooms, the pool is indoors which is a plus and the breakfast was really good. They even made us some eggs without the ham just cause we asked. Would stay here again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! So clean, amazing staff in every area, and so accommodating. I think the good attitude of everyone working there rubbed off on the guests too because even all of the guests were so so friendly! The breakfast was great too!

Love this place. We had a great comfortable stay staff was friendly and professional. They gave us an upgrade as we were in Indiana for a good friends wedding. Clean, great location and a great breakfast selection couldn't ask for anything more.
