Safety issues in the room. Definitely not child appropriate. Electrical outlets open in the room. Staff is great, hotel horrible.

I can live with the remodeling going on for the past week right over my Room but myself and several people had been complaining for a week about hot water problems and they never do anything about it and then finally yesterday the boilers completely went out with no hot water for the past 2 days how are we supposed to wash and keep yourself clean with this covid-19 if we can't even get the hotel to furnish hot water.

Outstanding customer service desk and housekeeping are phenomenal always smiling ear to accommodate you for your every need definitely should be a place to visit during your travel to the area.

Nice 2 night stay in a clean place with friendly staff. The desk clerk, Joshua, was particularly helpful when, after we arrived home, we realized we had left a couple personal items in the room. Joshua recovered the items from the room and secured them for us to pick up when we next come to Logansport.

The room is clean. TV has a great selection. Iron, toilet, shower, etc all work great. I did have to change rooms as the AC had issues but they were very accommodating and moved me to a better room.

Good experience, building could use some updating or they should lower the prices to match. The Sunday breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating,

Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located. I will be back.

When we checked in, there was no internet connection. The desk clerk said it couldn’t be fixed until the next day. We hadnt used the room so we decided to check out. The desk clerk told me she hadn’t ran my credit card. She refused to give me anything that showed we had checked out without staying. She indicated that only the manager could do that the next day. When we got to our new hotel I called the credit card company. She had already charged the card. We need internet connectivity, Holiday Inn (welcome to the 21st century) and now I can’t trust you. Have already disputed the charges. Next call is to the Indiana Attorney General’s for consumer complaints.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were updated nicely and the breakfast was good. The pool area and gym were clean too. We will definitely stay again when in town.

The breakfast loop amazing I would of had some but just can’t eat like that in the morning! Super friendly staff! Very clean!

My son & his friend stayed there May 24-25. The smoke free room didn't have a working remote. He had to buy an extra blanket at the local Walmart & he got the gift of bed bugs. Thanks so much! Not!

Thus was the most perfect hotel visit I've experienced. They were totally accommodating. We had a birthday party in the common area and they provided us with the area to have the party, extra bags for clean up, and stored our ice cream in their freezer! Everyone was extremely friendly!

The Staff is very friendly and eager to please. They have game night on Friday's which is a great way to spend time with the family and get them away from electronic devices. The pool is clean and they do aupply a fre noodles and balls. The staff was really helpful in accomodating our large family in one room and the breakfast is really yummy!

Typical Holiday Inn experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good Internet.

If I could select 0 stars I would. Will never stay in this hotel again. Our 4 year old daughter walked up and handed us an ant trap that was just sitting on the window ledge. Who leaves poisonous ant traps out where children can reach them? As ants are coming out of the vent. I applaud you for recognizing you had a ant problem which we clearly saw however your methods of solving this problem are not the appropriate or the safest solution for an establishment that claims to be family oriented.
We have called and complained and were told a manager would get back to us. Which clearly has not happened.
But I can promise the multiple times we are in the area in a year will not be with this establishment and we will also be sharing this experience with the many other families that travel to the same location for events so as they know to avoid this hotel.

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and quiet. We had a good night's sleep. Good variety at breakfast.

If your a road worrier than this is a very good stop. Close to the highway but not to close so you get all the road noise. Comfortable rooms and a real good breakfast.

Wonderful employees, clean rooms, when realised I had a service animal, put me on ground floor and room wast yet quite ready, but got to it right away and got me straight into. Went out of their way to make our stay the best possible.

About what you would expect for a Holiday Inn. Not bad. Clean, kinda weird smell in the halls. Really glad there are makeup remover wipes in the bathroom! I always forget them!

This is a beautiful hotel but my the jacuzzi tub had a dirty ring inside with hairs at the bottom of the tub. They did take some money off of my stay but they did not offer to come in and clean the tub. They just gave me more points. I would have loved to enjoy the jacuzzi tub, more so. I drove two and a half hours to get there.

Stayed here nov. 24, 2017. The staff was excellent as was the breakfast buffet. Had issue with the TV but when we got back later that night they had it fixed and even left my grandkids complimentery activity booklets. Room was fantastic! I recommend staying here to everyone!

We have not been impressed with other Holiday Inn Express, but staff here does a great job. They told us they will be getting updates starting December 2017.

Everything was fabulous as I always expect at Holiday Inn, everything was clean and the service was great. My only complaint this time was the pillows were awful, they were noy what they usually have. It felt like they were overstuffed with cheap cotton.

This Holiday Inn Express offered a decent room with a few minor draw backs. The 3rd floor hall smelled badly, though pleasantly the Snell did not carry the ugh to the room. The fitness room was large enough for 1 person to use comfortably, offering 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and 1 stationary bike with a bench crammed in. The biggest downfall was the wall a/c offered no "fan on" option, and constantly kicked on and off, leading to a restless night's sleep. If these things don't bother you, it's easily a 3.5-4 star.

Bre is always nice and presents her self very good and awsome customer service.

Outside lighting was not working my entire stay, apparently due to a storm. However extra security was not provided. Several vehicles were broken into, including mine.

I'm a traveling chef by trade. I know for arrvialing at weird times and not taking part to the free breakfast. This visit to Logansport shocked me and has me rethinking of ever visiting ANY ihg hotel again. I Arrived at 5pm all rooms where not given out for the evening on a fully booked night. My room wasn't ready. I was asked to sit in lobby and wait. I sat in the lobby for 57 minutes. When I asked Judi at the front desk why I couldn't just have a room change to a guest that had not arrived I got a surprised look on her face. They have all the waiting arrival paperwork right on the desk. So it is easy to tell that it could've been done. As I sat in the lobby waiting no one walked in. The customer service at this hotel is HORRIBLE! When I got to the room I noticed it wasn't even clean! Stains in the shower garbage on the floor. All visible when walking in. When I called down to communicate the room wasn't to my liking I was told there was nothing they could do. "The housekeeper has gone home for the night". Now I'm an ihg reward member for 16years and have never been treated so poorly. I think it is time to find someone to fulfill my overnight needs!

Best place to stay in Logansport. Good and clean rooms. Near from a shopping center and a movie theater. The Tai restaurant across the street is delicious.

Tile on floor was loose. AC was oddly noisy. Overall the facility isn't in the best shape, but the staff is very understanding and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and did their best to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The first room we were placed in had some gunk in the tub that wouldn't wash up, so they offered us a different room and a small discount. Beds are comfortable, pool was nice, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Great hotel with 5 star service during check-in. Hotel is clearly used by business guests as the suites are equipped with Keurig coffee makers. Nice clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds. Can't go wrong.

To begin with, I would definitely stay here again. I do have 2 complaints… First, the pool didn't feel heated at all. Secondly, when I got there, the hot water wasn't hot. After calling to the front desk, they did resolve the problem within the hour. But the next day in the afternoon, due to overuse get by other guests, the hot water ran out for my boyfriend's shower & he was upset. Later that night, the issue was resolved. The staff was friendly & made me feel they were genuinely concerned & working fast to resolve my water issue.

I have stayed here plenty of times and liked it. But there had been recent water damage on my floor, and there was torn up wallpaper and a very musty smell. Once corrected, rest of facilities will be nice. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The rooms at this hotel are nice. The rooms are kept nice and clean during the stay. The breakfast is passable, nothing special but not bad. Free Wi-Fi, pool, and exercise room are nice bonuses as well.

We recently traveled to Logansport for a family funeral. Our extended family all stayed at this hotel in various rooms. I really appreciate the front desk's help when I called to make several reservations at once, each with a special notation or request. All the reservations were seamless and the hotel even helped accommodate the immediate family's request to check in a bit early before the visitation. Taylor, the sales manager, helped us book the conference room for a gathering one evening. The room was spotless, set up to our specifications, and had a large TV with DirecTV. All the rooms were comfortable and clean. They alerted us that some of the suites were damaged from a sprinkler problem, but were able to fit us all into rooms that worked for us. The staff was especially kind and gracious to our grieving family. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was a bit expensive but the room was clean and they include breakfast.

Beds were not very comfortable and the rooms were incredibly noisy.

As every year I visit, the service couldnt be better. Really like it. One thing I just noticed is the fact that they have a guest washer/dryer available, which to me is fabulous.

Consistent experience. Good service. Clean rooms. A bit overpriced. Breakfast is adequate. Quiet. Definitely the best option in Logansport.

The staff is friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean. The bed in the room I stayed in wasn't the most comfortable I've ever had but it wasn't the worst either. I give it 4 stars because the bed needs to be the most comfortable part of the stay. I do however recommend this hotel as a choice of lodging.
